This is definitely a place I'm going to stick to! Mask required, sanitize right when you walk in. It is very clean every time I've gone. Always greeted quick and in a timely manner ! Reasonable prices ! Great customer service ! Cindy is the girl to see ! She's great! After getting my nails beautifully done by her two weeks ago (in the picture) I jammed my finger in a door and went back and asked her kindly to remove them and just paint my nails...I'll post the after pic . She was very careful with my Pinky and made sure I was okay during the process. I got my nails done here for the first time on Friday. By Monday morning one of my finger was swollen. I ended up having to go to the er where they said it was infected. Due to the holiday and the fact that I work 12 hours shift i get off ant 7;30. This is also a new job so I wasn't supposed to miss any days. I asked them to stay open so I could get this nail off because the doctor said I needed to get it off. All this is such an inconvenience to me and they couldn't go out of there way to make it better and that's frustrating. I went into the nail shop perfectly fine nails and I come out with an infect and a nail that had blood under it. try to go to another shop and they denied me because they didn't want to be liable. I'm disappointed that they weren't willing to go to the extra mile to fix the issue. Never going back again. I'm in sever3 pain and they refuse to go the extra mile to help. I'm currently trying to get a refund and they telling me we don't do refunds. The aftermath after my nail had to be taken off. Had these nails on for less than a week. Went into the shop with a normal nail came. Over the past few days I've been adding to this post as things continue. After Thanksgiving around 10 pm my finger started going numb and as rotten smell started coming from finger. I had to go to the ER for a second time. I ended up having to get an xray to make sure necrosis didn't go to my bone. I ended up have to have holes cut in my finger so my finger could drain. There was so much pressure under my nail that it cut my circulation off. I am have a few holes in my finger being drained while my finger is in a splint. I called several times over the past few days and they refuse to give me my money back. first they said they don't do that then they said they'll give me half instead of the total amount I paid then never did it. gave me the run around. worst experience and now I have trauma to my hand had to miss work go to the ER for a third time. got my finger cut open and can't even do my job! worst sain ever and the employees are trash!!! read more

I love this place! I got a pedicure and the technician was gentle, yet thorough. My feet felt great after leaving and my toenails were a nice purple color. It was clean and there are plastic guards at each station between you and the technician for the COVID precautions. They offer other services such as manicures (of course) and facial waxing. Support small, women-owned Asian businesses! The workers here are very nice and will listen to what you want. Please don't be intimidated if they are speaking a new language. I'm not going to say the experience was awful but it ended in the need for a podiatrist visit. Basically the dug to deep and cut too much on my left toe and created an ingrown toenail situation. That was on Wednesday 3/9 and I had to get it surgically removed today 3/14, so my $50 pedicure ended up costing me much more. If you don't have insurance, maybe check out another place. *I did go back and let them know about it before posting this, they didn't seem to understand or be sympathetic. I usually really love this place because they're very affordable and do a good job (I've been coming here for about 2 years) but today I went in to get my solar nails taken off and every other time I've came in to do this they have manicured them and made them look nice considering Ive had fake nails on for weeks. There was a new lady in there today and she took my nails off, filed and buffed them and this is how they turned out. She told me to go wash my hands and I figured she wasn't done. She looks at me and says "that's it you're done. ten dollars." I was like WHAT? There's NO WAY. This is how they let me leave. I will not return. read more

Today, i was cut 3 separate times and they never even put my top coat on. I have been coming here for a very long time and I've tried different ladies in here and I love Natalie. She knows exactly what I like and she helps me pick out colors if I'm indecisive. The always compliment me on my kids of how well behaved they are. I've seen some reviews of people saying they've been coming for a while and will never go back. I live close so I decide to give it a try for a pedicure..Never again!!!..I go in there and they are busy, and thats ok, but they try working on two people at a time and this does not work!!..I was there for an hour and a half for a pedicure!! I have some cuts to my heels and toes on both feet from the nail tech not paying attention and being to rough. She was to busy watching the door and the other lady across the way getting her nails done at the same time I am getting my pedicure..so shes running in between the two of us!!!..My cuticles were also cut to deep and are all red on my big toe.. The staff was incredibly rude, and when it came to picking out my Shellac color they didn't have colors to show me! They just asked what do you want? What he hell? Can I see my choices? Next was the pedicure itself, he cut me on three different toes, so every time he put oil or any other liquid on my feet it burned. I've seen Lily for about 4 years now. Occasionally I'll see Cindy if Lily is busy...I love it there. They're very nice and personable and I get compliments on my nails all the time. I've recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. :) What helps cut down on wait time...set an appointment. Went in for a pedicure. Got the 2nd level deluxe $35. They stuck me in between 2 people already getting pedicures and it was very crowded with no where to place my belongings. She didn't turn the massage chair on and she didn't give a foot massage which it says in the menu is included. Additionally she barely acknowledged me except to ask where I got my eyebrows done and then didn't reply but immediately started speaking her language to the rest of the workers. I noticed they all did this to another lady as well when she asked about price. Once she noticed I was annoyed she tried fake flattery....they did use unopened utensils but the floor and bathroom was very dirty. This place is terrible. Very dirty and they reuse the nail files. They also talk about the customers in their language right in front of them. I saw a couple of them laughing about this one particular customer and they continued talking about her in Vietnamese even after she noticed them. I find it very unprofessional and rude to do this. I will never step foot in here again. Mainly because they are a health hazard and someone is bound to contract an infection from their dirty unsanitary salon. There prices are cheap. I do not know the lady's name that helped me. she was so rude! I really do not like to talk when I'm getting my nails done. she would ask something for example cut down, and I would just nod my head. she made fun of me like trying to make me feel stupid. this is a place of service. how can you make customers feel dumb? she did a horrible job on my nails (hands). I even got a wax (eyebrow). She asked if I wanted a mustache? I was like no thank you. she answers back, why you have a long mustache and a lot of hair. honestly I really do not, and if really needed I would get it. I've been going there a few years....it's a great value. I pay around $25 for two-color fills on solar nails (with gel). I used to go to another salon that charged twice as much and the end result was about the same. There are a few techs that are great and some that are just good but I've never had a bad experience. I've also had my eyebrows waxed a few times and they did a great job. Occasionally they do get VERY busy but if you hit it at the right time, I think you'll be happy. read more

Terrible service from the lady who did my pedicure. She was on the phone the whole time ignoring everything I would say. Then they kept staring at my sister in law & I, then they would laugh. I felt very uncomfortable. I decided to do shellac on my toe nails since they last longer.... I was WRONG! The shellac started chipping on my big toe after the 2nd day. Then the shellac on another nail completely fell off about 4 days later. I ended up paying $85 for a mani & pedi. Save your money, everyone! Don't go there. read more
