OK so there were a lot of things. My girlfriend was getting a basic mani and pedi. The pedi didn't include polish which is weird. While getting the manicure she let the man know one of her fingers was tender and could he please skip it. He immediately went right back to that finger and clipped the cuticle again causing her to bleed. While he was doing her nails I noticed a roach the size of my thumb (no exaggeration) I told the man doing her nails and he ignored me. He literally walked by it multiple times. This giant roach starts crawling towards us it gets under the workstation where my friend was so she is telling the man and he still don't care. It crawls under the workstation I'm at and I kill it cuz gross. He didn't pick it up. The best thing was our brows the lady was quick and did a great job even if her breath was hot. I'd only go for brows. Also other patrons were offered beverages and we were not. read more

This is my first time visiting this nail salon and I am so happy with how my nails turned out :) I had a guy do my nails and he did a great job and was gentle with my nails. They have good covid protocol, there tools were sterilized, masks were on entire time I was there, he wore gloves while doing my nails, and also they told me to wash my hands when I came in. We just moved to town this year and I've been trying a few spots to find my new nail place. I think this may be it! Tammy did my nails for me and she did an amazing job! It was busy when I went in and Tammy does such a good job of juggling several clients at once. I showed her a picture of something I saw online and it came out better than in the picture! First time being here. I went because I had seen some good reviews. I was really disappointed. I went in and got a pedicure of course was asked lots of times to get the most expensive pedicure. Stuck with the regular pedicure. Then asked for a color and she told me that it was better to get shellac. I didn't want shellac because first she said it was an extra $25 then when I said no thank you she said $15. Just stayed with the regular. As I'm watching her paint them I can't tell they are not going to come out good. She said it's the nail polish. They move me chairs to do my nails and again I get regular polish because I was already not happy with the polish on my toes and was not going to spend more for it to look the same. After I'm done they move me to a he drying station I'm looking at my nails and I'm not happy. I asked about my polish and again it's blamed on the polish itself. It was really packed and they just wanted to get people out of there so they were not trying to fix it for me. Over $100 spent on messed up nails. Both feet and nails are messed up. It was the first and last time. Pictures are right after walked out and getting in my car. My toes are ere drying for at least 45 mins. I think she just put too many coats on and didn't let them dry in between long enough. Again trying to get people out quick. I'm giving 1 star but really want to give no stars. read more

The best dip nails I've gotten in SA-and much more affordable. They removed an old set and put on a new for only $40. Yes, you read that right. Fantastic job. I was the only one in there around 3 on a Monday. They are super friendly and want you to be happy. This is the thinnest set of dip nails I've ever had and I couldn't be happier. In person, they look like straight up Pinterest nails. The removal was also completely pain free-no unnecessary scrapping. I was very disappointed with my pedicure yesterday. I had been here a few times, and most times things were okay. Not yesterday. Like another review, the technician made it a point to offer the most expensive pedicure on the menu. Stupid me, I went ahead and chose that one. I absolutely did not get what I paid for. The massage was terrible and she barely had enough hot wax in the sack to cover my feet. Also, the technician who did my pedicure was way too interested in her phone to be bothered. She kept looking at her phone, kept walking off to either text or talk. Part of the time she laid the phone down on a chair next to her and talked back and forth with the person on the phone. When she was taking care of an ingrown nail, she but it too close and it was down to the quick; same with another toe on the other foot. When she went to paint them, she did not let the last coat dry enough and messed it up when she went to file the shellac off; consequently she just put another coat over it. I tried but No! I've been going here to get my nails done for almost a year and I have finally had enough! The only reason I kept goin back was because the nail color selection, they are really close to where I live and they do a good job but I bought my favorite color and now I'm taking that and my business elsewhere. The service and friendliness of staff is horrible, "regulars" get treated very different from the other customers. When a regular customer walks in they are greeted by the whole salon, serviced almost immediately and even given something to drink but the other faithful customers like myself who don't want to trade hugs and pleasantries are treated vastly different. The final straw came on my last visit when I was told the I would be charged extra for coffin shaped nails!!! I have to pay extra to have my nail filed a certain shape?! Ridiculous! They used to offer discounts on on Monday-Wednesday because they are no longer opened on Sunday but that has stopped and now just regular expensive prices. Will not be returning! Goodbye EZ Nails! So I haven't been to this salon in over 5 years. I stopped going because every time I would go it was like the prices were higher each visit. Due to COVID-19 , my nail salon went out of business , so I gave EZ another try. I loved their service. I can always appreciate when you ask for both pedicure & a fill they work on both at the same time! The only thing I didn't like was towards the end of my pedicure the lady asked me if I wanted gel on my nails again & I said yes, she said that'll be $20 more! I don't agree with the way the place is ... from the moment you get in there is not seating room . They tell you to sign in the tablet and with people checking out it makes it hard ... finally checking in it asked who you prefer .. i asked the front desk lady i just want first one available, she tells me i have to pick ... so then we sit down at the nail dry station.. mostly because they only have 6 chairs and none to which are open 10 min later they tell me they are ready for both me and my mom to sit in the pedicure seat my water was too hot then too cold my moms seat didn't even work her water spinner didn't work even .. yet there's 7 people working on people and you have all chairs filled 4 of which are working on hands .... they have the front desk lady doing most of everything I still haven't been worked on for 30 min plus i asked the lady next to me how long has it been since you have been seen she tells me i have been here before you and they just sat you two down before me ... now i am just sitting here at siting just like you ... talk about rude then you sit there and ask your self the wait is it really worth it ?! Worst manicure of my LIFE! DO NOT GO HERE! The woman who did my manicure cut me THREE TIMES! One cut was very deep, hurt like hell, bled for a long time, and looks terrible! I have been coming here for years! It has changed as far as appearance inside due to remodeling, but the service is what keeps me coming back! So when this other nail salon nearby opened (trendique) I tried going there, but I quickly realized that the people at EZ nails treat you much better and prices are not as insane and overcharged as that other place! These here are fair prices. I have gotten pedicures from almost every person here (Hannah, Tina, Kim) and they all do a great job. Tammy is the owner and she is a terrific BOSS BABE- every time I go she is so efficient in directing her salon and taking calls, while also doing nails. She seems very busy all the time but can keep up with it and taking care of customers is her main priority. From what I've seen there is a slight reconstructing of the shop, and I know that the owner has been slowly making changes so be patient in the process! Recently there have been some new nail techs and it seems a fair trade to get rid of the "bad apples". Also the music is nice they change it up often, on a weekend I've come and they have played 90s R&B, hip hop, pop. I've come on a Monday and they play lounge music. This place is a rip off. We went to treat my disabled mother to a pedicure. They rushed all of us through each of our services. I got a pedicure (they used a cheese grater by the way), polished my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair and didn't even turn on the uv lamps for us. They must add acetone to the polish because my nails immediately started bubbling. They added another coat of clear instead of correcting. See the photos for proof. My sister and I both had wrinkles and bubbles in our nails and they would not refund her money. Do not spend your money here. read more

