I arrived at the salon before anyone. I was check in to be seen at 10. No other customers besides my mother was there. As we waited for the stylist to turn on lights other guest started to come in. After 3 other customers arrived I was asked to come back at 11. I asked why I was here before anyone? One of the stylist says, well people need cuts and you want a style (blow dry and flat iron). After I voiced my concerns I was told I could come back at 11 while the other customers were serviced. I got on the phone with corporate I was told "the owner will call you back." After one of the stylist overheard me speaking with corporate she mentioned to another stylist. "Just take her now!" No way!!! I should have been seen at 10 when I checked in. I just moved here about two months ago from Ohio I was excited about returning to see Amanda unfortunately she wasn't there..... We won't be back!!!!! Today I got a new cut from Victoria; she was great in the beginning I showed her what I would like and she told me more about the cut that I wanted explaining if I wanted it all one length or long in the front and shorter in the back which is what I chose it came out great just like I wanted. I loved that Victoria showed me how to put volume in my hair just taking an extra min to show me how to do it myself. Not only that but she explained what product would be best for my hair. I went in to get my haircut, I told the hair stylist (a shorter, short haired, middle aged woman whose name I didn't catch) how I would a high fade. She didn't ask any questions and got straight to it. I went in around 6pm (2 hours before close) and she was rushing as if I came in 1 minute before close. My haircut reflected that. She did not blend my hair at all, leaving me looking like one of the three stooges. She didn't ask if I liked the haircut, just took the apron off and said you're all set. I wouldn't have minded the speed if the quality was good. This is the worst haircut I've ever had outside of when my mom used to take me to Walmart to get my haircut when I was 8. read more

Terrible place. I felt rushed and my stylist Jesse did a really bad job. My hair which I cultivated for over a year is cut way too short and uneven spiking in unwanted places. I asked for a 1/4 inch trim on top and he messed that up. read more

What a great place. My mom's hair stylist retired, after doing her hair for decades. She needed a new place and didn't want to spend a lot. I took her to a few salons and in her opinion, they charged too much. She's old school. We tried this place for the first time right when they first opened up after COVID shut down. My mom loved it and we've been back every month since. They're beyond professional and kind. My mom is always pleased with her cut. The pricing is reasonable too. She always pays 20 dollars and with that ends up giving her stylists a generous tip. They keep everything sanitary and abide by health and infection control guidelines. I went there on a Sunday morning. They were packed but I've never had that much fun waiting for a haircut. They were fun, friendly, energetic and extremely considerate of people having to wait. They were busy but never rushed a cut. They took their time on each client and made sure it was what they wanted. I went in for a fast haircut today. I couldn't get in at my usual place. Amberly cut my hair and when I first sat down I knew something g was up. She looked very confused at what I was telling her I wanted. You could tell she was definitely new. I did not wanna be rude and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had to get my hair corrected by 2 other stylists!!! She did not know how to cut a simple V with layers!!! I've taken my 8 year old nonverbal autistic son here quite a few times and never had an issue but on this special day he sat in his chair and the woman was irritated with him from that moment. She said his shoes weren't on right and they had to be so I fixed them. Then she says "I can't cut his hair with all this gel" and hands the brush to me to get it out so I brushed out all the gel and then she starts telling him "look in the mirror, look in the mirror" it was not only the words but the tone, it was an irritated demand and he felt it so then he starts pulling up his shoulders getting upset and she starts barking more demands at him like "put your shoulders down! I cant cut his hair, I cant do this, put your head up" at that point he just starts bawling. He hasn't cried from a haircut since he was 3 btw. I got him up and told her he has autism and she could of been a little more kind and patient then to make it worse she starts in that same tone telling me that "she knows he's autistic shes the one that all the autistic kids come to! Shes never had a problem before" no "I'm sorry, can I get you a sucker, maybe lets try again" she did not have a kind word to say to us even as he was bawling all the way out the door. This woman should not be anywhere near special needs kids! my son cried and held his hands over his ears (something he does when he's upset) for 15 minutes after we left there. A man that was inside stopped us in the parking lot and gave us santos the barbers number and said to try there because he's great w special needs and we will because I will NEVER be taking him back to that shop of horrors, my poor baby. read more

You are required to wear masks and all personnel are wearing masks! You are asked to sanitize your hands before your hair cut and stylist wash their hands and clean chairs for each customer! I registered on line yesterday to get a haircut. When I arrived on time at Great Clips I was told that my name did not appear on the list of customers. I asked to come back and I was told I should stay because none of the people who had registered on line were here and that I would be next. My name was added and all of a sudden my name appeared 23 minutes after I registered. My name was on line twice by then. All of a sudden all those people who had registered on line showed up late and they were taken before me. I only had so much time to get my haircut. After all this I was late for my next appointment, the operator was as frustrated as I was. She wanted to know how I wanted my hair styled. I asked her to follow the instructions she had in the computer. It ended up being an OK haircut but too short. I questioned her about this.
