I am so upset with this place. Last year I purchased a Groupon specifically for Xeomin, I went in and everything went fine. I recently logged into their member portal and it states the injectables that were used on me were Dysport. She had a syringe in one hand, a calculator in the other...... After 3 weeks, I am still trying to find the words to share. Im not a Karen, I do not ask for managers, I over tip wait people, I understand the service industry. HOWEVER, no woman should have to go through this........ I made an appointment to discuss injections, fillers, botox, and that I wanted a "refreshed look" around my eyes. She brought up the topic of a "temple fill", and threw a number of 650 for the procedure, on top of the 27 units she was going to inject around my eyes and forehead. (I have more to say on what product was used and the inflated prices on that, I may come back to this point) After the fact, I researched temple fills, and how EXTREMELY DANGEROUS they are. Many injectors REFUSE to do that, it should be done by a plastic surgeon, and certainly not by someone with less than 2 years experience. I COULD HAVE BEEN BLINDED. Not to mention, the 650 price tag was PER TEMPLE. That was not clearly stated prior to the procedure. To continue, on of the injections did not settle well in my right eye. I have a droopy eye that I am told will take about 6 weeks to work itself out, and was told "mistakes happen". The droopy eye lowered my eyebrow, which made my left eyebrow look like it was floating up my forehead.... I looked like Denise Richards making her snarky face. This WAS corrected during a follow up, however, when I stated I wanted OUT of the membership, I was called out in the reception area, with clients and employees present, and was told I have to pay back the discounts extended to me tied into the membership. I was overcharged on fillers. I was NOT told the total cost of the temple procedure prior to it being done. Again, this was a very dangerous procedure, that shoud have never been done. I was told "mistakes happen" and "sorry about the droopy eye" I was clearly upset when leaving my follow up, and was told "hey, yeah, well, about that, I have to charge you.." The one star is for the sympatheic look I recevied from 2 of the employees. The did not tap dance around my disapointment. Dr. Paris is such an artist. I have been coming to her for over a year now for Xeomin, Dysport, Versa & Dermasweep with Catherine (who is also a rockstar who has brought my skin back to life.) I am a bit swollen in the picture below but I am still in love with my lips. This is the third time I have gotten them done with Dr. Paris and she has done an incredible job. She is very careful to consult you and never give you more than you need. She is also very knowledgeable about different products, toxins, and techniques. Also, she has never bruised me which I can't say for most injectionists! I always look forward to my visits at Rejuvawell and I will continue to give them all of my business as they have truly made me feel like family and take good care of me, my health and my skin. ** Updated review ** After my review, the owner of the business personally called me to inquire about my experience. We actually talked for a while about what changes can be done to make a better experience. She was very professional and straightforward and it took a lot for her to not just write a reply or send a message but personally call me. I really respect that, that's an owner who cares. She invited me back, and I went today for another facial. Again, Katherine was the esthetician. She truly is lovely and delightful and we had a good time talking while I got ready to have the dermasweep. The procedure was quick like the first- but that's what these are designed to do. Katherine also has lovely technique though when rubbing lotions and serums into the face. The bed was heated and it was quick but very relaxing. There was one other staff member that I saw and she was very pleasant. I'm assuming my first visit was a fluke and this is how the spa usually runs. The results were immediate, my skin is great. It is a Medspa- designed for the results and not necessarily all the "relaxation" things that day spas might have. That being said, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there are still some small improvements that could be made- like a bend in the bed tk support your legs or a mirror for post procedure. But I will definitely be back!!! ** I was really excited to try this Medspa right down the road from me for my monthly facial. And while my facial results are great, overall, I was let down by the experience. My appt was 5 pm on a Friday- the last of the day. When I came in, they knew who I was (im assuming as they didn't ask my name) and instead of warmly greeting me just told me to take a seat and wait for Katherine. Mind you, I'm a first time client. I sit there, no offers of anything to drink, until the esthetician comes to give me paperwork. You have to fill out this questionnaire to give tour skin a type on some scale but there isn't a results page to read and the esthetician (Katharine) never told me what my score meant. The treatment room was lacking a lot of standard amenities I typically see when getting a facial, for example no leg prop up cushion on the bed, heated bed wasn't offered, and no mirror for getting dressed post treatment. Also the business is on a busy street corner and the room is VERY not soundproofed. I heard every car, every door opening, and every word of all the conversations ar the front desk. Not relaxing. Anyways- I undressed and Katharine came in to start my treatment. She didn't ask me a single question about my skin, my skin goals, or skin routine. Again, I'm a first time client! The procedure is FAST. I was dressed and leaving the treatment room by 5:21. It doesn't specify on the site how long or fast this facial is and I just assumed it would be a fairly standard 45 mins so that's on me, but it was so disappointingly fast. I would recommend giving the time approximation so people know what to expect. Part of the reasons I get facials is the whole relaxation process and this didn't have it. Afterwards- Katharine announced I was done and said I could get dressed and left the