Slow service and definitely unsanitary equipment used! Do not go here! Will not be going back!

I should've known better after reading the reviews, but I thought "hey! everyone has an off day, let's give it a shot." i go in for a mani and pedi, the pedicure turned out fine. they ask me what i want for my manicure and i show them. then they get started on my nails. he asks me what shape i want them and i tell him "natural shape" he says "square?" to which i reply "yes with rounded edges". i know i have bad vision but my nails are NOT rounded. they're square. strike 1. after he GETS DONE and the white is on my nails, his wife asks me "oh you wanted the polka dots right?". i say "oh yeah kinda!" and proceed to show her the reference picture again. she looks at it and says "oh, we don't have the instrument for that. we can't do that. we can give you polka dots". i decline and leave after paying $90 for a manicure and a pedicure. i left 15 minutes before they closed and i'm 99% sure they were talking about me before i left. they also left immediately after i did, so i'm not even sure that they just didnt want to close up shop early. tomorrow i'm going to another place where hopefully they can do cow print, and i am NEVER going back.

Terrible experience. Went to get my nails done since it's close to my work. The nail tech had me soak my fingers to remove my previous dip. When she would take them out to drill off the old dip set, she kept rubbing the nails with paper towel which pushed the gunk all over my fingers. Then once the new dip was on and she was shaping it, she ended up making my finger bleed from drilling too far back. She didn't clean underneath the nails, so now most of them are stuck to my finger tips. And to top it all off, I had to sit there twice as long for my nails to dry because she insisted on touching my obviously wet nails to see if they were dry.

Exactly what I wanted! Thank you!

I went to get my nails done yesterday since it is just down the street from where I live. I was a walk in so I knew that there would be a bit of a wait when there were several ladies getting pedis. Since the chairs for those who were waiting were being used as a lounger by a teenager waiting for his mother, I waited outside after signing in. I got there about 3:00 and went back in about 3:15 and was told it would be 30 minutes. I decided to just at wait in my car so I could charge my phone. I went back in 30 minutes later and waited another 15 minutes before they finally had someone to start on my nails. I am not sure of the name of the girl who did my nails, but she did exactly what I asked for and I was very pleased. I will be returning as the price is reasonable and the end result was perfect. I will probably try to make an appointment next time to avoid the wait, although it is Easter weekend, so maybe they won't be so busy next time. Update: I went for my fill today and was every bit as delighted! I had a different technician and he was very professional. I think my nails look just as great as they did the first time!

Went in today to get powder dip nails. Asked for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was OK however at the beginning the water was ice cold I had to say twice too cold. When we sat down to do the nail she started to put acrylic powder on my nails and I said no that's not what I want I want the dip . I had to ask for her to cut away my cuticle. She did not attempt any type of manicure. Halfway through I began to complain about the thickness and the messiness of the nail job but she assured me she was going to clean it all up and smooth it all out. That did not happen I had to go home and clean up under my nails and on my fingers and nails themselves are so thiick they look like little patties on top of my nails. Two of the fingernails have wrinkles in them. This is the worst nail job I have ever received. Upon completion I expressed my dissatisfaction again and she said it was because my nails were too short and the color I chose needed multi layers. I did not pick a very sheer color and even still they should not look like this.

I called for an appointment and they had an immediate opening. I arrived, checked in, and was amazed by how friendly they were. Offered me something to drink, which I selected a white wine, and offered me a bottle of water to go. My nail tech technician was amazing! I could not have been more pleased with the service, my nails, and how friendly the staff was. I highly recommend! If I lived closer, this would be my regular! But I will make a point to visit a few times a year when I'm here on business!!

I got there on time and checked in and they gave me some nail swatches to look thru. After a few minutes, they sat me in a Pedi chair. I continued looking at the swatches and saw Sandy still doing a Pedicure. I turned on the massager on the chair and just chilled out. When she finally got to me, we exchanged pleasantries because it had been awhile since I last saw her. She's very friendly, kind and personable. I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

I showed her what I was looking for and because my nails were still growing, she told me her thoughts. I wanted a design that incorporated a French tip but it would look awkward on a short nail. I trust her and told her to essentially work her magic however she saw fit. And she did! Instead of a glitter French tip she went with a gradient. Her attention to detail and the time she took made it all worth it because I loved how they came out. The vibe was relaxing as always and we did a little catching up as well. Always worth a visit to someone who believes in natural nails!

The place is pretty nice and looks very welcoming we talked for a minute that's when I mentioned…read morethese nails are for Saturday(MY WEDDING) I then show her pictures which she then turns down most of them claiming the pictures I'm showing are acrylic(I'll attach the picture I showed her) I didn't ask for anything that hard you know just white ombré and a rhinestone not only did she take forever it wasn't even worth the time the more she did them the worse they looked later after layer now they look clumpy and so unblended let's just say my right hand looks much better than my left cause I'm telling you she did my left hand ombré in a matter of 5 minutes! If you're looking for something more than just your average color shellac/ gel don't come here. But even at that if you're just getting gel just stick to the pros which there are many nail salons in San Antonio! Update: I found Hectors Nails and they are the best thing to happen to me they were kind and were even amazed at how poorly my ombré nails were and were super quick to fix them!!
