My teenage daughter went in…read morewith her adult cousin for a girls day and showed the salon a picture of the nails she wanted. She was quoted $65 before the service started. When she went to pay, the total was suddenly different with several unexplained upcharges. No one told her during the appointment that there would be additional charges or an upcharge added. When she questioned the price, the manager was very snarky and dismissive. My daughter paid and left upset. When my fiancé later called to discuss the situation, the manager was argumentative and rude, saying things like, "Well, she looks like she gets her nails done, she should know," and "If she's old enough to get her nails done alone..." even though she wasn't alone and was there with her older cousin. The issue was never the final price itself -- it was the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled afterward. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way, but instead the conversation felt defensive and disrespectful.

She is a lovely person, very informative and helped me with my concerns. (Since moving to Texas my skin went haywire). Before doing any facials or procedures she recommended I meet with Annie for a "good-faith" consultation. When I met with Annie I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had done some research on my current issues and was able to prescribe me a face routine. After following her advice, the rash on my face FINALLY cleared up after WEEKS! I was then able to schedule a hydra facial with Zenyda. It was so relaxing that I feel completely asleep. Afterward, my boyfriend was impressed that my face seemed to glow and "the lines were gone." He's so smooth. I will for sure continue to use this place. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had:…read more On Wednesday, I missed a call and had a voicemail from Rachel, the Center Manager of this location. She left a phone number to call that was different from the one online that routed me to the call center and I was so relieved. However, when I called the number she provided back, I was AGAIN routed to the call center. They put me on hold and reached out to Rachel, then came back and said that she was unavailable (this was about 20 minutes after she'd left the voicemail). I'll give her some credit, as she attempted to return my call again but I was in another meeting at the time, since she was calling during regular business hours. She then sent me an email requesting a time for us to hop on a call. I replied (again within about 20 minutes) that I would be available for the rest of the afternoon. She did not call again, nor did she respond to my email or attempt to call back the following day. I've also developed a pretty bad case of folliculitis on my bikini line over the past couple of days, which I haven't experienced in years (the last case being within the first 6 or so months of starting to wax). I consistently have my legs waxed every 4-5 weeks, practice proper hygiene, and follow the post-wax guidance to avoid these break outs. I followed up on our email chain again this morning to update Rachel on this development and provided my availability for a call (between 10am-2pm). At noon, I heard my phone ringing from the room over and by the time I ran to it, I'd missed the call (I'm not even sure that it rang through all the way). I called back WITHIN THE MINUTE and was again directed to the call center, who put me on hold and came back to say that Rachel was unavailable. She had literally just called me, so that didn't make much sense. I then followed up on my email again letting her know what happened and confirming my availability. She did not call back, nor has she responded to ANY of my emails. If I'd been able to quickly get in touch with the location on Monday, I would have given this location another try. But this poor customer experience and inability to get in touch with the team has left such a bad taste in my mouth. Between needing to get my entire legs re-waxed, the folliculitis outbreak, and this half-assed game of phone tag disguised as customer service, I would like a full refund. If this location really cared about their customers, they'd make it easier to get in touch with them.