room. No explanation of what to expect post-facial. Is there downtime? Should I expect itching or redness? When I checked out, no one asked me if I wanted to book another appointment. I used a groupon, and I hope that's not the reason why I was treated like this. I use Groupons for this very reason- to test establishments before I commit to memberships or recurring appointments. My skin looks lovely- hence the two stars and Katharine was a pleasant person. I received dermal filler services at Rejuvawell recently, from Michelle (shout out ) 10 STARS!!!! She is knowledgeable, attentive to detail, a perfectionist when it comes to making sure your fillers are properly placed, and just a sweet/kind lady. Michelle is the owner and after meeting her I can see why her receptionists are superior at their job as well. Rejuvawell has a lovely and caring staff (all of the employees go above and beyond), it's a clean establishment, and efficient service. I found Rejuvawell on Groupon, and before this company I tried services with a few different MedSpa's for dermal fillers...BUT at Rejuvawell, I felt like I wasn't just "another patient," Michelle took the time to give me the results that I've wanted. RejuvaWell was my first experience ever at a medSpa. This was the most amazing experience ever! I am 45+ and was looking for help, yes, HELP from the experts to revive my skin and to educate me on how to bring it back to being healthy. I am a healthy individual, always running and eating healthy, but I was looking for a place with experienced and caring individuals that looked at me as a whole, not just as someone to sell me something . I was looking for a place that was caring and interested in me getting my skin back to health. My first appointment was not at RejuvaWell, it was somewhere closer to where I lived and it was the saddest experience ever. No one looked at my skin, not even touched my face, asked me questions regarding the purpose of my visit and it was basically giving me a list of what they sold. My experience at RejuvaWell was nothing but positive. Yes, the staff there is young and beautiful, nothing to be jealous of, but to be admired for they are taking care of themselves at such a young age. They are very knowledgeable, and are so good at explaining what I needed. Michelle sat me down and LISTENED to me, examined my skin and made suggestions on what my skin needed. I had my procedures, yes plural, and was very happy. I purchased their products and in less than a week, I could see such a difference. I am very thankful for all of these beautiful women. The name "RejuvaWell" fits it just perfect. Its rejuvenation to feel both physically and emotionally well. Had an amazing consultation with Dr. Paris, Blaize, Heather, and Sarah. I booked a dermasweep and so far I LOVE the treatment. It was so much smoother than a hydrafacial. My skin feels softer immediately versus feeling just moisture on my face from the hydrafacial. Its almost as if all the product used in the dermasweep actually made it into my face and was fully absorbed so I'm hoping for a more noticeable difference in the next few days in texture, brightness, and softness. My skin is normally really dry and today its glowing. :) I will definitely be back to see these ladies for additional services and to buy some products. What's really impressive is Rejuvawell has its own line of products too! During the Winter Storm, I my neck went out and I was in the most pain I have ever been in. This office and staff worked quickly to find a solution for me, they were safe with COVID measures, got me out of pain, and gave me a plan to follow that was easy to keep my back healthy/neck. Had Restalyn injections to help with my sagging chin area and I'm so pleased with the results! It is subtle and perhaps only I can really tell, but that makes all the difference for me. I wanted a natural lift to target my problem area and she did it so well, I couldn't believe it! I have never been any where where my Botox and Dysport wears off within a month and a half. They did compensate me the first time when they noticed my Botox didn't last and again I called and the front desk act like it's no sweat off their back. Their front staff don't care when you call to and express your concerns. They literally say " oh ok bye". Their turn over rate is very high, just in the 4 months I went there it's new staff and now their injector nurse left. I am not gonna continue to pay money for Botox that only lasts 1.5 months. I was so excited for my first visit to RejuvaWell yesterday! I had driven by many times and was intrigued by the beautiful appearance alone. Then, I received a notification that my favorite doctor, Dr. Shawn Tassone, had moved here. How perfect! I arrived, and the staff members were so kind and helpful. I was delighted to see the lovely Kim, whom I already knew from Dr. Tassone's former office location. She brought me so much comfort and many smiles when I was preparing to have a hysterectomy last year. I wish there were proper words to express just how amazing Dr. Tassone is. He performed my life-saving surgery, and he has taken such great care of me, from my first office visit, to my surgery, to my post-op visit, to my recent annual examination. I am one of those people that gets very nervous every time I enter a medical facility. Even if I have had great doctors, the nerves get the best of me as I anticipate my medical visits. Dr. Tassone has made going to my appointments, and even getting major surgery, so comfortable and easy. I don't feel nervous at all with him. One of my dear friends had her hysterectomy with Dr. Tassone last year before me, and she recommended him to me. I have thanked her probably too many times, but switching from my former doctor to him was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and well-being. He is a fabulous doctor and a super person to trust for your care. No matter what my female needs are, Dr. Tassone is my forever doctor. