    Courtney did a wonderful job I love my nails so much!! Took an hour and 35 minutes to get my full set done.

    Crooked nails

    I called ahead the day before to make an appointment with no specific tech because i saw other reviews and nail pictures and figured hopefully every tech was great. Well this was not the case when I went in, now i know to definitely do my research in advance. The lady who did my nails (middle aged, didn't catch her name.) did honestly a horrific job and I was so so so frustrated after walking out of the appointment. Mind you, this is the day before Valentines Day and i was so excited to get classy, chic, and simple french tip nails!! I actually saw another recent reviewer also have the EXACT same thing happen to her. I asked for SNS dip french tips... not a hard ask. She seemed really unsure the whole time, and listen i am not a nail tech but everything she was doing was definitely not right... she like dipped my fingers in the dip painted acrylic polish over them without curing and then attempted to do the french tips with white dip powder and then used remover to wipe it all off and she was like oh just making sure (honestly i was confused so i tried to trust the process) so that was odd and frustrating and she proceeds to redo the nails by free painting the french tips and this is where everything went horrible. When shaping my nail she made them so crooked and honestly she was moving fast i think to distract me and not have me look at them too long because once i took the final look after they were done i was mortified. My nails are going in different directions, some are entirely different shapes, lengths, widths- like come on what the heck bro?! Cherry on top was since the tips were hand painted they looked so bad and amateur and she messed them up and had to keep redoing them. Also i asked for short almond, some look stiletto. Bonus points: her telling me i had "really small fingers", "really short fingers" and then laughing and saying "haha they are crooked i am sorry. I won't charge you for that i am sorry its ok though." Yeah my fingers aren't crooked your work is and to be quite honest I wish I was fully refunded. They asked if i would come in later so they could fix them as if I wanted to be in that salon any longer than the TWO HOURS i spent getting these nails done, two hours for botched nails. I was busy the rest of my day and have plans all day on valentines, kind of defeats the entire purpose. Im so upset so fair warning to anyone considering SNS dip french tips!!!

    My first visit here I was really excited to finally find a good nail salon after moving here from Frisco. I called and made an appointment for a gel pedi and French dip manicure. The guy did a phenomenal job on my nails but I got told they didn't have time for a pedicure? What? I drove 45 minutes to visit this specific salon and set the appointment for both, so they obliged and did my pedicure which I appreciated. I found it very odd though because I confirmed again when I walked in what I was getting done, nails and toes. My second visit I called ahead and made an appointment, mentioned I would like the same guy or someone who can do French dip. They did my pedi first and started removing my dip nails and then moved me to the table for nails. The nail tech didn't know what she was doing, the white powder tip part she wasn't using a template or able to free dip it to where the nail had the natural smile line. White line was crooked and straight across very thick. She said she was planning to paint over the dip powder with gel to get the lines right? That's not what I came here for or how this is done. She basically gave up and said she couldn't do my nails and it was too late to fix so I got sent home with some horrid looking nails and was asked to come back the next day... The next day I call ahead since I had mentioned I could be there at 6 the night before I let them know I could come at 430 and wanted to again double check someone was available to fix doing a dip French and not the same girl I had last night. I go in, get told my appointment was at 6 but I had called ahead and have a text confirmation for 430. Apparently a new girl helped me... Ended up waiting until 5 before the lady who did my pedi the night before offered to take off my nails. Photos were taken of the bad set of nails, that's how you know it's bad. Then I get to Steve. Steve wanted to do acrylic, said they couldn't do dip with tips, which isn't true in Frisco. I've done dip at home, I know the process. But Steve wanted to make me happy and forged on with dip since I didn't want long nails it's easier to blend I guess? Anyways, we both are chatting about the white powder looking like off and he told me they didn't have the right dip powder that was finer. Well some other dude plops a whole pint of proper French dip powder after we had done all the white parts. Because the powder wasn't right, it wasn't drying. So he removed and started putting on the new power and at that point offered to completely start over if I had time. I just wanted what I came here for but at this point I was like whatever I just wanted it done properly. Not with bad/wrong powder. By the time we got the 2nd set off I just told him to go ahead and do acrylic bc at this point I'm worried they truly cannot do dip and I have a long drive home. Steve kept his promise and got them done in 30 min so I could get home, they look good but not as natural as dip. So $70 later, 2 trips totaling 3 hour of driving I got French acrylics that look good. But it's also more expensive for acrylics ... so paid more for what I didn't want. Would I recommend anyone to get dip there? Absolutely not. Eric is really good though even with dip. Steve is solid for French acrylics. The tall lady that does pedicures is great too. Will I be going back? Nope probably not . I would love to see Steve or Eric but I just can't trust the way this place operates. Which is really unfortunate because I wanted to love this place but too many issues every time. I tip each tech $20 so every time $40 tip plus overpaid for nails I didn't ask for.

    Got my nails done by Lily and she never ceases to amaze me! I love them! This is my 4th set by her and they always last long, and I get so many compliments on them!

    No kidding, I think this was the best nail salon experience I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. Usually an average experience for me at a nail salon = waiting a long time for a seat (if you didn't have a reservation), high prices, uneven acrylic, and spending at least 1.5 hours there. When I got there, I immediately got seated and the staff took care of me. Lisa did an amazing job, super clean. She literally got me in and out of the salon in 30 minutes which is insane. I still can't believe they only charged me $35. They're currently doing 30% off until June 25!!! Run, don't walk!!!

    Best set of nails I have ever gotten! My nail tech Rosie was so nice and her attention to detail was unbelievable. The nails turned out perfect and they feel great. The salon is currently under construction but they do a really good job of keeping it from affecting the experience! 10/10 recommend this place, you and your nails will not regret going here!

