My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Thi gave me a relaxing deluxe pedicure that was the perfect way to unwind. She is thorough, attentive, and always does an incredible job. I typically go for a pedicure which isn't bad here but a bit overpriced for the quality. I feel like this business is quantity over quality which is never what you want. I also got my acrylic nails removed and I have never had a worse experience. They shaved my nail beds down SO LOW to the point where they were bruised, burned under hot water, and ached in pain. I didn't think much of it at first but when I went to later get my nails done somewhere else she let me know how bad they damaged my nails with the drill. I have never experienced something like this in all my years of getting my nails done. Do not recommend. read more

I have been coming here for a few years and come once a month so I feel I can give a honest review. I personally have always had a great experience. Like most nail salons I have my favorites. For nail (dip, powders, etc) the girls I recommend are Nikki and Jenny. Both girls are super nice and talented. Jenny also does pedicures (just not sure about Nikki). Also another person I really like for pedicures is Jennifer. Jennifer also does my eyebrows. She is the only one I trust with my eyebrows. Owner is very friendly as well. If you want to guarantee you are seen right away and by the person of your choice I recommend calling ahead (it's worth it) but they have always been accommodating to walk-ins as well. read more

I walked in with two little girls so that they can get their nails polished only. I made it clear that that's all we needed. The guy at the front kept trying to talk me into getting a pedicure or my nails done. After constantly telling him no he asked again!! Do not get your nails done here. I went for my 10:00 appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes to get seated because the nail Tech was not even there. I was not the only customer to be treated this way, many others had to wait over half an hour as well. Once I got seated, I was hoping the nails would still look okay after waiting so long. However, the acrylics I got were very chunky and they didn't even use the color I asked for. I am very unimpressed. This business is very unprofessional and low quality. Came in for a manicure and my nails are naturally long so I don't like fake nails but some nails tend to break on the side. So I came in and let them know they said dip would help when she was drill my nail to clean it up around my cuticles it seemed she was doing it kinda hard but I've never gotten it done so I was like okay... I should've said something now that I'm home two of nails are bleeding around my cuticles. I better not get infection or I'll go down there and give them a piece of my mind... next time let your nail techs know not to go so hard on the cuticles read more

Long waits. Up charges for every little thing. Minimal polish selection. Poor quality work. Used to be my regular spot but time to move on.

My nails were "ok" where I didn't like them not hate them. I did however give it an extra star because the place was really clean. Cleanliness is so important in a nail salon. The lady that did my nails wasn't personable nor talked to me rather than telling me to move my hands. Well that was a waste of time!! First off, no matter what any of these non-American nail salons tell you, you CAN get your nails done without a drill. They won't pop off the next day and it IS better for your nail bed. The reason they don't want to do it by hand is because it takes more talent and time. This guy tried to tell me the damage on my nail bed from drilling was from me hitting my nail on something... So I guess half of my nail down, in every single nail was damaged not from past acrylics done with a drill but because I, unknowingly, hit all my nails really hard on something all around the sane time... Riiiighhht. I bet the sky us orange too right? I'm not an idiot!! With that being said, I will stick to American salons from now on. Pretty annoyed. read more

I love this place!! This is the only place I've been where the shellac lasts for weeks! Everyone is super friendly and appear to be in genuinely good moods. I work in the area so i can only make it on my lunch break during the week and will go lengths of time with my nails looking horrible until i have the time to get out there. I recommend going after 1:30 during the week to avoid their lunch time rush. I don't even try I the weekends, but they do take appointments. read more

Typically a good place and quick and solid work. Nails done fairly quickly and the man who did my nails was preoccupied by other things. I my pedicure still isn't even started and doesn't look like I'm getting it done anymore. Very disappointing to say the least. If I stay it's cause I don't have time to wait again elsewhere. The guy didn't know how to do coffin shape, they had to get another guy to try and fix them! After I complain to I think the owner, the guy doing my nails said to me next time leave for Kids at home! My kids were very well behaved and I had my little girls nails done too so she was a paying customer! I had to reshape my own nails messing up the shallc polish I payed for on top of a full set! Was only offered an apology not discount for the rude nail tech or the fact that they look horrible will never never go back worse $70 I've spent in a long time! Came in, was attended to pretty quickly. Unfortunately the girl who did my nails was literally coached the whole time by the man who was doing the lady next to mine's manicure. It was in a different language so I can't tell exactly what he was saying, but he kept signaling to hold her polish one way, and to put more acetone in the bottle and shake it to get more. When cutting my cuticles, my fingers looked like I had put them in a blender. Even the lady next to me was like, "oh honey you're bleeding." Being a nurse this didn't phase me much, except she just kept going- until I told her it was done and took my hands away. She told me to wash my hands, so I did, and I was still bleeding, so I come back to my chair and put my hand down, holding the bleeding finger while I ask her for a paper towel. She sees the blood on my finger and just looks like she's in a panic. She called for the guy that was helping her and he came, grabbed my hand says, "oh bleeding" and puts a drop of God knows what that stung like crazy on my finger. I asked repeatedly what he had put on me, but he would not tell me. I explained I would like to know because it came in a dropper that did NOT look labeled and wanted to know what was on my bleeding finger. He told me "oh it's ok it help you." They finished off with the thickest layer of shellac I have ever seen. It looked like little beans on my fingers, with the bleeding nail changing the color of that nail to a pink. The rest were a glittery white. She said she would fix it, I said no thank you. read more

I'm new in town so clueless where to go so I just walked in, at first I wasn't impressed, small, BUT people sooo nice and clean and did such a good job, they spoke perfect English so they were able to understand what I wanted. Enjoyed my pedicure and found the place to be clean and accommodating. However, my husband wanted a pedicure also and, even though they were joking when they asked him "What color you like?" and laughed, it embarrassed him and he is reluctant to come back. Do they have any idea how difficult it is to get a man to get a pedicure??? I hope they learn that if a man is there, it is because he cares about his feet and wants to be treated like a MAN, and not the butt of a joke -- You will never see him again unfortunately. read more
