I went in today at 6 for a pedicure. I got home and inspected the work and was disappointed in the coverage and the messiness of the polish. On of them already chipped. I've gotten white before and coverage was never been an issue. It seems to only be a couple of them that are still translucent. One of my pinkies is also smudged. I didn't do a close up inspection when I left because I loved my last pedi from there and it lasted a whole month and it was still going strong. I will be visiting this weekend and hope I can get a few of these fixed. My left foot is ok but my right food is a mess. read more

This was my go to place for over a few years but the last two times I've been there I was very unhappy with the service. The manager who did my nails was rough and did not take the time to do my nails the last two times, he even hurt me and never apologized. If you frequent nail salons, you'll see the glaring difference. First, staff will use nail clippers/various tools on themselves and then place them back into the drawer with no sanitization. A male tech trimmed his own unwashed hands with a nail clipper while my acrylics were soaking off then attempted to use them on me 15 mins later. If you request sanitized tools, they will talk about you right in front of your face. Then, they will not allow your nail to cure the full time under the lamp. In both the time i went and additional time to fix a broken nail the very next day (connected to the not being allowed to fully cure issue) techs were swapping nail lamps between customers in a hurry, and yanking them away before the full time was complete. The lamps are caked in residue, previous nail paint clumps, and dust from drill downs meaning NOT A SINGLE LAMP HAS BEEN WIPED DOWN ONCE. Most would probably look past this, but if you frequent nail salons you will immediately notice that this is a dirty, unhygienic shop. I can handle snarky and rude customer service, but that coupled with nail breaking issues, the very basics of nail 101 not being followed here, the product not being allowed to fully cure (probably a business retention tactic, who knows) and me being afraid to catch an infection from either another tech or a previous client means its a no for me. She took here time, doesn't grab skin while trimming and doesn't pull the nail as she trims. Really nice. She used some buff bar to make my nails shine. Didn't use the pumice paste that tends to get into every nook and cranny. My nails look like they have a coat of clear polish, but of course they don't. A great job for $20. There are many nail stations and many pedicure chairs. The place is larger than it looks from the outside. It is. A pretty space with flowers throughout, some fake, some live. A large TV is situated over the middle of the nail stations. Go there. read more

I love this salon. Since moving here - I have struggled to find all my favorite spots but for nails it's been especialllllly hard. A few months back I found this place and honestly EVERYONE is great. They always welcome my boys and I super warmly when we come to get our nails done. They've even offered my youngest cookies and drinks while he waiting. Just super amazing. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon to do SNS dip, I called And made a appointment for the next day showed up the following day and was helped immediately. It's pretty quiet in there which can be relaxing, but it can also be a little awkward because you can hear every conversation. The establishment is well spaced out, accommodating and cozy. Vinny did my nails. There were a couple little imperfections, but nothing super crazy and for the price they are perfect. This is probably the cheapest I've ever paid for SNS. which is nice because it allowed me to leave a very reasonable sized tip. it will definitely be going back for manicures and pedicures. read more

Very disappointed with the service here after a dip manicure and gel pedicure. For a gel pedicure, it's expected that it last more than 4 days. Not only do two toes have peeling gel paint, I noticed that my pinky toenail was cut crooked. As for the manicure, it was a darker red color that I had not tried before. The powder stained my hands and fingers and when I expressed concern about leaving the salon like that, I was told it was no big deal and to just wash my hands and it would be fine. It was not. It was all over me. I was not happy, reluctantly tipped and paid and left the salon, got into my car when I noticed that the dark red powder was on my forehead and cheek. How does a pedicure tech, manicure tech and a lady working the cash register allow a client to walk out of the salon with red powder all over their face??? They saw it and said NOTHING. Very disrespectful. I had to scrub my face with Clorox wipes in the car just to lighten it enough to not be noticeable. I was mad that I left them a generous tip before I realized how rude the situation actually was. I will absolutely NOT be back to a salon that thinks it's ok to treat a customer this way. These people will do shitty work on purpose and smile in your face while you have nail powder on your face and they let you walk out disappointed. Terrible on so many levels. read more

There were ample pedicure chairs for a salon this size (actually, there had more than I initially expected). The pedicure was spot on perfect. I got a pedicure by Mindy. She was ok, it is not the best I have had for the price. For $42 I got the "deluxe" pedi. She put cuticle oil all underneath my feet, I could see the label. It would have been nice to have some nice lather of something classy like most other places. They had a container for complimentary water but there was no water in it. They did decent work but it should be at least $7 cheaper based on the cheap ingredients they use. read more

