Every time I get my eyebrows done here, they do an amazing job. That is about the only thing I will do here though. I have gotten a mani/pedi a few times. They will hand you a menu that has their most expensive pedicures on it and act as if that's the only ones they offer. If you go here for one thing, expect to be asked to add other services over 20 times. It gets to be frustrating because you're stuck in the chair it feels like they corner you to get you to add more on. read more

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I had my nails and feet done a week ago. They are already lifting one even just popped off prompting me to write a review. The day I got them I counted 9 cuts along my cuticles from his careless drilling. I also got a nasty in grown on my big toe because of how they cut my nail. Total waste of 80 now I have to pay for a whole new set since these are popping off. Since customer service was crap and not friendly at all I'm not gonna bother attempting to get another set. Wonderful service! I received the basic pedicure and manicure and it was very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I LOVE that they where gloves! I am not sure if this is state law in TX (I was visiting from Idaho) but I appreciate it anyway. I used to come to Eva nails years ago & my friends and I decided to get pedicures today. Right when we walked in the lady was passive aggressive and even told my friend what she wanted would be good for her because she's young. It shouldn't matter how old someone is, they should be able to get any style nails they want. We got to the back and the 3 of us were seated but my friend was not going to be seen for awhile because there were only 3 workers there (as one of the workers was already doing a pedicure on a customer) so if we all waited it would have taken forever to get our pedicures. All in all, it was a bad experience & when we told the lady we decided to only do pedicures, she questioned us and tried to force us to stay. This was my 2nd place visiting. The first time I went, the lady gave me a decent pedicure but used the metal foot file a little too forcefully and broke skin, leaving an uncomfortable sore for weeks. Well, I decided to give the place the benefit of a doubt and go back. This time, a different woman worked on my feet. She broke skin not once, but 3 times. My middle finger on my right hand bled into the edges because technician had cut my finger going at my cuticles like a crazy person. My shellac was done pretty poorly and they didn't speak very good English. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Right after I paid, and I mean I signed the receipt and everything- the lady told me it was going to be an extra $3 for glitter. I told her she did not mention that to me at all when I chose the color, nor during the painting itself. I also told her why didn't she tell me as she was ringing my tab up? Why did she wait till AFTER I signed my receipt? She looked at me like I was stupid and stared at me for a good 10 seconds. She then said fine, next time I'll charge you. The lady I had, I think her name was Jessica, was nice and took her time, she gave me the coffin shaped nails I wanted. I got the solar (instead of acrylic they can give you this other thing I don't know what its called) which started to come off after a week, which sucked, so I just pulled off the rest of them because they came off so easy. Never have I ever been disrespected. I went in to get a shellac mani and french pedi. They took an hour and a half to just do a basic pedi which was lopsided because the girl didnt understand what I was saying. Then as she was cutting the cuticles she cut four of my fingers, she cut my nails too short and they are not the same length. She realizes that she was giving me the wrong manicure (I asked for french she did american) so she switched with a guy. He did the white tips too thick and when I asked him to make them thinner he did them too thin to the point where it showed my nail line. It was a hour after closing I was tired and had to go to work so I told him that i will just pay for the pedi because I had to go. He got upset and took off the nail polish from only one hand. He then tells me that my total is $40 for a mani and pedi. I told him that he never finished the manicure so I will only pay for the pedicure. He started to yell at me that I was wrong and that I should pay anyway because I choose to leave. Really dude? I told him that I was not going to pay for the mani and that he didnt have to yell at me. He yelled at me some more and said that he was going to call the cops. I was going to leave except the door was locked and there was another guy there. As angry as he was I wasnt going to risk being beat up for $40. Never again. I DO NOT!!! recommend the place. They can not do a simple mani. There is not enough lotion and sugar scrub that can compensate for lack of experience. read more

