I went in with very long hair with blondish highlights, I asked for a cooper red color and 1 inch cut off with layers. The color is pretty but there are a few spots that didn't get color. The cut is the worst haircut I've ever had! She cut off 5-6 inches in the front and like 3-4 in the back, it looks like a bob and a mullet had a baby, I can't even explain what this haircut is. I will be wearing my hair up (which is a challenge in itself because of the weird cut) until this awful haircut grows out.

It looked nice for day. So next morning my hair was straight. I called and told her. She said did you brush it. It's not my first rodeo. I have had perms before and I told her again my hair has to be dry before you put the solution on. She goes well don't you remember I put a towel on your head, I have straight hair a little bit of fry on top. Nothing on theends. She said she could redo it in two weeks, but I may have to get my haircut short of course I have to pay for the haircut. Hell to the no! I will not go back there and then have her fry my hair. I'm out $200. I am going to go pay somebody else that knows what they are doing. Do not go to this place unless you wanna hear a lot of gossip, and have your hair looking bad. This JC Penney is located as part of a huge strip-type Mall at New Braunfels between San Antonio and Austin right off of the highway on the east side of the interstate 35 so come and check it out if you're looking for a department store when you're down this way.
