I moved out away for several years and tried lots of places. Some were ok, some were horror stories lol and none were as good as Kimberly at Angelface. When life brought me back to Austin a couple of years ago, I promptly made an appointment. She is still, by far, the best person for sugaring that I have ever tried! But even more, I love getting facials & microderm from her - she actually listens when I have questions, and adjusts my skin treatment seasonally. I have exceptionally sensitive skin and rosacea - and I never leave looking like tomato! If you want great, individualized attention for your beauty needs, and in a comfortable environment, Kimberly is your person.

I live in the Denver area where there are plenty of options for photo facials. A few years ago I…read morewas in Austin visiting a friend who told me about Body Brite which is where I first met Allison. I was very nervous at first because when you hear the word laser you don't know what to think. Allison made it very easy, letting me know where she was using the laser, what areas were going to me more sensitive to the light, etc. These little sun spots and wrinkles looked better after 2 sessions. I usually visit the Austin area about 9 times a year and was so happy to find out that Allison started her own business. I will be seeing her the next time I am in Austin and for the remainder of these wrinkles. Congratulations on a new business and years of success!

I have been a long-time laser and photo facial client of multiple places around Austin. I have…read morerosacea and have had many treatments that were super expensive and produced minimal results. I bought a package deal from Allison and she emailed me to schedule which was nice, and she was very professional and friendly as well. Her system also sends out reminder texts and emails and appointment confirmations so you don't have to worry if you're like me and forget to set a reminder on your phone. I had my appointment with Allison today and was so impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. She's very personable and friendly and obviously knows a lot about laser and skin conditions. I saw immediate results from the vein treatment for legs and for the capillaries on my cheeks. It was visibly improved right away(which is a first for me), not nearly as painful as some treatments I've had done, and very quickly finished for all the services we did in the one appointment. I'm amazed at how the device she uses covers so many types of treatments. Her office itself is a small, clean, well-lit and intimate setting.... no receptionist or other people that you have to worry about overhearing what treatments you need and no crazy perfumed air like so many laser/aesthetic clinics have. All in all I do and will recommend Crestview Laser Aesthetics to anyone who needs any of the services she provides. It was a way-above experience compared to the many similar businesses I've used in the past and very affordable and thorough to boot.

Literally hundreds of dollars spent there for over a decade, and I was blown off today. Because I had the audacity to try to call them, not once, but THREE different times, and they never answered the phone. Desperately trying to let them know that I was running 4 minutes late. Four. They refused to go beyond a five minute grace period. When this place changed to one location, off William Cannon, I was not the only one impacted. There were many of us who were loyal to the 47th St. location, but who kept coming down south, even though it's over a 40 minute drive, because we like the brand. It's this sort of customer loyalty that businesses should be grateful for! Instead? I got no phone call, no follow up email, no attempt to touch base with me to try to work this out, and come to a better understanding. Nothing. So thank you for using me for my money! Way to go. It's not about the money. It's not about not being allowed to be four minutes late. It's about being blown off, when local businesses tout building relationships" with clients. My going there for 12 years, was that not proving that I was loyal? Fuck You, Waxing Studio. Those of you who want to go there still, that's on you. Beware of being blown off, and treated like you are a cog in the machine, just like anybody else. It's that sort of corporate BS I was hoping to avoid in the first place. Period.

I first found Laurie on Yelp last year when I had several milia that had popped up randomly around my eyes. Since then, she has even helped with other skin issues, like eczema on my hands that I had pretty much given up on before now. I see her quarterly as a treat and I seriously count down the time until my next appointment every time! During your first visit, Laurie completes a thorough consult, asking what products you use, your skin concerns, and your goals to make sure she can customize your treatment and recommendations accordingly. She doesn't ever push product unless you specifically ask for a recommendation, and in those cases she usually provides a sample first to make sure you like it. Her prices are fair and she goes to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable, relaxing appointment in a clean and soothing environment. Highly recommend her services to anyone!

I came to her fed up after years of trying everything under the sun to get my skin clear, and left hopeful and empowered after the very first visit. Years later, I continue to be impressed by Laurie's professionalism and consistency in her work. If you met me now, you would never believe that I once struggled with such problematic, acne-prone skin. I often say that Laurie helped save my life. And while that may sound a bit dramatic, crying while putting on your make up because your skin is terrible, and avoiding social events because you might be photographed is seriously no joke. If you can relate, Laurie is for you.
