I really wanted to like these nails because I hate leaving bad reviews. However the final results were horrible! I had a gel mani and pedi. The acrylic on the big toe looks like play dough. It looks all lumpy with a spade shape. I don't think I've ever had nails done this bad before. There is no way paid professionals should have customers leaving their Salon like this. Even my husband pointed out how bad they look. I'm leaving 2 stars because the place was nice and clean and the girls were friendly and polite.
I went to have my nails done for a special occasion. I was told they do chrome nails. She said to let her do what she wanted because she thinks she can make them pretty. She didn't do any fills she just filed them put a dark color purple on the nails, put a rhinestone on each middle finger and put a opalescent looking powder on 4 nails. It didn't look like the chrome nails I wanted and she didn't clean up around my nails. She also left them lumpy.. All for $35.00. Nope won't be coming back. The purple in the picture is what I wanted.

They never disappoint, took their time on pedicure and manicure. Gel on toes and dip on nails, plus they glow in the dark. Best time to go Saturday around 5. No one was there, staff is so friendly and welcoming. I will keep coming
I had a spa pedicure and a basic manicure done and I was extremely pleased, excellent service, no wait and I was offered a cocktail. After trying a few other places this is at one I will definitely come back to.
The staff here is truly amazing. They work with me every single time, no matter how complicated I want my nails. They only charged me $60 for my different colors, extension, shape, and accessories!
Hands down my favorite nail salon I have been to in SA! I can't begin to explain how relaxed this place makes me feel. From my very first visit to my current ones I have been treated great! Each time the technicians have taken their time with my nails. ESPECIALLY when fixing my nails after another salon botched them. When you walk in you'll be greeted promptly & if they are busy you'll be treated to a complimentary drink as you sift through their nail colors (unless you have an appointment.)Typically I come in as a walk-in & have never waited more than 10 minutes to have my service started. The customer service is spectacular here to the point that if you are waiting the workers are sure to make sure you're not ignored. They are still very tentative to you as you sit & wait for your service. Some additional things to note about this nail salon is that they have a complimentary mini bar & will make you almost any drink you desire. They are very clean with their work stations & pedicure bowls. The technicians are so kind & really listen to what you like & don't like. They typically have some kind of promotion or discount going on every month. You may need to check Facebook or Instagram for the deal. I'd definitely check out this nail salon if you're in the area. I have been to many nail salons in SA & this one beats them all.
I went in for DIP on my natural nails after sitting in the chair for over 2 HOURS the lady not only picked out a whole different color to put on my nails she RUINED MY NATURAL NAILS the shape was horrible my length no longer matched I asked in the beginning for thin nails she gave me HOOFS then when I pointed out they were to thick she told me "next time say thin" I kept telling her they were too thick at which she got frustrated and started digging the file into my nails causing the drill to get hot and burn my fingers I tried n tried to be accepting but after I hit over the 2 hour mark I was out of patience and she just wouldn't stop filing my sides and making my nails shorter and shorter then when I asked to to speak to the manager she began yelling in another language I pointed out that I did in fact tell her the issues I was having but she just was not seeing what I was seeing or something they then wanted to file my nails all the way back down and wanted me to leave I did not disrespect anyone or was rude at all I was unhappy with my service and wanted what I asked for she filed my real nail off under neath DO NOT GO HERE I AM LICENSED COSMOLOGIST SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOIN AT ALL!!

Nails look decent from far away and the design is cute (except the green doesn't match) but definitely not the quality I'm used it. I made an appt for 5 and when I got there the lady who did my nails didn't say more than a couple words to me and didn't prep my nails at all. as soon as I sat down she glued fake nails on top of mine and got to work layering a ton of acrylic. I'm assuming she was in a rush for the lady who was there for an appt after me because she didn't take her time at all. I said several times that I felt my nails were too thick but I wasn't listened to. My actual nails are barely connected to the fake ones at the front, so there will end up being a ton of dirt and what not stuck in between the 2 nails. Maybe I came on a bad day but, I ended up paying 60$ and will not be back when I need a fill.

The lady next to me had a beautiful shellac job just finishing up. Her tech was amiable and she seemed to have been coming here for a while. There was a group of 4 who are going to be in a wedding tomorrow. They were all sat together with mimosas and each one had unique requests and the techs were following the directions perfectly. The ladies chatted amongst themselves and were all smiles. Then there was this one jerk. She claimed to not realize that a pedicure took so long and she had to leave very soon. She didn't wait for her polish then didn't want to pay full price because she didn't get polish. The staff was professional and here's the thing- after the lady left, there was no talking amongst themselves about how rude she was or anything. The techs all speak English very well and don't chat amongst themselves to where the guests can't understand. They just went on with business as usual! Awesome. I'll be back just for that professionalism alone. I do have one minor complaint- all of the wax from my lip and eyebrow was not gone when I left. That's all. Everything else was awesome.
Saw all the bad reviews and decided to throw some positivity out here. I really like this nail salon. My daughter lived near here and decided to treat me for Mom's day one year. The technicians were kind and attentive. My best friend and I recently decided to stop in before our destination vacation and as usual...they did not disappoint. I wanted a silver polish...they chromed me out~ I missed seeing Mr. Lee this time, he always kept me laughing...happy retirement Mr. Lee. Check out my nails they're natural, with gel. Every time I get superior service and the place is clean. They take their time to make sure it's what you want. Pedicure is amazing, priced just right. I have had Joy and Tiffany both wonderful stylist. Complimentary drink station too! read more

The pedicure I received today was by far the best one I have ever got in my whole entire life. The gentleman went above and beyond. He was like a perfectionist, and did everything just perfect. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! I will definitely be back!! read more

I love this place so much! I took my toddler here for her first manicure & they were so sweet & patient with her. They did talk us into a pedicure as well but we got some great discounts, there's a free bar & gave my daughter some juice! Definitely coming back! Our nails look great too! read more

Ok so I have been to quite a few places in San Antonio, and this by far is the most amazing place. Emily and Trina are patient, talkative, and creative. I have always struggled with color choices and designs. The staff always offers water or a drink, even coffee! The whole team is very good! I would recommend them to everyone who would want not only amazing healthy nails, but creative and beautiful art! read more

This place was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I decided to go in for a pedicure...his first time... everyone was great there. The selection for the pedicures were absolutely great such a large option. My boyfriend and I both got the aloe Vera pedicures and absolutely fell in love with it. I will definitely be coming back all the time and dragging my boyfriend along with me!!! read more

I enjoyed a pedi, mani, wax and great conversation with Leslie. My very first time here based on yelp. Didn't have a drink but you can have everything from water to a mojito, complementary. They use wax and tape for sensitive skin so it doesn't hurt like many places. Will be back. read more

The best nail salon I have been to in San Antonio. They were very polite, professional, and did my nails exactly as I asked. I highly recommend Nails Studio! I had a shellac pedicure and ombré nails done and absolutely love them! They have a complimentary bar as well with tons of drinks. Such a nice place! read more
Still my favorite place to get my nails done. They have great service (and complimentary drinks heeey). Recently I've been getting the powder dip done on my nails and I love it. It looks natural and lasts longer than gel in my experience. Jay does a detailed job and leaves my hands looking great every time. Love this place! read more
