I've gone through stages where I've had pink and black hair, auburn hair, white blonde, etc. I've had my hair dark brown for the past two years now and decided I wanted to go back to my natural hair color (dirty blonde). I was a little hesitant for the change since I once went back to my natural color from red hair within one session and my hair was completely fried and took two months to finally feel manageable. Crystal took care of me when I went in back in December and I told her what I was wanting to do and she told me immediately that one session was not going to cut it since my hair would be damaged. I expected as much and was really grateful that she was up front about that instead of trying to do it all in one session. She was really nice to me and made me feel comfortable despite being hungover and barely able to function. I had a wedding to attend the day of getting my hair done and everyone complimented it. So while my hair wasn't entirely blonde, it was still beautiful and lightened enough for people to notice. I can't wait to make my next appointment to continue working on this mop of hair that I've got.

I arrived back to the salon after 15 minutes and waited. A half an hour after my appointment time my stylist was still working on the client she had in the chair. I asked her to cancel my appointment and I left. Not a good experience for a first time client. I won't be back.

Veronica is a very nice person, but I would NOT recommend her for a balayage. The hair treatment…read moreshe gave me not only looked nothing like the picture I gave her, but it was also very poorly executed. The application style was extremely chunky, uneven, and even worse had "leopard spots" in several areas. The top looked like tiger stripes. When I went to another salon to have it fixed, they said there were areas that were left on too long and others not enough. As you look at the deeper layers of my hair, you can see the bleach was applied in random diagonal lines. Definitely not the quality you expect from any stylist let alone an experienced one. The other salon was able to fix the high stripes but because of the random application of the bleach they had to return it all pretty much to brown and start over. I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my hair to heal before the other salon can give me a new blond balayage. I am getting engaged in a few weeks, which is why I wanted my hair done in the first place, and now I will not have my hair done for day of my engagement. Although she gave me a PARTIAL refund, it did not cover the repair costs and definitely is not going to cover the second good salon visit for a proper balayage. Even if she did give it all back, the additional repairs are going to cost me over $150 more than what I would have paid if it was done right the first time. Again super nice women, but I would NOT recommend her for any hair treatment.