This was a nice place to get my nails done but one technician was incredibly rough when doing my pedicure. He was massaging my legs and I swear I felt my muscles being separated. He used his nails massage the bottom of my feet and wouldn't stop after I asked him to. Would not get pedicures from here unless he isn't there. EDIT: This same man ended up doing my manicure and pedicure. The service was horrible, nails not taken care of in a caring manner, and the worst part of it all was that massage that is given after a mani/pedi with the lotion. I'm sure we are all familiar with this service as a way to soften our hands and encourage bloodflow. This was not that. This was literally torture, as it felt like someone was moving a fully tightened tourniquet up and down my legs and arms. It was so long I started sweating from the pressure and pain. (Another thing was that he went PAST my knees and elbows and touched and poked and prodded my legs and arms above that point. I know this is not normal and it felt very intrusive) I asked him to stop but he kept going after acknowledging me. After he sent me to the little drying fans with a gesture and "over there," we spoke to who we thought was the manager or someone who could do something about it. Turns out literally no one who was working had any way to contact the owner! We had to leave a name and number for the OWNER to get back to us. Luckily, we did not pay for my services, but not without them saying that we "don't pay today, but we will call the owner about that." Wish I could say it was a good place to come, as the other people I was with had a pretty good experience from my understanding. Also, way overpriced. 20 for shellac polish change plus a 5 to take it off? Seriously? You're getting robbed if you go here. I was looking for a nail salon by my job and happened to stumble up Nails by Lynn. I went last month for a fill and Nick was awesome. He was super nice and attentive. He shaped my nails unlike any salon had done before. This is really big for me because most salons do a bad job and my nails look weird. He also told me the price of everything before he started working which is super helpful for a student on a budget. Anyway I came back today to try the dipping powder with Bobby. Let me tell you that he exceeded my expectations. He is so personable and talked to me about everything I swear I got so much off my chest (take that therapy). He gave me some solid advice. Most of all knowing I had never gotten dip before he walked me through the process he told me what he was using and what it did. With each step he explained how it all worked. When it came to picking my color I showed him a Pinterest photo and he picked the colors he taught matched and had me ok it. He also sanitized his tools in front of me and his powder wasn't clumpy like what you see looking over your shoulder at other salons so I felt very well taken care of. The salon in all is very clean the employees are always working and never idle. They have a large color selection which was awesome because I got to try colors I was having trouble finding at other salons. Everyone is super nice and you can tell they love their job. I called and made an appointment in the morning and got one the same day. Lynn did an amazing job with my dip nails and made sure they were perfect. I asked about having my nails filed a different shape and she explained how it would actually harm my nails. I'm glad I asked! Lynn noticed a mistake on some of my fingers and redid them before I saw it. While they were very busy, they made time for everyone that came through the door. Now I'm ready for Halloween!! Unfortunately, less than a week later most of the dip is lifting off my nails. In the picture, the areas that are paler and close to my cuticles are not even attached to my nail anymore. Similarly, on my index finger, it's coming off around the tip. I also included a photo of my thumb nail where the top layer is peeling off, and the entire thing is lifting up around the base. If I can give this place zero stars I will. Pricing is way off from the online menu, so don't go based off online. Which is what I did. For a French tip pedicure I was charged $65 at first then I brought the online price menu it to their attention and said it was wrong then went up $5 more, so in total I paid $70 for a pedicure!!! Online the delux pedicure says it's $42. Ridiculous. I will never go here again. Oh and on top of that, the lady dipped her glasses in my dirty feet water to clean her glasses! I went to get a full set of acrylics. When they were applying the dip it started burning, I'm not sure what products they use, but I've never had that problem before. After they were done they did not do what I asked for so obviously I said something and they tried to convince me I was wrong but the acrylic was so thick and looked nothing like the photo. I ended up getting them taken off and a refund. They left so much acrylic on my nail and were so rude while doing it. I'm sitting here with literal layers of acrylic on my nails, after they were supposed to remove all of it. I had to book a nail appointment for someone else to fix this. If you're looking to get a set of acrylics just go somewhere else. read more

Ugh, I hate to give any business a less than stellar review but every time I look at my fingers . I went in for a Mani/pedi after reading reviews on Yelp. Everyone was very pleasant. I sat for my pedicure (which was fabulous) and the guy who was going to apply the "dip" polish on my fingernails starts prepping my nails. He goes to town with a drimmel and tore my poor cuticles to shreds. I didn't realize how bad it was until I went to wash my hands and more than one finger began to sting. It was bad. read more

I was exited to try this place. I did not have an appointment and when I went in I waited but I did not mind. I was going to do shillac on my nails but I was convinced to do dip. I went Saturday (7-16) to Nails by Lynn as a walk-in to get a manicure and Shellac on my nails. I was greeted properly and was told to pick a color from the wall. That should have been my first clue. The colors were limited and looked old. After waiting for 25mins a nail tech came and started my manicure. My second clue was that I had to stop her and ask for clean manicured tools you could see the dead cuticle from the pedicure she has just done on the cuticle trimmers. This is my go-to place to get my nails done. I don't usually get elaborate sets or extensions or anything so I come here for a good price for a gel mani and proximity to my home. I've never asked for nail art beyond french tips, so I can't comment on their artistic abilities. The staff is friendly, but they frequently understate the wait time in an effort to get you to stay. This can be frustrating, but I just try to go during less popular hours to avoid this. Lynn is the best nail tech IMO but there are a few other good women too! If you are looking for a good spot for the basics, then this is a good place to go. read more

Probably the worst pedicure ever in my life. If you're charging $35 for a men's pedicure you should provide quality service. I was double booked with another customer (who I believe had her feet in my tub for a moment before I walked in?) They made her wait while the nail tech rushed my pedicure in 20 min. She didn't clean in or around my nails, was rude, didn't polish or even out my nails, and didn't pay attention to detail because the nails are not cut evenly. I also had irritated skin around my toes and she brushed my feet several times and the irritation became a wound when I got home. I paid $40 and will never come back again. Sorry I'm trying to ruin lives but you can't charge lux prices and rush / do a bad job esp for a simple pedicure with no add-ons. read more
