I've been to Sparenity a few times with my husband and we won't go to another salon for my pedicures. Today my sister and daughter and I went for pedicures for my birthday and we got the Sparenity pedicures. The service did not disappoint. This was my sister and daughter's first time and they both said they are definitely going back. Sparenity accommodated us so well. We were greeted with smiles, given our complimentary drinks, and they were very patient with us as we tried to figure out what colors we wanted. The place was very clean with a comforting atmosphere. The massage chairs are amazing. Jay was the person who did my pedicure and she was amazing. The foot and leg massage was not too soft or hard and she was very thorough in everything she did. I have tried multiple places for pedicures and they just don't come close to Sparenity in comparison. This is definitely my salon! read more

I came to this nail salon for the first time after almost 2 years of not getting them done, since I was pregnant. I'm so glad I did! Jenny did my nails and Gisel did my toes, and they both did an amazing job!! The service was exceptional, but what stood out most was how they made me feel. As a mom, it's easy to forget to take time for yourself, and today they made me feel beautiful, cared for, and confident again. I honestly left wanting to cry happy tears. Great experience! I've officially found my new go-to nail salon. The front desk lady, Ameri, and the other girls are always so helpful with nail design ideas and color choices. Tony is one of my favorite nail techs, his artwork is amazing, and my nail shape is always perfect. My most recent visit was for Mother's Day, and they truly went all out! Great for pedicures but that's about it. The pedicures are absolutely worth it. The massage chair is nice, the water wasn't too hot or too cold, and the service provided by the nail technician was excellent. Manicures however... I've gotten gels from them once before and that was a disappointment enough to never get them done again. The nail polish job was just sloppy. Second time, my sister said they never cleaned up her nails first before applying the polish and then filed her skin with a nail file to try and get the cured gel off of her skin. She was in pain the entire rest of the day and her nail beds were red and inflamed. My advice? Just stick with the pedicure or find some place else to get a manicure. read more

Do not come here for lashes! Maria says she has "20 years of experience" but uses her FINGERS to "isolate" the lashes! AND GETS A "FULL SET " DONE IN 30-45 MINS?? PILES ON THE GLUE and stacks the lashes on top of each other. oh and puts 6-7 fans on4 or 5 of your natural lashes... eventually the extensions with pull of MULTIPLE LASHES AT ONCE! Hurts to cleans them from how much glue is on them! I'm so surprised there's not more ratings on her or this place. Not to mention the two young women that work in the from on the weekend are so rude ! I do not recommend this place at all. read more

TLDR; Decent gel pedi, awful dip powder mani. Colors didn't match. I went in for a mani and pedi since I was in the area and had some free time. I picked a color from the samples and asked if they had a certain color in gel and in dip since I do gel on my toes and dip on my hands. The girl assured me they had matching colors for all of them. The pedicure was nice, the lady was very thorough, almost too thorough, and the water felt great. The massage felt more like a light rub and she dug a little too far in on my big toe; I ended up starting to catch an infection that I had to treat with alcohol and triple antibiotic to keep under control. The manicure itself was also nice. The lady did a good job trimming my nails and cuticles. The dip powder, however, was awful. You can kind of see if here in the pictures, it looks like she did maybe 1.5 dips of color and never made sure the color got proper coverage. The powder is so spotty and there's a ton of clear spots on the edges and in the middle. Now that they're starting to grow a bit, they're also catching on my hair and things since the powder also went over my cuticles. Lastly, the colors do not match. My nails are purple and the toes are on the pink side. If you just glance, they do look similar, but if you look for more than 3 seconds, you can see they are different colors. read more

The worst nails I have ever had. They chipped from one day to next -- and one was scratchy on top and keep catching my hair. Went back in and manger said it's only gel so they can chip. They filed them down and left all the rest two times longer. The one that was scratchy she did a top coat and when I got home realized it was a totally different color. If you want a wax in which parts of your facial skin are peeled off because THE OWNER doesn't know how to do a wax properly and other young staff people can't find ointment or anything to help you with your burning face, then this is your spot. After returning several days later with scabbed facial skin and my receipt, I quietly spoke to the manager, who took pictures and apologized profusely. She assured me that the owner, Maria, who had done the waxing, would reach out soon. After a week, I emailed Maria directly, including my phone number. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing. My daughter and I frequented this business every 2 weeks and spent over $200 each time. I am a business owner. I'm disgusted by the lack of respect Maria has for her clients, as well as her lack of skill and ability to have the proper skin care items in her establishment. read more

