Very happy with the service my daughter and I were give today! Nu did my nails, I got the dip. My daughter just got a manicure and she's very happy with her nails. I'm new to the area and I'm extremely happy with the service, the nail tech and the gal at the first desk, the cleanliness of the salon and the atmosphere! I live in NB but have a small drive to this place and it's totally worth it. They are always so accommodating to myself and my daughter (7). I usually have Nancy who does a phenomenal job but I've had Stefanie (amazing and very detailed) then today I had Annie, I changed up the shape and was on a time crunch and they were so slammed.. She did such a great job. They always check with you during the process to make sure you're liking their work. This is not a great photo but I don't have great nails/wide nail beds but always leave with them looking so nice. Call ahead even if you're otw. They will shoot you straight on how long or what time to come but again, SO worth it!

The people are very welcoming, Plus they will give you a drink/ refreshment while you're getting your nails done. I also brought both of my kids with me since I didn't have a babysitter and they were very understanding. I absolutely love the job thing I did on my nails. When I got done cost $75. Which I think is comparable to most places so I'm happy with my experience here :)

The gentleman who did my daughter's nails did a great job! He wasn't thrilled about the number of colors she chose for what she wanted and let her know but he got the job done.

I really wanted to like this place. It's spacious and clean. I walked in and was shown the colors - there were two whole displays of just dip powder, which is what I was getting, and the color options were amazing! I had a hard time choosing a color, but I decided on a pale baby blue. I usually get a baby pink. So I sit down, she starts removing my old dip and all is well, then she pulls out the blue I picked and it's literally green. She tests it on an acrylic nail and it's not even teal, it's straight green. So I happily go pick a different color and now I'm looking at the pinks. She comes with me and she pulls out the bottle of the ones I point to and they're all not the same color. I'm not even joking I picked like 10 different colors - green, pink, blue, it didn't matter. I see a blue that's kind of close, so we go and she puts in on my nail. Right away I ask her to layer it bc I can tell it's not right. It's like bright blue and I try to explain to her that it's too blue and you can tell she's irritated. So after trying to explain that I usually do the light, natural, pastel colors, I say can she just do white. So we do a milky white and that's great and all bc how can you mess up white but like, why are all the colors so different? The girl next to me also got a milky white with chrome, and she showed a handful of inspo pics to her tech, she had all these designs in mind, and the tech put the chrome on one finger to see if the girl liked it, and she said how it was a little silver, so the tech used a different chrome and it was the same deal. The girl tried to explain how it's more silver than pearly, gold, and she showed the inspo pic again, and the tech tried to tell her it was the lighting. I wanted to be like girl you're being gaslit rn. So the girl said ok no chrome, and the tech asked if she still wanted a bow design, and the girl asked the tech for her opinion and the tech was like don't ask me, everything I've done so far you don't like how it looks. !? It just sucks bc we pay a lot of money and we get treated poorly for wanting what we want! I paid $50.99 plus a 20% tip so $60.99 total and it's just plain white powder. I couldn't get any of the other ten colors I would've rather had. So idk it's not a horrible place, just disappointing.

Peeling since day one. Will not go back again.

Horrible service, male who did my nails was upset when the gloss did not set and he buffed the nails so hard he left me bleeding on some fingers. Here are the pictures of his work. The guy who normally oversees the place was out. So, like saying goes "when the cat is away, the mice come out to play". Total crap work without supervision.

The best spa pedicure I have ever had: the extras just kept on coming, including hot stones. I had the green tea cucumber pedicure and I highly recommend it if you want to give yourself a little present. Facility is spacious, bright, clean and well run. read more

Truly discourage with True Nail Salon. I've been a loyal customer for over a year. Had my appointment as always with the guy named "Happy" yesterday. Once again, I was rushed to choose a color even though I arrived 20 minutes early to have time to select color. I went ahead and chose a red, which was not as expected after application. With Happy's disgusted attitude, I went ahead and just went with a regular white nail and white tips. He decided to use a "purple" tint base for the general nail instead of the normal white, pink or clear coating used. It looked awful! Got him to change despite his frustration and attitude. I went to checkout and I generously gave a $10 tip but got home and found a $17.50 tip charge! I would have never agreed to pay that much for a nail job! Conclusion: Do not waste your time and money read more

Wendy did a phenomenal for manicure. You can tell the true artist when they use a paintbrush rather than a nail polish brush and that's exactly what she did. And Lynda did a beautiful pedicure with perfect attention to cuticles and trimming around nails beautifully! read more

Got a manicure and polish. By the next day, polish was flaking off. I stopped in and ask if this is what I can expect since it was my first at this studio. The receptionist said no guarantee, know I won't do it again . She explained that when you wash your hands, it washes the polish off. I had no idea that polish had gotten so cheesy that it washes off like chalk. read more

