She didn't properly file my nails or perform basic manicure steps, and my pedicure was just as bad. My feet were left soaking in water for an extended period with little to no actual service. I even had to ask twice just to have my toenails cut, and she didn't address an ingrown nail at all. My husband's experience was no better. His technician didn't cut his toenails, only filed them and even worse, she cut his skin on both his big toe and around his fingernails during the manicure. There were only two people working, and unfortunately, BOTH did an awful job. This place seriously needs better people if it plans to stay in business. I wouldn't give this salon any stars I ONLY did 1 star because it would not allow me to do none, this was a 0 out of 5 experience.

I chose strong, and the employee immediately responded, "Good choice." Once my pedicure started, I felt repeatedly encouraged to keep drinking. I even joked, "Y'all trynna get people drunk." Whether intentional or not, it felt like part of an upselling culture that made me uncomfortable. Next came the high-pressure sales tactics. I specifically stated that I wanted my pedicure first and would decide later whether I wanted my nails done. Despite that, the manager came over and repeatedly pushed me to do both services at the same time. When I asked to see the style book, color options, and a breakdown of pricing, the attitude noticeably shifted. I was still trying to decide what I wanted and was even showing inspiration photos, but basic questions seemed to be met with passive-aggressive responses. As a business owner, I understand wanting to maximize revenue, but as a customer who came in to relax, I did not appreciate feeling rushed through the decision-making process. By that point, I no longer wanted additional services and was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the quality and pace of the pedicure. I decided to stop the service midway and explained that since the service was not completed, I did not believe I should be charged full price. I simply wanted to leave. After I explained my concerns, Vivian rudely stated that I could leave, then tossed my shoe from underneath her cart. I calmly said, "You don't have to throw my stuff." I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work!
