After getting my nails done at several salons, I can honestly say that Elite nails has the best customer service and quality of work. Vanna and Augie are just good people. The salon is so clean. Not only do they perform quality pedicures and manicures, they do it quickly. I have had one instance where my gel peeled off only on one nail. I went in to ask for a repair. Not only did Vanna repair that nail, she freshened up my gel manicure, and then refused to let me tip her. I wanted to share my last 3 experiences here: Vanna is simply the best! I went in today with absolutely no clue what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park with a super fun summer look with waves on pink, even a touch if sparkle! I always leave Elite Nails smiling! Thank you Vanna! Vanna did it again! Each and every visit is as awesome as the previous one. My magenta nails with the white and yellow flowers were such a hit with the children I teach that they told me to keep them the same. Lol The kids love them as much as I do! Vanna did such a beautiful job on my nails. She shaped them perfectly and followed the curves of my natural nails. We just recently moved here and I tried a couple of different places before I found this one. I've been here a couple of times now, and each time I have been very happy with the service. It's clean, the prices are affordable, they are fairly quick which is great, they offer a variety of services, and my nails look just like I ask every time! While they will recommend or advertise different services, they are not pushy about getting a certain service which is something that I absolutely hate and is one thing that will make me look elsewhere. I will definitely keep going back as long as they continue to keep my nails looking this good!!! read more

Unfortunately, like many of the past nails salons I've gone to in the past, the work started out good and then it gets sloppy. When I first came, I had a guy (who I was told he was on vacation but I haven't seen him in there again and I've been going here for about 6 months) do my nails and I loved them. Since the one guy who did my nails was on "vacation" Andy had been doing my nails since. I like consistency and I don't like when there are different nails techs touching my hands or toes. Every time I call to make an appointment, I specifically ask for Andy. When I get there, he starts on me and then Tina finishes. She doesn't pay attention to detail, she rushes through her work and she's rough! Andy has gotten sloppier and sloppier with his work as well. I refuse to pay $90+ tip every time I go especially if they aren't doing a good job. Not to mention, each time I've gone, I get the same thing (fill in with shellac) and I've been charge inconsistent prices. The last time I came before this time, it was two days that had passed and my nails started cracking, lifting and eventually broke. I ended up having to stop and get my nails done while I was on vacation, which I shouldn't have had to do if the quality was good. Today is my last time ever coming here UNLESS it's an absolute last minute life or death, don't mind wasting my money type of situation. I came in for a fill in and a possible pedicure. I ended up not getting the pedicure because of my last pedicure experience here. The girl who did it took too much skin off from my heel and it was painful to walk for a week. The area where she took too much skin off has calloused over so bad that it sounds like I'm wearing shoes when I walk around my house. Anyway... back to my nail job today. Andy did the usual drilling and filing. I asked him to do the acrylic a little thicker than he usually does because they end up chipping. I've had a thicker natural looking nail before so I knew it would still look nice. Well, not Andy's. He globbed a very thick, uneven and unnatural amount of acrylic on my nails. I didn't think too much of it because he still had to file and shape them. When he was done "filing and shaping" them, he immediately started applying the shellac. I didn't have the chance to look at the acrylic application and compare my hands until after he was done with the whole shellac process. Once he was done, I looked at my nails and was disappointed and disgusted. The shape of the nails are so ugly. They look like duck bill nails. They are extra wide at the tips. My left hand was way longer than my right hand. I brought it to his attention and he started drilling the tips of my nails down with the shellac on. My nails on my left hand have a flat, thick unfinished look and my right hand just looks as equally ugly. What should have been done was he file the shellac off and then re-file and re-shape my nails and then re-applied the shellac. He showed his true laziness and carelessness for his loyal customers with me today. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless it's a last minute thing... even then I'd recommend you do your nails yourself! read more

Wanted to like this place since it's super convenient to get to but please avoid. I now have a pretty severe infection in my toe and need to have part of my toe nail surgically removed and are on antibiotics after they cut my nails and tried to do their own removal of my ingrown. They didn't remove it correctly and obviously the tools they use are not sanitized properly. read more

The quality here has gone way down. It was never that great to begin with but it was ok. I went recently and it was awful. So bad that I would rather not have a pedicure than come here. The guy was obviously irritated that I interrupted him watching his TV show to work. He cut me while trimming my cuticles. He messed up the polish. I had fairly complicated shoes to put on and he tried to put them on. While he might have been able to get them on, I didn't want to eat with having brightly colored nail polish on my new shoes so I asked for the pedi slippers. He literally threw my shoe down. This place started off as 2 star at best years ago and if possible has gotten worse. Do not waste your time here. read more

Received the worst gel nail service I've ever received. The technician used a grinder to grind of my cuticles and burned the edges of my skin on every nail. Not to mention that the gel from the end of my nails attached to the skin underneath my nails. Went to another nail place after and had them remove and redo it. read more

I wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here, I've visited three times and won't be back. First time she got so much wax in my hair(it was in a ponytail) and didn't bother trying to get it out. The second time she left my eyebrows waaaayy uneven so the third time a couple weeks later and the lady had the nerve to tell me they were uneven would she like me to fix them. I started to tell her well no one has touched them since you so if they're uneven it's your fault...but I didn't. Just won't be back for waxing read more