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! I had a brief visit with Michelle Paris as well, and she has such wonderful energy and is so enthusiastic. Totally agree with another patient that their Botox does not last. This place is not relaxing when every three minutes their membership program is being pushed on you. Their retail is available a lot cheaper direct from the brands, their markup is more than msrp! I definitely do not recommend for Botox and purchase retail elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment for chiropractic care following a car accident I was in and when I arrived at their office I explained that the liable drivers insurance had set aside money for me to get chiropractic care. They told me that they could not bill that insurance company directly so I told them that I would just pay out-of-pocket and get reimbursed on my own. They then spent the first 30 minutes that I was there trying to convince me to file a claim against my own car insurance personal injury protection because they said that it would prevent me from having to pay out of pocket. I appreciated that they told me that was an option, however, when I told them no the first time that should have been the end of it. I was then told that I would have to get x-rays before being treated and once I was in the x-ray room the woman who had already told me about filing through my own insurance brought in the owner of the business, Dr. Paris, who proceeded to badger me for 10 minutes about filing a claim through my own car insurance which made it seem like all they cared about was making sure that I had more money to spend there despite the fact that I really only needed to get an adjustment. I wanted to walk out at that moment but unfortunately I didn't. While I was getting my x-rays I tried to keep my mask on as much as possible and at one point Alexa, who was operating the x-ray machine, told me it didn't matter if I put my mask back on because she "doesn't really care about COVID". When I paid for that visit ($650) I asked them to send me a receipt so that I could get reimbursed from the insurance company and made my follow up appointment for the next day. When I returned the next day I paid again ($186) and asked for a second time if they could send me both receipts because I never received one the day before. They then told me I needed to come three times a week for three months and considering the cost of the first two visits I asked if the subsequent appointments would be the same cost and she couldn't give me a straight answer. As soon as I left I called and asked for them to send me my x-ray files as well as cancel my appointment because I wouldn't be returning. When I got my "receipts" they had no explanation of costs so I had to call again and ask for an itemized receipt. When I finally got the itemized receipt today I called back so that I could make sure that I understood each of the charges for when I spoke with the insurance company about reimbursement. Alexa, the receptionist who badgered me about filing with my own insurance, was extremely rude when I asked if I could clarify a few of the charges and told me that the insurance company should know what they meant after I had already explained to her that I wanted to make sure I knew because third-party insurance can be difficult to deal with. She was so rude to me during this conversation and asked me if I could let her know what she had done wrong during my visits that led me to not come back. I explained everything to her very calmly despite the fact that she kept interjecting and never apologized for any of the things I told her made me uncomfortable. This afternoon I got an email from Dr. Paris, who owns the practice, telling me that Alexa had been crying for 30 minutes after our conversation. While it was not my intent to upset this woman I also did not think it was very professional to send a patient who had had such an unpleasant experience an email telling them that a grown woman had been crying for 30 minutes. She also could not even be bothered to pick up the phone and call me despite knowing that I had had such a bad experience. The chiropractor who treated then did call me and I was able to give her an explanation of all of the things that happened, but that doesn't change the fact that the business owner and receptionist were so unprofessional that I could never in good faith recommend this practice to anyone. I wish I had read theses reviews beforehand as well as Dr. Paris's responses because she is obviously an unethical business owner who cares more about money than helping patients. Just look at how many people have complained about a lack of transparency in their pricing and instead of trying to be more transparent moving forward, she justifies herself and blames the patient in almost every situation. read more

I was feeling like I wanted to slightly smooth out my genetic nasolabial folds which I've always felt self conscious about. So they offered a coupon on LivingSocial for a discount on 1 or 2 Vaginal Rejuvenation sessions with a Hormone Evaluation. My girlfriend wanted to try this out. The "fine print" does recommend 3 sessions, but as a native English speaker I understand the meaning of that word, so I went with the 2-session coupon, and the GF and I decided we'd consider more if she was getting positive results (this is sort of the point of a coupon, right)? But that is actually a lie, it is your basic scam that once you have paid (~650 for the 2 sessions and evaluation), you're then told that a third session is *required* (not recommended) which is an additional $1200! I am still in the process of trying to get my money back through LivingSocial, but I am assuming that there are other spas around town that don't resort to deceptive business practices to drum up business, and one of those is certainly where we'll be going in the future. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I got my lips done my Miss Beck and it was the best experience ever and I am IN LOVE with my lips! It started with a consultation to see exactly what I wanted and answer any questions of mine after walking me through everything thoroughly. It was my first time and they made me feel extremely comfortable and educated on the process. When I went to get them it was not painful at all and her and her assistant really helped me through the process. They stopped after each injection checking if I liked them and if I wanted to make adjustments or anything. Afterwards they continued to educate me on the healing process.
