Went here today, and I am seeing that they are upping the price. I paid $12 when the other times I've gone it's only been $10. A couple things, today they only have 1 person working, there were a lot of people leaving because the wait was too long. I think they are experiencing short staffness. I'm relatively still happy with the service regardless the price hike and shirt staff. read more

I came in today to get my eyebrows threaded. I feel bad for not asking the woman who did it what her name was so I can mention her specifically, but they look absolutely amazing! I'm definitely not new to getting threaded, so I've had good and bad experiences. With this one I could feel her using the thread to measure what angle she should go in from, and her technique was flawless. I think this is the best my eyebrows have looked! I came to get my eyebrows threaded around 5pm on a Thursday and I was seated immediately - there was only one other person there getting something done, and two people working. The woman who took care of me was very sweet and the whole thing took around 10 minutes. She did a great job as well! And everyone was wearing a mask and doing their part. read more

Upon arriving, I was pleasantly satisfied when I walked in. I was greeted kindly, and although it was busy the wait was little to none for my service! The total time it took for my eyebrows to be done was about five minutes. Although I don't remember the lady's name that did my eyebrows, all of the employees were very kind and welcoming. She showed diligence in performing my service and it was much appreciated! My eyebrows have never looked so good! They also have a loyal customer program where if you get your card signed ten times you get a free eyebrow threading! Each visit= 1 sign. Thank you so much!! Love this place I have to let my eyebrows grow like for 2 months because they were in bad shape, so I was a little worried when I came here first time because of the effort of all the time I wait them to grow back let me tell u something this ladies perform MIRACLES I was so impressed by how my eyebrows look after a couple minutes (and they did such a good job with my husband's hairy eyebrows too of course he didn't like that it hurts a little bit haha) so that being said my eyebrows look perfect for 3 weeks almost 1 month with minimal retouch with a razor so it's worth the $10. My sister and I went to get our brows done and the youngest girl there thinned one of tooooo much and the other was kept full. This is ridiculous. Both the ladies are AMAZING! Expect to wait a solid 10-20 mins. Just when I wanted to walk out it was my turn. It was definitely worth the wait. She ( closest to the door) is very light handed. Terrible. Just awful. I went in to get my eyebrows tinted and they came out looking worse than ever. Whatever tint the lady used on me burned my skin, and when I asked her if that's normal she simply smiled and walked away, completely ignoring me. Do not waste your money here. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded (or just done by someone else in general) which I've always been skeptical about. The women who did my brows is absolutely AMAZING. She knew exactly what I wanted and did a fabulous job of cleaning up my brows PLUS it was completely painless. And she even put some aloe vera on my brows at the end. I went pretty early, like right when they opened at 10am and there wasn't a wait luckily, so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The place is small and very clean. The girls who attended me barely spoke any English however they were sweet as can be and listened to my needs. I loved the way they shaped my eyebrows. Finally San Marcos has a Threading shop with excellent service. The owner- Sapna is amazing and if you're lucky enough to get her for your services- you will notice her light hands and top skills in threading, waxing and whatever else you may want. There usually is a wait...the max I have ever waited was 20-30 minutes but thats on weekends. They do offer loyalty cards for frequent customers. If you do happen to catch a long wait, don't fret. Just go next door to get a pint of local Texas craft beer, get some Chinese food and/or grab some coffee while you wait your turn. Be friendly , be kind and amazing things will happen. read more

So before I came here, I went to the HEB threading place in Kyle and it was the most painful experience. I was bleeding and had knicks all around my eyebrows. I ended up having little scabs everywhere. I was nervous to get my eyebrows threaded again, so I'm grateful for the wonderful experience I had here. This is the best threading place I have been to so far. I tried about two other places in San Marcos and one place in north Austin and this has been my favorite! They are very inexpensive and place close attention to your eyebrows and what you're looking for. I don't like the thin eyebrow look so I always ask them to keep it thicker and they really do make it look amazing and educate me on what they're doing so my brows grow out even better. read more

I just moved here to San Marcos for school, and I was really nervous to get my eyebrows done by somebody else since I stuck to one specific person back home for five years. My eyebrows are pretty full and you can say I'm pretty picky. I went a little over a month without anybody touching them before i couldn't avoid it anymore. I'm usually not the type of person to write reviews even though I am the type to rely on them so much. Sapna threaded my eyebrows and the way she left my eyebrows cannot justify the 5 star rating. She did an amazing job! Even after she wiped my eyebrows clean, she still went back to "clean" up some more. Wonderful work, attentive ladies. So glad they opened! I needed a place to go after my normal place didn't have time during lunch. I walked in and one of the ladies was able to tend to me immediately. She was very careful and asked me what I wanted and showed me a couple of times with the mirror. Not too rough and very thorough.
