I was unhappy halfway through the service of getting an acrylic layover and kindly asked if she can soak them off and she said no that she wasn't done. I explained that I did not want glitter on my nails, there were pieces of acrylic missing, the shape of them were wrong and then she started screaming at me and even the customer behind me was trying to tell her to calm down. I asked for her to stop yelling at me and to allow me to talk and continued to stay calm and say that with being in the military and getting my nails done I have never been so disrespected and have to pay for a service I did not like, better yet that isn't finished. The customer ended up being a friend of the owner (nail lady) and said "she's poor and doesn't have the money" and the owner and customer continued to say " you people try to get free nails and say you don't like them." Over and over I was called poor and was told "you people" She told the police that I was going to go home and paint over my nails and needed to pay $20 to soak them off. I told her no, I can pay 4 dollars for a bottle of acrylic to soak them off. Again, I got called poor. I ended up having to pay $10 and sign paper work to never come back which is fine. While walking out, the customer said," oh thank you for your service by the way" This place needs to be shut down for being so disrespectful and biased. The picture at the end is what I wanted. At 1150 his colleague started filing my nails, and then I had to wait a little longer for him to finish his previous client. It was a little after 12 when he finally had me seated. He was very thorough and meticulous with my nails, and asked me a few times if the progress, shape, color, etc was ok. He nicked one of my cuticles and it bled a tiny bit, that part was unfortunate. After all was complete I walked out at about 1:30. Overall he did a great job, I do love the after results minus the sore cuticle. If you have the time to spare then I recommend giving it a shot.

They allow me to bring my toddler and if she gets fussy with her they actually help me out. Or their son does, I've been going here for years and LOVE THEM AND this salon.
