Went in for basic manicure with buff for shine. I waited for about 10-15 minutes which was fine...the girl finally started and did a pretty good job till she started to do massage when I asked about the buffing. She abruptly stopped and the manager girl ( I assume ) had to explain to her what to do?? She took the buffer and quickly buffed my nails then said nothing and walked off to attend to another customer getting a pedicure. She just left me sitting there and I thought she was going to come back to finish the short massage, but she didn't. I got up and asked the manager girl if she had finished and she said I GUESS SHE FORGOT YOU!! She doesn't speak English ??? Then said it would be 30.00 for basic manicure no polish, massage??? I did a walk-in to get my eye brows waxed. The lady that did my eyebrows somehow managed to get wax in my hair - I had my hair pulled back in a head band AND she got wax on my shirt. She then used oil on my shirt to remove the wax so my shirt is ruined. I presoaked the shirt with Dawn on it and the oil is not coming out - it's very noticeable on the shoulder of my grey tee! read more

Ok, what???? I am astounded that this place doesn't have a review yet. Shame on you, yelpers. LuAnn and Lucy are sisters with an unbelievable touch for nails and feet. They are sharp, fast and my fills last at least 3 weeks. Sure, their place isn't the Day Spa, but they treat you with care and they love what they do and when you leave within an hour, you know that you got more than what you paid for. Please try them out. They have massaging chairs and a Television. Children are welcome to wait and they also provide some services for kids 8 years and up. 10/10 and 5 stars! I'll be back for more! For $25 pedicure I don't expect star treatment--I don't even care if the atmosphere is not fancy. However, I expect a little treatment. As soon as a customer came in for a manicure (who didn't have a scheduled appointment) it was a race to the finish line. I don't think it would have bothered me so much if I hadn't noticed I sat down for my pedicure--when another customer was midway through her basic service--yet I was done before her. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. I had seen the First Nail pedicure special sign on the banner and stopped in to ask for a business card and let them know that I would be back the next day around the same time. They said oh sure you don't need an appointment. The next day which was 10/12/15 I came in with my sister and asked for the pedicure special and a color change. They showed me to the back and asked me to put my feet in the water. My feet were in the water for about 10 minutes while I waited for them to finish up with the other customers. My sister was in the front with the older lady, when another customer walked in to inquire about the price for a solar set and asked my sister what she was doing. There started to be a commotion so I removed my feet from the water and walked up to the front to see what was going on. The older lady who supposedly did not "speak English" had told my teenage sister to paint her own nails! The customers who had never been there were shock as so was I when we heard that she was given directions to paint her own nails! The customers that came in were so upset that the requested that someone call the store manager. After the manager arrived we explained what happened and the nail technician then told him that we needed to pay for the work that my sister had painted HERSELF after receiving direction from the front desk attendant TO DO! After the other customers over heard the conversation, they told the manager named Henry that that was not fair and that we should receive a complementary service. Henry said the only thing that he could do was give me a discount of $22 for my pedicure which Had not even been done, and which was more than what the sign said out side which is what I had originally came for plus a color change. Within the 30 minutes that we were there I wasn't even offered faster service or a "hey we can fix it right now". Instead I was told you can come back tomorrow which would not work for me because this was our only holiday off. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE! I would also never recommend coming here to anyone. This business has no integrity or customer service values. I mentioned to him that I would be writing a review on my blog and other sites about how bad my service was and he still did nothing to fix the situation. read more

Came in about 30 minutes before I wanted to make an appointment for a pedicure(11:00) there were only two clients so I didn't think it was going to take long. At 11:30 I walked in waiting for them to start my pedicure. They took almost an hour to almost sit me. I get that there were only two ladies but if it was a promotion day there should be more people, they had people walk out and they asked the clients to come back later, nice place but wouldn't recommend to just walk-in I would recommend calling a day before and coming in early to get your nails done. read more

Went in at 7:30 and was very happy that they still took me some nails salons would say come in tomorrow if they were anywhere near closing. I decided to get white matte acrylic nails, henry painted them and the edges didn't look at neat as i had hoped and when I mentioned it he said it was because everyone had different cuticles? Even though that had never been a problem for any of the other salons I've gone to. The paint was very thick so as i was walking out of the door i messed the paint up I went back and even though henry was walking out he attended me free of charge and fixed my nails which was very kind of him but even a day after i am sure the nails are dry the paint still dents and is harmed easily because of the thickness and paint quality, was very kind of henry to fix my nails but i would NOT go back. read more

I've been here more than a few times, there are sooo many nail salons next to my house but I rather drive good more to get better service, the people here are soooo nice and sanitary, the lady opens a new pack of a equipment every time, or sanitizes it a while before she uses opens it, most people don't like going to a nail salon with people with attitude, this is probably the best salon I've been to, sanitary, nice, and they do an amazing in nails, my real nail broke off cause I got hurt and they extended it and made it look real to blend into my other toes(like I told them too).
