She was very thorough during my consultation with pre & post care! She reminded me of things I had forgotten in the past! Her speed and efficiency really impressed me. I was very nervous about the pain of the underarms since it was my first session on that area, but Brittney made my experience as quick and comfortable as possible. Hands down, best laser experience so far! Following my laser treatment, I had an amazing Hydrafacial with Crystal! It was so relaxing and OMG MY SKIN LOOKS AMAZING!!! My pores were SO congested... and now my skin is GLOWING and BREATHING!!! She walked me thru a very thorough consultation prior to treatment and talked me through the different serums she was using and why.. I learned a lot and the results don't lie. Everyone here is SO good at what they do and the prices are VERY REASONABLE. I don't see myself going anywhere else.

The results it took me 5 sessions to see at the other places are what I saw after just a couple sessions with Henry... and he is SO much more affordable! He also lets you just pay as you go until you achieve your desired results, not like some other places that force you into paying for big packages. He takes his time and is very professional. I was nervous about the awkwardness of working on "certain areas" but you can just tell he's done it a thousand times (he's got 15+ years worth of certifications on his wall) and I feel COMPLETELY comfortable while he's working! It's a quaint little office in a salon, but don't be fooled... he's the best! I would hands down recommend this place to anyone thinking about doing this! Note: I read the ONE bad review from 2012 on here and I have NO idea what might have prompted that... doesn't line up with the place or the tech at all! Maybe the wrong location?

He's very professional and takes pride in what he does. He's been removing all of my unwanted hair: Brazilian, legs, underarms, facial hair, other areas as well, and even on my toes and fingers (unfortunately I'm very hairy for a woman). He did some test areas on my first visit, in addition to my Brazilian, so that I could get an idea of the results for those areas. My arms will be next and then I'll be done. Wish I had more hair just to give him the business. I highly recommend him for a job well done and great professionalism!

The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

They were either over priced, fluffy (not results driven), or a combination of both. I got a Brazilian 5 months pregnant (funnn) and it was actually the least painful I've ever gotten. And that's crazy with how sensitive your skin gets pregnant. I've also had hormonal acne, dull skin, and clogged pores, and seeing her did a complete reset on my skin -- truly. She took the time to do all the extractions to really start clean, and the difference in texture is crazy. I'm a lifer now! Can't wait to see her next. Thank you, Tracy!
