My appt was at 8:15 in the morning. She was 25 minutes late. I had a group on for $144 for a haircut, deep conditioning, partial highlights and blow out. I showed her the color of the highlights that I had as some were growing out. Not only did Lisa, the owner, not match my highlights, but you can't even tell I got them done. I didn't need the haircut, so I just had curtain bangs. There are different kinds of curtain bangs, but she didn't ask, she just cut them. There are barely any bangs cut. Then, she washed my hair and talked on the phone the whole time, which that is supposed to be relaxing part of appt. She didn't leave on the deep conditioning, just rinsed it out. She applied toner. She did NOT ask me if I wanted toner, she just put it on. I asked for a blowout and she said she wasn't sure she had time, but she ended up doing it. She didn't use product before she blew it dry or afterwards. It was a humid day and some anti frizz would have been good. She didn't even use hair spray! Once I was checking out, she charge me $65 extra for the toner. My bill ended up being $210. When I first posted on her website, she answered and said she used product which is a lie. She said toner was OPTIONAL which I wasn't given an option. She said you could see the highlights which you can't. She didn't address being 25 minutes late. She also talked on the phone when she was blow drying my hair. People that look at her website will see positive reviews because Lisa , the owner, takes the neg down. I do NOT recommend this salon. It's not a good experience and her prices are ridiculous. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Thank you.

This was my first experience with extensions, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing…read more During the consult, I had to ask multiple times for a clear breakdown of costs--at first I was just quoted a flat $770 to order the hair, which already felt high, especially without any itemization. I later realized I was charged for part of a service that wasn't even performed yet. On the day of my appointment, I expected a four-hour session that included highlights around my face (as specifically requested), color touch-ups, and making sure my natural hair blended properly. Instead, the stylist immediately started installing the extensions. She briefly went to the back with the extension hair to "color it" but returned so quickly it raised doubts that any proper treatment was done. No highlights were applied to my own hair, even though that was discussed. The appointment lasted about half the time she originally scheduled, and I didn't receive the complimentary conditioner or advertised deal she still had posted on her Instagram page. When I asked, she said that promotion was no longer valid, but instead offered $100 off. For the amount of money spent, I expected the service as described, not shortcuts. Within a week, the extension color completely washed out despite my using a water softener and high-end color-protecting salon shampoo/conditioner. I do not swim or use clarifying products, so this should not have happened. Another salon later looked at my extensions and pointed out that the hair had turned pinkish on one side, and discolored on all extensions...which is not normal for quality extension hair. Lastly, I noticed the leftover hair wasn't provided in its original packaging. Instead, it was put into a different brand's bag (Bellami), which left me feeling uneasy about what I actually paid for. Overall, I left feeling misled, shortchanged, and very disappointed. I would not recommend this stylist for extensions. ***Pic of back of my head, after one week with new, leftover extensions placed above the pink-oddly colored ones that she put in (Her work is pulled to the left)-
