I arrived, checked in, and was amazed by how friendly they were. Offered me something to drink, which I selected a white wine, and offered me a bottle of water to go. My nail tech technician was amazing! I could not have been more pleased with the service, my nails, and how friendly the staff was. I highly recommend! If I lived closer, this would be my regular! Called to see if I could get a Gel Mani-Pedi appt and was hoping to get Sandy again. I asked if she was available within 1/2 an hour and they initially said yes but minutes later called to see if I could come 45 minutes later and that was fine. I got there on time and checked in and they gave me some nail swatches to look thru. After a few minutes, they sat me in a Pedi chair. I continued looking at the swatches and saw Sandy still doing a Pedicure. I turned on the massager on the chair and just chilled out. When she finally got to me, we exchanged pleasantries because it had been awhile since I last saw her. She's very friendly, kind and personable. I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. This was my first time going here and it was awesome! I called about an hour ahead of time and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Excellent customer service, they offered me a drink and a snack while I was there. Jay absolutely slayed my nails. I showed him an inspo photo and he said he could do it and it came out exactly how I wanted it! I got acrylic nails in an almond shape. I requested that they be relatively thin and natural and Jay did a perfect job. For your first time going you get a 10% discount so these only cost me $80 plus a tip which is a great price for this level of design. The service took an hour and a half but this was largely due to Jay taking his time to make sure the shape and build were exactly what I wanted! I also like they just play nice soft instrumental music. Everyone there was very relaxed. I will be coming back here for my birthday nails next month! read more

The only suggestion I have for this establishment is ambiance. She always does exactly what I want with my nails, she makes sure I like the shape and that I'm happy with the results. The only thing that makes it not 5 stars is sometimes having to wait 10-15 minutes after your appointment time for them to start your nails , but totally fine otherwise. I have never had the kind of care and concern, and treatment I received from Miracle Nails and especially from Hannah. She is gold! Ask for her; you won't be disappointed! I didn't have to tell her anything. She did it all on her own. I simply told her I loved her nails (the color on my pedi) and wanted something natural for my mani. She was by far the best! She put her style, heart, and artistry into the visit. All this was prefaced by a sign on the door that said closed on Sundays for worship with the family. If you read my fist review you'd know I don't live in San Antonio. I live in San Diego, CA and I only come to SA to visit my in-laws. Last time I was in SA I found miracle nails and got a shellac manicure which I loved and it lasted over 3 weeks without cracking, chipping or peeling! Since then I have gone to 3 different places in San Diego and all of them sucked compared to miracle nails. I went back to SA 3 weeks ago and I couldn't wait to get a shellac mani & pedi here because the first one was so good. I happen to get Tan this time. He was fantastic! He gave me a great shellac pedicure. We talked about my thin natural nails and he recommended a powered dip for my nails. I agreed and here we are 3 weeks later and other than the grow out, no cracking or chipping. This place is so amazing I want to buy a plane ticket and fly out there just to get my nails done!!!
