We both love our nails. They were very friendly. We will be back. There was no one else there so we were catered to. I don't get my nails done often so I'm not typically picky but eek. My nails ended up being fine, I got a full set of acrylics and the shape was nice but I had to go home and clean up a lot of the acrylic leftover on the sides and under my nails. My poor husband though. He got a manicure as well and he was left with almost every cuticle bleeding. Won't be back. read more

Came here on Saturday with a friend for a full set. We had an appointment at 4:00 PM and the salon was obviously running very behind due to the circumstances. Other than the longer than normal experience- the nails came out great. Basic white tip with glitter (can't mess that up). But then I realized my feet were soaking for 30 minutes without them getting started on them. The reason I guess was one guys working on my wife's feet and the lady was doing someone else's manicure. They're short handed I figure. Ok, I can be patient. Then the guy tells my wife he's done with the pedicure but cannot paint her nails because there's not enough time, the other employee had to leave early, and she'd have to come back. My wife told them they should have told her that when we walked in and given her the option to either accept that or cancel. I totally agree. But then an argument ensued with the lady calling my wife an "ugly girl" out of nowhere. Needless to say we will not be returning. My soggy feet ended up going down the street to Noble Nails and they took good care of us just fine. read more

My nails are my most used tools. I have never gotten and can't imagine stronger, thinner, more perfectly shaped acrylic nails than Kim creates for me. Two weeks often stretches to three and occasionally four before I get to the salon for fills and none are ever separating or broken. Though very grown out they remain perfectly shaped. After work was completed, we were informed that there was a ten dollar extra charge for a "custom art" work on our toes.(pics included). I had not been here in a while for a pedicure and stopped in today. It was not a great experience and I feel it was overpriced for what I received. The place looks a bit run down inside. The pedi chairs are not very comfortable - not much padding, controls in a plastic cover that make it hard to read the buttons, little side tables broken... I requested the $35 spa pedicure. Less than 25 minutes later, it's done and I've paid. No one offered a water to drink. The lady didn't ask if I needed help working the chair or if the temperature of the water was ok. She didn't ask me if I wanted her to cut or just shape my nails (she trimmed). She didn't stop after the first toe painted to make sure I was happy with the polish. This service would be understandable for a $20 pedi. $35? No way! read more

Don't go. My $35 pedicure was nice but I go ripped off of my daughters' $20 each pedicures. The man spent 10 minutes on my first and literally only 5 on my second because he was rushing so he could move onto a lady waiting for some expensive nail procedure. What a rip off. Also he was joking about my kids' appearance, bruises on legs from playing, etc. Not a good experience overall. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy doing my pedicure was decent. I have been here twice now, first time for a pedicure with no appointment and they told me it would "only be a minute" and I sat there for an hour and a half waiting. The second time I actually made an appointment and waited for over an hour. Why set me up with an appointment just to have me wait forever? Luckily the manicure was well done. This is the first time I've been to NB's. The location is convenient, the salon well-kept and comfortable. I like the look of my new set of acrylic nails. So why the one star? Well, when I sat down I was given a choice of acrylic or solar nails (I normally get solar) She told me they're $30 and $35, respectively. As I was leaving I picked up one of their service menus & see that acrylic nail set is $28. And on their website, $25. I was pretty sure I'd seen $25, and it's a reason I picked this place because I didn't want to spend a whole lot in case I didn't like their work. Sure enough, I was overcharged whether they wanted to honor their website price or their in-store advertised price. I'd be happy to amend this review, if the store can tell me why the nail tech decided to overcharge me? And perhaps offer a credit in case I return? I'd already told my son's fiancé "let's come get mani-pedis here" but I won't set foot in this place again, until they address having willfully overcharged me... read more

Update** 8 days later and I am sooooo annoyed! I have NEVER had a dip manicure that chipped. Ever. Two of my fingers have chipped! So in addition to the color being gross and different shades due to the application error, it looks tacky from chips. Recently moved to SA and needed a new place to start getting my nails done. This place was a big no for me. Granted the customer service and prices were good--the work was not. I was cut multiple times, had to redo the SNS twice, and the after clean up was HORRIBLE. I had to also refile my nails when I got home. I will definitely be looking else where. read more

This place is awful. My services included a deluxe pedicure and eye brow wax. During the pedicure, the technician cut my skin. I had to point to the massive amount of paraffin that she left on my legs. Nails required touch up the same day (I did it myself). Regarding the eye brow wax, my skin was burned and for a couple of days actually looked like I had a second set of eye brows. Immediately following this "spa" visit, I went to the pharmacy to apply topical antibiotic cream to my eyebrow area and toes. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews and in this case, just retelling my one experience with this salon. I would not recommend. read more

The service here has changed. My last three visits here have not been that great. Today they cut my nails crooked, poked my big toe pretty hard (it still hurts), put the used tools back into the pedi water with my feet, took the tools out of a plastic box instead of a seal bagged, and then charged me for services that I didn't receive. Its just not the same as it used to be :( -- maybe depends on who you get, but I've had three different people the last three times and service is pretty hit or miss. read more

During the manicure, the lady asked me(more like told me) after I started bleeding" oh you have sensitive cuticles?!" My nails were still sharp, and I had to peel the cuticle with my teeth afterwards. They over charged for services you can find cheaper and way much better for less. You could also tell my manicurist had this fake smile all the time. Never again!! read more

I just went to your salon for manicure and I will say that the strong smell of chemicals products is very unpleasant and I finish with a headache, you should do something about it so your clients can have a relaxing place, also I saw there was another lady there with a baby and a toddler having her nails done for a long time and for the same reason you shouldn't aloud babies or small children to stay a long period of time exposed to such a strong smell that it is obviously dangerous for their little lungs, at least you should advise the parents. Not to say that probably your employers in the mid or long term will end with a severe damage in their lungs. Besides that, your service was very mediocre. I hope you can take measures and fix this. Very disappointed. The ladies here seemed like maybe they know what they're doing, but unfortunately for me, I got the older gentleman with the mustache. DON'T GO TO HIM! The pedicure looked decent, but NO MASSAGE. No joke, he put lotion on my legs and rubbed for like 30 seconds each, didn't rub my actual feet. That's the best part! Now the manicure was a joke. Didn't even ask for polish, just wanted them shaped and buffed. My husband could have done better. Came out with jaggedy edges and still lots of skin that I will have to cut myself. read more

I went here to get my acrylic nails done for my wedding. Although the nails did look good my nails quickly fell off and I found that they had given me a nail fungus! They clearly weren't being clean. And the nail techs are pretty rude and seem aggravated whenever you ask for something to be done to your nails ( I nicely asked if my nails could have a matte top coat and he scoffed and said yes but then Ended up not even doing it and then not offering to even fix it!) anyways, find a better spa unless you want fungus! read more

I'm not even sure why I came back to this place but I know this is the last time I'll be here. First he doesn't take all of the shellac off my toes but charges me $5(tells me this once I'm done and am paying). Then does a horrible job painting my toes, the pink was so uneven. He was very rude after I told him I would like them repainted. I also got a fill on my nails and now they are not the same length. On top of all this he would stop about every 10-15 minutes to either get up and help someone else, answer the phone, even paint someone else's toes when I got up to pick a new color!! My only complaint is that when I asked how much a powder acrylic set was, I was told something in the $30 range, but actually ended up paying around $50.