I went today for the first time to give it a try. I had a pedi and she didn't do a good job painting my big toe. It wasn't painted smoothly. I also had a shellac mani. She cut way too much skin around of my right index finger. Then she used the electrical file and cut the same finger. I was bleeding and she barely apologized for the incident. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. This is the first time I have experienced anything like this. I asked for a gel fill two colors cane said better if I get a new set since I wanted to change from dark blue tips to silver. I really didn't want to bi am aware they can sand off the blue but I agree. New set is on and she does one nail with the silver tip. Looks ok but as she goes on it starts looking yellow. Set is done and I'm like they are yellow. She starts throwing a fit and trying to cover the tips with silver polish. I'm like they are still yellow. So instead of fixing the tips because she's throwing a fit I'm like you can just take them off. She's like ok just soak them off and throws the bowl at me and fills it up. After soaking for a few minutes I just get up and walk out. Over the years I have had nail techs make mistakes and they always just fixed them without saying anything. This is the first time anyone has ever thrown a fit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place went to crap when the original owner sold it. I got off of work late and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. By the time I got to the shop, it was 30 minutes before they were closing. So when I went I asked if it's too late for both a manicure and pedicure and if they would have said no i would have came another day. But as soon as i asked one lady which is the manager said no and stated yelling for this other lady in the back and she was telling me to come to the back where the pedicure stations were. The pedicure it self was fine but when asking about shellac polish they gave me a different price than what quoted to me early that morning over the phone. So i just got regular polish, not what i wanted but it was fine. Then once we were done with a pedicure, it was time for the manicure and it was already closing time there was only one other customer there but they are just waiting for their nails to dry. My nail technician was rushing the whole time she was painting my nails with shellac polish..she was getting polish all over my hands when she was pulling my hand in and out of the light dryer and she was smudging the polish because her doing so. It's an hour past closing when my nails are finally finished, and remember they were closing so it was dark most of the lights were turned off. I went into my car turn my lights on and see my polish smudge, not even painted throughout the whole nail. I had to go back the next day for them to fix it, wasting more than if they would have just told me it was too late and i could have came back the next day but they wanted to make a last sale. read more

The professionalism of this place is terrible. I was just there on Saturday and it looked like it had been two weeks since I had a manicure. The tech got too close to my cuticles and two of my fingers bled and then bruised and when i said something he got an attitude. I went back a few days later to get my nails soaked off because they looked horrible and a different tech tore up three more of my cuticles and then buffed my nails out too thin! This place has no consistency, one day you have a great manicure and the next time you go it's a mess. Im still debating if I want to contine to get my eyebrows done by Amy. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don't BUT this last time was horrible ! I came in last Friday to get a Shellac Manicure and a basic pedicure and went on a cruise the next day ! Shellac Manicures are suppose to last two weeks and needles to say it didn't even last a week ! After I got back on land today I called AMY and told her what happened so she told me to come in today and she would fix it BUT I told her I was in GA with family and I wouldn't be back to TX until Sunday and she told me that was too long and she wouldn't fix it then ! I received shellac on my nails and the technician did not put the base coat. The very next day polish was chipping. When I went and ask them to fix it they were very unprofessional and rude. I went here with a friend to try one last time. While we were there getting pedis, three other women who had finished getting pedis had to have the nail techs redo them. I thought they were just picky. After my friend and I left, we looked at our newly done nails in the car and could see what the problems were. Both of our nails, manis and pedis looked like crap! My fingernails already chipped! My toenail polish is not even shiny. It is dimpled like they used old thick polish. On several toes, there is still old polish that the lady didn't remove off of my nail. Some toenails aren't even fully painted! Half the toenail is missing polish on 4 nails. The polish is not only dimpled but also has a whitish discoloration on some of it even though its supposed to be all hot pink. I'm so disappointed that I have to go back to get this fixed. Just for a Mani/pedi, I was there for 3 hours and they weren't busy. Not to mention their AC was not working and they didn't say anything about it until I was already in the seat. What a waste of $35. Also, the man owner would not take no for an answer when I told him I wanted a basic mani. He kept trying to get me to do fake nails or shellac. For five minutes I had to keep telling him I didn't want it and finally he gave up when I told him my doctor said not to do it. This is my second and last time going here.
