The wax is so much better (I believe it's a sugar scrub?) that is not as harsh as some of the other places. They also have a way of being quick and efficient without rushing through your appointment. I'll be honest and say that it's not the most fun or enjoyable experience, but being consistent is key to managing the pain (a painkiller before your session also helps). Abby is absolutely amazing and always makes the experience much more bearable. She's my go to girl when I come to this location and she always has me laughing during my sessions.

Ok so I had waxing here once. It was great! So I booked another appointment to come back…read more The appointment time I had was 12:45. At 10:50ish I got a message asking if I was coming. I thought it was weird but I said yes 12:45 right? She proceeded to say it was at 10:45. I thought ok no problem I can be there in 10mins. To which they declined stating there were no appointments available. Um hello? I was booked for a lash lift and eyebrow wax. That is at least an hour and half appointment. I could have still made it. In fact when I looked at my gps it was 8mins away. They proceeded to say no, the next available is 3:15 but I had to go to work so that wasn't working with me. Then they said well 2:45? I said, no I have to go to work. They ended up charging me full amount for a service they did not provide. Later she texted me to apologize that she miss understood my message about making my way over but I still got charged. Horrible customer service. I even tried to call to talk to someone and the number they were using was a not call number. I don't recommend this place at all.