This was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had first off the lady argued with me on what service I wanted then when doing my nails the guy cut me a few times and acted like it never happened then kept sticking his nail in the cut wounds. Then after my nails were done they were messy so I asked him to clean them up and he looked at me and said " No, you just wash them" I washed them and it messed up a few nails and he was like you messed them up and sighed bc he would have to fix them so I told him to just removed all the polish and if paint them at home. Then on my toes the lady didn't paint all of my toes. Overall this was a terrible experience and the staffs attitudes made it increasingly worse. I got a great powder dip manicure 2 weeks ago. I went back today to have it removed and am very disappointed and will never go back. They were very busy but I didn't mind waiting. The guy that helped me filed down the polish then had me soak for only about 4 minutes. I heard it takes 10 minutes of soaking to remove. Then he said it wasn't hot enough that it has to be hot to remove. He filled up the soak dish and just about scaled my fingers it was so hot. When he was done I left with jagged nails that still had spots of polish on them. I had to go to Sally Beauty Supply to buy the stuff to fix them myself at home. Worst service ever! read more

They were fast to sit me and my friend down. She needed a fill and I needed a set. So when they sat us down we were like wow that was fast but then it took an unexpected turn. It was also pretty packed. The place is pretty small for as many seating they have. So I didn't want to bother the lady and as it was all the employees were of course speaking their native language so I just sat right and watched the tv as she did my nails. First off I was looking for a blue to match my toes and they only had one similar but not exactly alike and the lady doing my nails kept pushing me just to accept that color so I felt attacked and up saying okay. So as she's putting the tips on she dropped the glue on the floor, which is very unsanitary and I've noticed a lot of them wearing sandals which is also a violation. So I was like whatever right, so she pulls out a couple used filers that look like they haven't been sanitized or anything. So I'm just like well I guess it's not a big deal but it is also another violation. So at this point I'm just like do my nails and I will be ready to go. She's doing my nails she told me to wash my hands and I did so and I sat back down and she kept going to her phone and calling someone then she kept receiving phone calls until the last time she came and said "sorry" which irritated me. So she painting them and finishing them up and at first of course you don't notice the imperfections but I also didn't have time to check them out I was busy running errands and adulting. So today I wake up and look at them and honestly they're just terrible. I will definitely be going back but after that never again. I refuse to do so. I paid $50 for a shitty nail job. If I could give this no stars I would! On 2/13/16 I took my CHILDREN in for just a color change, their menu states that a child's color change is $5 for toes and $3 for fingers. They charged me $34 for TWO CHILDREN!!! When I asked why I was charged so much they told me they don't go by the age of the child but the SIZE!!! Are you freakin kidding me? My 11 year old is tall and my other daughter has been the same size and development since age 9! $17 for a simple color change is more than ridiculous when they don't do anything but put paint on your fingers. I will NEVER use this salon EVER again and on top of the overpriced color change its already chipping!
