I was so happy to return to San Antonio after the long hiatus and get back in Eva's chair. Before applying gel, she did a very light buff to help protect my natural nails. Thanks to her careful technique, my nails can continue growing out healthy without any further damage. The gel is very thick/uneven and the gel is flooded into the cuticles. She did not look at the picture of the design I wanted and instead did her own thing. I am so disappointed. When I went to pay, my price was significantly higher than expected and despite asking questions I never received a clear answer as to why. $95 for a fill of this quality and leaving my nails in pain is not acceptable.

I called and made an appointment at 6:30pm for a pedicure on 3/12/2026, the person said that was the time I would be seen because she has another appointment at 6pm, I booked it and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat there until 8pm and was never taken care of because the salon was too busy. At 8:15, a woman was finally able to start my pedicure but didn't know how to perform the service. I ended up leaving in tears because this was exhausting and disappointing to experience. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time slot or plan accordingly? I sat for 2 hours and never even got to get a pedicure.