After my last visit two weeks ago, I was very disappointed. They used to do good work, but lately I noticed that they would do less than what is expected. I always get my pedicure and my fill done with shellac on both my hands and feet. The pedicures lack on the massage part but the rest has been o.k. The nails are alright, but they never get the length right. I've tried saying something but the technician will usually get irritated about it. I had asked for a manicure this last time (which I usually don't do but wanted it done this time). I've had these done at other places, so I know what it entails. All she did was rub a scrub on my arms and the top of my hands and then rub in some lotion. That was the WORST "manicure" I have ever had. I still paid but I will not be going there again. read more

Horrible service. Very rude attitude, stop to watch a movie every few seconds, always on phone, and left my light colored nails see through. I was unable to request another coat since she had already gotten up and walked away before I was done drying. I will not be returning in the future. read more

Arrived a couple of minutes early, was seen 10 minutes after appointment time. My feet were left to soak in water another 10 minutes before my pedicure actually started. My nail tech was exceptional (Hailey): I highly recommend her! Worth the wait: I love my nails! read more

I have been going here for over 6 months! This is by far the best nail salon I've been too. All the staff is very kind, the salon is clean and very inviting. Highly recommend this salon. I have used Jenny for my pedicures and Lee for my nails. Both are amazing and do excellent work. read more

I like them! I've gone a few times and the price is normal but every time I request certain designs, my nails end up looking so cute. Nothing spectacular that sets them a part from another place per say but they're a solid option and my experience each time is consistent. read more

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I got my nails done for my birthday and it was the worst experience I've had. I got a set of acrylics put on and the whole time they were making rude faces and nasty little comments, the guy who did mine ( his name was happy) he was filling my nails for a HOUR AND A HALF and when it came to the design he took forever to do it and it didn't even look right. They charged me $100 for some squiggles while my friends costed her $70. I went to this place specifically so they could do the design because the website photos had amazing design detail but unfortunately wasn't the case for me. Wasted $100 and 3 and a half hours of my day. read more

waited 30 min for a basic pedi but watched someone else come in and get seated before me for a pedi. Guy at the front vaped and blew smoke towards me when I asked. They sat me at a chair with no water in it for 8 minutes. Then I had to ask for it to be warmer two different times. I definitely won't be back just because of the one guy who blew smoke and was unkind. read more

So I definitely crossed my fingers and hoped for the best with this business, but they didn't disappoint. This is a family owned business and they've only been open for about two weeks. Robert gave me a new set and Jenny handled my pedicure. Everything was outstanding and I am super relaxed. Bonus... it's next door to a Starbucks!!! The prices actually are not too pricey (in my opinion). It is clean, the music isn't overly loud, and everyone was extremely accommodating. I WILL be back!! read more

Brian is truly amazing! I have been getting my nails done for decades and because we are military I have had them done all over the US and overseas. Having said that? Brian is by far the best. His foot massage will make you wish you could have a pedicure done everyday. He is soooo friendly and kind and gives great advice. We just retired and this is my forever nail home. I can't say enough! CALL NOW and ASK for BRIAN. You won't regret a moment of time spent even if you have a commute. read more

Yesterday was my 2nd time at True Nail Studio. When I walked in I was met with amazing people and a lovely front desk lady. She helped me figure out how to make my nails look exactly like the picture. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job, she was super sweet, gentle with my nails, and was very precise. I really liked her. And like any other nail place I've been to if they've made a mistake and I didn't notice, they usually just kept going and then I noticed later. But she was amazing and when she made a mistake she fixed it even if I thought they looked great. she size to my nails perfect she shaped them perfect. And every once in a while someone would come around and ask me if I needed anything or how I was doing. If I'm being honest the pictures look the exact same. The massage therapist, Dana, was knowledgable and actively sough out my input as to how much pressure was applied. I really loved the water wave little machine that she was using. It was a very nice touch. The cherry on top were the prices, which were VERY reasonable and frankly much lower than I have seen thus far at other massage places I have tried. Would I recommend this massage get away? Absolutely!! It certainly was Terrific indeed!!

I can't recommend this nail salon enough! Unlike some places that constantly try to upsell you, this salon focuses on providing an amazing experience without any pressure. The staff is so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and their attention to detail is unmatched. I've been here at least 10 times, and not once have I had a bad experience. Every visit, I leave feeling pampered and completely satisfied with the quality of their work. The atmosphere is relaxing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend the Romance Pedicure by Ben. Ben's massage during the pedicure is amazing! He puts a lot of effort and muscle into it, so if you don't like a deep massage, let him know.