I've been a customer for about a year and have never experienced bad service such as a did this last time. Everyone seemed to be upset from the minute we walked in. My pedicure person was switched 3 times and my nails were done so horrible. See attached pic. After complaining about my nails the tech looked at them and asked what was wrong with them??! After he tried to fix them I still left unsatisfied bc this is not normal work for them. My daughter was also having her nails done and her nail tech was rude and kept slapping her hand to "relax". Once we paid and left we get a call shortly after saying that we walked out without paying....after we paid! They claim it was my daughters job to give them her ticket....we were both checked out at the front. It is not the customers job to take notes for the tech and bring their note up there with them! I recently had my eyelashes filled here for my first time. Maria was a very nice person, however her application technique was subpar. She used globs of glue per extension and glued multiple lashes (extensions and natural lashes) together causing damage to my natural lashes. The extensions were pulling on my natural lashes and causing a lot of pain and inflammation. I couldn't even close my eyes without there being pain. I got my lashes removed 2 days later from a local lash company. When they removed the lashes, they showed me the clumps of lashes and balls of glue removed. They also stated that whatever glue that was used, did not seem like regular lash glue as it did not dissolve correctly with the chemical applied to dissolve the glue. I have also had an issue with my manicures here. From fungus on one nail, to poor paint jobs, to horrible shape ups. I did voice my concerns to management, but was told I was the culprit for these issues and that the reason I developed nail fungus with the one nail was because I got water under the acrylic. LOL. I will not be returning nor do I recommend this salon to anyone. read more

if I could leave a zero star review, I would. After getting my nails done here, they were falling off by the next day. I called them and I was told to come in and get a full set because already half of my nails were off. After going in and getting the full set that I was told I could get, the managers husband came and told me I had to pay $28 for a "color change", even though the neon color I got was fading and they acknowledged that 3 other people had the same problem. I continued to walk out and go about my day when I continued to be harassed and receiving calls and being threatened that the cops are going to be called. All of that over $28, even though they were fixing their mistake. Not only that but the people here just have a nasty attitude. Their services are cheap for a reason. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went last night with my boyfriend to get pedicures and I was super disappointed and felt bad he even had to pay for the services we received. David did my pedi and he was rough with the filer and it was not relaxing AT ALL. I felt like he was rushing to get it done. I got done and put the foam flip flops on and walked to the car. When I got home I got a good look at the paint job and wanted to CRY. He put three coats on and apparently didn't wait till they were dry. I literally looked like globs one paint on my two big toes. My nails were cut crooked and not filed smooth. My boyfriend had Mary who he said was super gentle and nice, but even his toes were not filed down smooth and cut WAY to short. He says she made him bleed a few times. I went back today to explain the situation and they gave me the same guy who messed them up in the first place.. He proceeded to tell me that it was because I put my sandals back on (birkenstock's with the toe strap) so of course i DID NOT put them on because I was worried about messing my toes up. I explained that I wore the foam slippers all the way home and then he tried to tell me it was because it was cold outside... (it wasn't cold at all) He did end up redoing the two big toes with no charge, so I appreciate that. I worry about the sanitation of this place after having David coughing and sneezing all over my feet while I was trying to have a relaxing nail day with my boyfriend.. I only went here because my friend was a former manager there and said it was reasonably priced and the people were nice, but over half of the reviews say otherwise. Polish came out looking like a layer cake. David was rough, hurried and argumentative. Denied seeing what was clear to me yesterday when they were done. There were too many issues to list but one was: the scraping of my natural nail to the point of fraying... to remove the gel polish. why charge $10 for removal if you're not going to maintain the Integrity of the natural nail.
