I usually get my nails done by Kim and Linh, both of whom are EXCELLENT nail techs who genuinely care about their clients and are always willing to give professional suggestions and ideas on current, beautiful nails without making you feel like you are annoying or wasting their time. They make conversation, laugh and make you feel valued. Unfortunately, I could not get an appointment with either of these nail techs today so I booked with Sam. Omg.... BIG MISTAKE! She has so much attitude, not willing to give suggestions as I tried to figure out what color I wanted and actually told me "it's exhausting " to her when people don't know what they want. I've been coming for awhile so yes, they are great but (and I never write reviews) the last few times I've been there has been an increase in price plus the service has gone down. Today I got a pedicure and manicure but no nail polish, just shape and cuticle trim. They wanted to charge me the full manicure which is $25.... What? I didn't get the dirt under my nails taken off, and the nail file they used was so flimsy I had to take my nail file out of my purse and redo what she did. They said it doesn't matter about the polish or not that's what they charge. fine, not coming back. The people aren't doing a good job anymore anyway. Very sad. read more

I had a really great experience with Michael. He shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and even though it was a refill, the nails didn't look chunky at all. He took his time filing and shaping them and you could tell he cared about his work. He painted them in a pink lemonade color. The refill was $45 and reshaping was $5, which I felt was fair for the quality. When I went back two weeks later for a design, they recommended I book with Na. I appreciated that she was patient and let me take my time choosing colors and explaining what I wanted. The part I was a little disappointed in was the design itself. There were some imperfections like the checkered pattern not being fully filled in and the lines not looking straight or even. One of the nails with the main design also wasn't shaped evenly, with one side looking squared and the other rounded. Since it was my first time getting nail art, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did feel like the work could have been a bit more polished. There was no conversation, no attention to detail, and the quality of the service was very poor. My nails weren't properly cleaned, the polish wasn't fully completed, and I was never even asked what color I wanted. The entire experience was uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcome. I do duplicate often, and sometimes get creative with designs...the few times I've been in there to get something I picked off the internet, I've been very satisfied with techs Na and Cyn! They helped walk me through the colors I would need to achieve the look I was going for. They shape my nails beautifully. The staff is pretty friendly as well. Only have been twice. the vibe was nice the first time. the man who did my nails was amazing. I cannot remember his name but he probably gave me the best birthday set I've ever gotten. and he's the reason I came back the second time with my friend and did a mani and pedi this time. the second time felt more rushed. I didn't have time to pick my color before being seated. the lady who did my pedicure messed up my big toe so bad. normally when poked whether it was obviously painful or not I'm used to whoever is doing my nails to at least ask if I'm okay but in this case there was no concern even though blood was drawn. when it came to color I asked for light pink and she started painting with an almost white color. (to be fair this could be my fault for not going into specifics of what kind of light pink but like I stated earlier I was rushed to my seat and couldn't pick a color.) there seemed to be attitude when I asked for a different pink which made me want to leave right then. I ultimately ended up hating my toes and my big toe was dark, swollen, purple, and sore to the touch and is still recovering. the lady who did my mani was so sweet and kind and actually tried to make conversation with me but my nails did end up lifting after a week and a half and ended up looking more like press ons. my natural nails weren't cut down either before application so it was easy for things to get in between my nail and the acrylic. I went back a few days after to ask for a refund on my pedicure due to my toe and was told if I go to urgent care they'd reimburse me for that bill. they believed it could be infected. I didn't think spending more money on something that could've ended up being more expensive made sense rather than just receiving a refund on the $138 service I had. I think this will be the last time I go to this place unfortunately. read more

I've been going to this salon for several months now. It's a big salon and almost overwhelming if you've been going to small salons, but I've been pleased with my manicures and pedicures overall. but recently I've had two really bad low in the nail bed breaks. one was because I had a chrome overlay that looked amazing!!! but I left it on too long and it just broke my nail and the second one was probably the same thing. my nails just getting weaker over having gel nail polish for years. There are some really talented technicians that work at this salon. But the reason I'm writing a review is to share a negative experience I just had last week. Because of my nail breaks, I decided to go with regular nail enamel nothing fancy. And while Danny was doing my nails, I mentioned a specific woman that I wanted to do my pedicure. I've been going to this specific woman since I've gone to the salon, I really like her. She does a great job. She's nice to me. And once I requested the other person, Danny got an attitude. I said oh you can give me a pedicure. It's totally fine. I don't want to upset you. He said next time make an appointment, and at that point he stopped my manicure and sent me over to get my pedicure. He did not file or shape my nails, and because he sent me over in such a rush two of my nails smeared and he came over and touched one up and then I noticed the other nail had smeared. he put the nail polish next to me and had the girl who's doing my pedicure fix it - she ended up having to do several of my nails over again because of his bad job. Now I've had Danny do my nails before and he's done a good job, but he's a petty man. My recommendation is definitely get your nails done here, but if they sit you with Danny, realize that he's jealous and petty. read more

This was my first time here. I was rushed to check in for a fill, cut down and nail repair on 4 nails. The wait was not long at all. Once seated TAM started working on my nails. There is Z E R O conversation or complimentary beverage as advertised. Watching everyone else's experience and realizing I'm not reviving the same one made me change my mind on my nail design all together, to just a matte topcoat. Not even TWO days later one replacement breaks, and my nails look yellow!! By the end of day two 3 out of the 4 nails I had replaced broke! I called the nail shop and let them know what happened, and was booked with an appointment to fix my nails. My nail appointment was booked with the SAME tech who did my nails the first time. Now if they got it wrong the first time why would you book the same tech again? Now one of my replacement nails is crooked af, and the other two STILL have weak apexes - meaning the acrylic isn't from side to side - and they will break again. $50 and 2 trips later this place gets absolutely NO money from me and I will let everyone I know about the experience I had here to prevent them to having to walk around in a set of nail they absolutely hate because they are turning colors are uneven in shape and thickness! read more

When it was my appointment time they sat me in a chair to get my pedicure started, and then walked away. Didn't put water in the bowl to start soaking my feet or anything. People came in after me whom they sat at the pedicure chairs, offered them a drink and immediately started working on them. After 15 minutes and nobody coming by to say anything to me, I made a comment to the employee working on the girl next to me and said why have I been sitting here 15 minutes and why did they get served first. But Bee helped me figure out if the very simply refill I wanted but didn't know the color, she helped make sure it would be a good match, she prepared the nail and placed on the coat to show me and gain my approval. I've had bad experiences where I had to go home and fix my nails myself but never anything like this. I'm currently moving and one of my nails snapped off, that's when I saw what was hiding under my dip powder! This salon gave me a FUNGAL INFECTION on my nails! I've never had one and idk what to do and I'm scared for my nails. I began to take off each nail now and 7 out of 10 nails are infected. They accept walk-ins but since I wanted a pedicure and a solar full set I decided to call to make an appointment. They were able to get me in within an hour which was great!! Julie did my rejuvenate pedicure and man oh man was it incredible!!! Best and most relaxing pedicure I've ever had before! If you want a pedicure with great attention to detail and an amazing massage request Julie! Kim did my full set and she was great!