    Horrible experience! I went in to get my nails done and just water a dip manicure. They said my nails were to short I needed a set. I was fine but told the lady I would like them short she kept trying to keep them long. I should her a picture of the nails I liked and they were round. All of my nails are square. Another lady stepped in and made them look some what better but still not at all what I wanted!! When I got home I looked at the receipt and they charged $5 for cutting my nails? And $10 for chrome which I did not get at all!! Absolutely the worst! Counting down the days for these to get redone.

    i've already made a detailed review on google so I'm copying here as well so everyone is aware of the owner! Ive never written a review before but the interaction I experienced today needs to be shared. I have come here multiple times and my experience has always been pleasant and I loved how close I was to the salon. However today I came in to fix my nails that I had gotten done the previous day. I requested they be cut down a little shorter and different polish, per my jobs request. I never once asked for a refund, never once blamed the tech. I took full responsibility of the situation and made it known it was my fault. All I asked for was a simple fix. Yet the manager spent 30 minutes berating me, yelling at me, talking over me in front of everyone. This interaction brought me to tears. The way I was spoken to over an obvious misunderstanding is absolutely unacceptable. The manager was reluctant to help me and after all of that still charged me $25 in addition to the $70 I spent on my fill the previous day. The last thing the manager told me was "good don't come back" after I said he lost a customer. I find it insane that after that entire interaction I was not offered a FULL REFUND. Nobody should be spoken to this way! Again, I really loved this place and I'm so upset and hurt by how I was treated. I did not get loud or disrespectful with him NOT ONCE. Thank God there were kind women there who sat with me and stood up for me when I was a mess crying. Please do better and treat people with patience and kindness. In response to this review, the owner responded with blatant lies about me and my previous visits instead of taking accountability for the disturbing behavior he displayed. Here is my second review in response to that! Since it will not allow me write another review for this salon with my previous email I am now responding to the blatant lies being told by the owner in response to my review with a separate email. i have been to your salon a total of THREE TIMES. the first time i got a simple red french tip and my toes done. i loved the experience i had so i came back and got a simple white french tip. i see the pictures for proof. NONE of these visits did i ever spend 30 minutes debating what color i wanted this is a complete lie from the owner. when i came in for a fill the third time i wanted something super natural and simple. i showed the tech a picture (which i have also provided the picture i showed both the tech and owner) of the inspo i had and she picked out 5 different shades for me to try out and i got to pick out which one i liked. i thought this was so sweet and accommodating of her to go out of her way to provide great service for me, however i never once made it over complicated or said show me all your options. the tech did this on her own, which i commend. i've been getting my nails done for years and i've always given an inspo pic to the tech and it's never been an issue EVER. the day i came into the salon to get my nails cut down and a color change i was trying to explain this to the owner after he gave me the color wheel. i understand there was a language barrier and i was being more than enough patient explaining to him the colors shown to me by the tech yesterday weren't on the color wheel until the owner started yelling at me and growing extremely irritated immediately. that is when i said this conversation is not productive can i please speak with SOMEONE ELSE. two of your staff members came to speak to me and i interacted with them until i was finally given service. the BLATANT lies being told by the owner in response to my very upsetting review is seriously disgusting and goes against everything a business should stand for. the owner needs to take serious accountability and some better training. i know the owner will read this and most likely respond so reply again with more lies i will continue to call out your ugly behavior.

    Something about me is my nails are always done and I'm always on the lookout for a good nail spot. This was the BEST nail salon I've been to in the area and I've been to a few. I called on my way to make sure I could be serviced and they said yes. I got there and was immediately helped. The man doing my nails was taking his time and you could tell he genuinely cared. I changed the color and asked for an adjustment on my nails and was immediately given such when in other salons there would be an argument or snarky comment. Overall, amazing service, kind staff and such a clean, nice environment. It cost about $80 for a full set not including my tip and I'll definitely be back!!

    I walked in on a rainy Sunday afternoon for a gel manicure and was helped right away without an appointment. The person who did my nails was quiet and efficient. They were attentive to what I wanted - found the brown color gel I was looking for when I couldn't, cut my nails and round just like I asked I liked to shop itself too! Very bright, fairly modern and clean. Overall very happy with my experience!

    First - I was told they are under new management, hence the name change from flawless! Fantastic service. The spa was very clean and everyone was very nice. There was ZERO rushing and they answered all my questions. My toes and my fingernails look amazing. I will definitely be going back. 100% recommend

    The girl who waxed and tinted my brows was great, but the experience at the front desk was…read moreterrible. I made an appointment for 12:30, but got there at 12:20, so I expected to wait a bit. While waiting, a guy walked in and told the young girl at the front desk that he didn't have an appointment, but wanted to get his eyebrows waxed. She told him she had a 12:30 available, so he sat next to me to wait. Once the manager went to the back, the guy (customer) and girl working the front desk (who were both college students) started chatting about their favorite bars and how both of them were hungover (the employee included), so that was just awkward since I was sitting there being ignored. Then, a girl came out and took the guy back for his eyebrows at 12:30. I waited another 15 minutes before someone came to get me. How could he get taken back for the same treatment long before me when he was just a walk-in? Then, upon checkout the manager and the girl at the front aggressively tried to get me to sign up for their membership. When I said no, the manager said "Why don't you want to do it?" I simply said "Because I just don't want to." Like, I get that you're trying to sell memberships, but when people say no three times, respect that. I didn't have the ability to pay an unnecessary $347 that day. This was the interaction that made me realize it'd be best to go somewhere else next time. The manager was so rude, pushy, and tried to intimidate me into getting a membership. It's unfortunate since I had such a good experience during the wax, but this made me feel super uncomfortable when I left.
