I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. Three of us came in for appointments and ended up spending over two hours at the salon. Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score. read more

First, as soon as you walk in the young girl at the front is super sweet & welcoming. My nail tech Katie was absolutely amazing, she took her time and gave me the exact shape I wanted (I'm really picky), I always do something simple my first time, before I go in with my crazy art just to test the salon. Katie was able to give me exactly what I wanted and the prices are completely reasonable. I will never go anywhere else ever again. Before today I went to an "american/instagram" nail person who completely ruined my love for getting my nails done and over charged me like crazy (now I know) and she never let me see what I was paying for. Thankfully today Stella Nails and their staff was able to restore my faith and love for nails. I will never listen to anyone who says to not use a salon again. 1000% recommend and I will be back. I've gone to Stella's about three times since I've moved to the city because it was close by. Each time that I've gone I couldn't figure out why they didn't was or message my feet like a regular pedicure. No water was in the foot-bath but other customers didn't say anything so I didn't, but of course I stopped going. I've never been back. read more

Daniel, Daniel, DANIEL. Such a friendly, funny nail tech, first of all. His style is very precise, you can see the effort he puts into his work leaning toward perfectionism. I'm always nervous about getting my nails/hair done because it's a long-term change, but Daniel is so gentle through the whole process. He'll listen to your feedback or corrections & handles them well & with grace. End results are so pretty and pristine, makes me feel so pretty!! I feel like a princess every time. His work is consistently good & beautiful, so if you want to book with him. If he is not available, another nail artist I recommend is Tein- she is just as precise and caring through the process, neat and clean work! Either way you really can't go wrong, they'll listen to your concerns and adjust accordingly to leave you confident & happily walking away with beautiful nails, cuticles & a smile. Wonderful service. Never Again!! I went in to get my nails done for my birthday. The nail tech obviously did not know what she was doing. My fingers are wide and she applied nails that were too narrow. I told the tech I did not like the nails length or shape before any acrylic was applied. She continued to try and fix them. Then she applied the acrylic so thick. They are so ugly. I asked to just take them off and of course another tech came to try and fixed them by that time there was nothing they could do to fix them. I really wanted to love this place cause it looks nice and it's close to home, but I really loath the way this establishment does business and charges egregiously for it! You can make appointments all you want, but you still have to wait 30 minutes or more past your reserved time. They'll tell you 10 more minutes, but you'll just sit there building in irritation. Now I'm a patient person, but if I make an appointment over 2 weeks in advance, I will not stand to have my time wasted. The employees seem unhappy. They'll stroll in late past their booked times with an iced coffee and already don't want to be there. For a spa, they don't give relaxing vibes. Their quality of work is spotty. The art will look good, but the acrylics don't last past 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I'll get lifting or lose a nail within 2 weeks. A good quality set should be able to stay on with no lifting for at least 3-4. A simple set with one solid polish shouldn't cost more than $40.00, but I paid $75.00! Nothing extra. Just a simple nude set with no add ons. They don't even have complimentary alcoholic beverages like the other competing salons in the area. Why does it cost so much here? Pedis are expensive as well. I paid $75 for a simple pedicure and it didn't even come with wax or sugar scrub like other competing salons in the area. I've given this place so many tries, but I will not be coming back. For the price, wait and quality, it's just not worth it. read more

I've been to this place a couple times because it's convenient but i won't be returning. I go and get the same thing every single time (shellac basic pedicure and dip manicure) yet am charged a different price every visit. It's ranged from $79-$104 not including tip. Last time i got my nails done they all came off within 5 days which is not typical for a dip manicure. I also wasn't seen until almost an hour after my appointment time. I completely get things get busy but they kept saying '5-10 more minutes' like just be honest and say it'll be an hour and let me decide if i want to stay or not. Overall my nails always look fine when i leave (i never do designs or acrylics or anything fancy just plain) but based on everything else i wouldn't come back. read more

Came in for a pedicure. Had an ingrown nail that needed a tiny bit of attention. Ended up with two toes that were cut and were bleeding. When I showed the manager a photo of what happened, I was offered 10% off the service. Poor customer service. I will definitely NOT come back! Walked in & they lazy, being passed off to different techs like a rag doll was not a good thing. Pedicure- When the tech had to keep re-painting my toenails made me wonder if he knew what he was doing no spa experience Nails- I wanted a new color/set showed a picture & they did differ- an overlap on my powder with another color to which caused fungus on one of my nails. I ended up going back to my original nail spot & glad they caught it in time cuz it could have been worse. I've been here a couple times because it's close to home, and unfortunately every time it's been disappointing with multiple techs. Going to a nail salon is now a luxury for a lot of people, myself included. I don't mind spending the money if the work is worth it. Just experienced the worst foot massage I've ever had during a pedicure, which is supposed to be the best part! No pressure at all and he moved so slow, zoning out the window. I swear I think he must've forgot he was even massaging me at some points with how little his hands moved. And my manicure they completely tore up every one of my cuticles, I was dripping blood! I was excited to get my nails done for my baby shower. I showed up at 6:00 after rushing from work and canceling other plans i had to get there on time. They refused to take me even though they had an hour til closing. There were employees there not even working on someone who could have fit me in. They are LAZY. The last time I went there I had to return a week later because a nail broke twice so the quality isn't good as well. I will not be returning here! Their laziness caused me a major inconvenience as I could have went elsewhere to get my nails done and wasted time to be denied service. read more

They do a horrible job with pedicures. Never been to a shop where almost all of their pedicure techs are unskilled. At least one should be really good. They aren't willing to correct their mistakes either which is aggravating. I believe the only reason they get busy is because they're the only mail shop within a 2-5 mile radius. I've been coming here for a few months now, and it started off pretty well but I won't be returning. I never get long nails but am ALWAYS charged $10 for long nails but mine are medium nails. They also will add a tip to your bill without you knowing, I finally asked for a receipt and it ended up being about $30 in upcharges for things I didn't ask for. They charged me $15 for chrome on two fingers!! They rush and I've been cut a few times by several different nail techs. Mostly I won't be returning because, for the amount that I pay, the nails DO NOT LAST. The lifting and breaking are absolutely ridiculous, it seems like they are doing a poor job on purpose so that you come back sooner. read more
