Wow, I don't understand why this place doesn't have a lot of stars. I'm visiting from out of state and my experience was amazing, the facility is very clean and organized, and everyone working was kind. As soon as I walked in, they asked for everyone to wash their hands for safety, so I love that they care about health. I got a simple mani/ pedi, and my eyebrows done. There were two other people with me getting serviced and we all had an excellent experience, I wish this place was closer to where I lived! I liked that all the license were on the wall. I also got my eyebrows done and I never do them at nail salons but I was desperate! The only reason I gave four stars is because they completely forgot about someone else in our group who wanted to get stuff done. Tell me why the technicians would not do what we wanted which was a simple French tip with a pink smile line and solid pink glitter. Every time we spoke up we were met with silence or with "oh no that won't look good" and continued to do what they wanted. My service took way longer than needed over an hour for something basic. Our feet were also not exfoliated. Now for the vibe. I have been to other places where they will speak their native tongue but was always welcoming for example they would hold conversations between themselves and if bursts of laughter happened they would explain what was happening (a practice I myself do when I am with non native speakers ). These techs (the women) would laugh and keep staring at certain customers who walked in giving very mean girl energy. Won't be going back and definitely do not recommend! read more

I stopped in for a walk-in regular mani around 12:30 pm. They were immediately able to accommodate me. A woman told me to go wash my hands before starting the service. I appreciate the COVID precaution, but it was my first time at this salon and I didn't know where the sink was. I accidentally walked past it, and I felt they were a bit rude to me. Anyways, I washed my hands. They have little white towels there to dry. I picked out my color. I always try to stick with OPI since I know it's a good quality polish. Whenever I've ventured into unknown brands, I always end up disappointed when it chips quickly. They didn't have a ton of OPI options, but I found a nice neutral color with a hint of pinkish lavender. I just got a regular manicure which cost $17 + tip. The woman who did my nails was efficient and did a good job. She was a teensy bit rough with my cuticles, but otherwise, I have no complaints! I liked that she had me sit with my hands in the fan until she checked to make sure they were dry enough for me to leave. I always get nervous about that, but it helped me feel good about going on with my day without worrying about ruining my mani! They dried smooth without any bubbles, and they look very neat! read more

Full set of shellac nails and deluxe pedicure. The guy that did my full set of nails got out the wrong nail polish and actually tried to make me take it anyway it was a red. I picked up a hot pink so we had to go to my nails, my nails were crooked mass they were all the same length And the girl that did my picture last time she did it. She's a terrible job didn't get all the dead skin off so ass that she not to not be the one to do it because men that did my hands did very good pedicures so I got outside for a while. I come back in and tell her I don't want her to do my pedicures, so talk to me to letting her do it and again she just lousy job. I moved to Texas recently and needed to find a new nail lady ASAP. A friend of mine recommend I come check this place out and told me to specifically see Mybi. I listened, and I am so happy I did. Mybi is incredible at what she does. I have been back 4 times since my first visit and have left happy every single time. I show her a photo and she replicates it perfectly!! She shapes my nails SO beautifully and takes her time. We always have so much fun and sometimes even start crying from how hard we laugh together, it always feels as if I'm visiting an old friend :) The shop is clean, beautiful and has a very peaceful vibe to it. Unbelievably RUDE today. Walked in , they said to sit in the chair by the door. No hello. Did not say pick a color, but I knew to do that. I had to go behind a desk to see the bottles of polish. She ran over and said to pick from some color cards on a table. This was new to me. Got my color and sat down. She showed me to a chair and said to put my feet in water that was scalding! Never a hello or introduced herself. It was like we were a bother in there. Never offered us a drink like times before. The tech talked in their language the whole time to the other tech. Just grabbed my foot and worked on them. Never talked to me. Did a great job technically. But not treated very well. I did not tip. I should've looked at the reviews on yelp.... I only saw the ones on google. I went in to get a mani/pedi and didn't even bother letting her do a manicure because my toes look so bad. My feet look like they went through a shredder!! My toe nails we're not filed and the paint job is terrible. $48 for something I should've kept and went home to do my nails myself. They look terrible! I got tired of asking her for the books of shellac because she kept giving me the same 3 little color pages that weren't in the books. My Husband and I came in maybe a hour before closing after calling and confirming that they could accommodate 2 pedi's. When we first got there we weren't really greeted to nicely, though I understand maybe everyone just had a long day, we were sat very quickly but were not really spoken to nor given anything to drink. Immediately was sat in very hot water and my husband was taken care of first. We did have a male and female tech who were both very rough throughout the whole service and when either of us would pull our feet away in pain both techs just grabbed our foots and kept on going. Both services felt very rushed with very little to none communication or friendly-ness, when leaving I did have some nicks on my toes and foot from the service. As well as my legs and foot were almost a ashy white when I got home. Definitely do not think they are worth the price and do not see my family or I returning. read more

This place is really nice on the inside and they have plenty of colors to choose from BUT some of the nail techs needs more training or maybe weren't trained right. Yesterday was my second time going there and I brought my boyfriend to get a pedicure with me. The first time I went to get my nails done the man who did it cut my fingers around my cuticles enough to make it bleed in about 3 different places! Then yesterday when we went the tech a woman this time cut my boyfriends toe and the side of his food & the one on the side of his foot was bleeding so much that she dipped his foot in the water so fast hoping he wouldn't see the blood but when he pulled his foot up it was still bleeding. We didn't get a discount or any kind of apology just an "oh well" kind of face. Definitely won't be going back I just prefer not getting cut every time I go. UPDATE: not a full 48hrs have passes and I have a huge chip in my nail after blow drying my hair. I have another Christmas party this weekend and my nails will look hideous. I should've thrown my money directly in the trash. I'm a huge yelp review reader and let me just say I wasn't 100% satisfied with my visit here. They were VERY kind and offered me something to drink they even let me charge my phone which was really helpful. The place was clean and looked renovated! Clearly they were busy so they're doing something right BUT my nails came out.....bad. It's really unfortunate considering I really enjoyed the experience. Pictures don't lie. I like the shape he gave me, he even tested the color and was communicative, easy to understand. The problem is not only that the tips are crooked but the tops of my nails are bumpy. He let the glue set at an angle on my fingers, so all my nails are pointed upward. It just looks terrible and I paid FIFTY dollars for this. 50. 5-0. Needless to say I'm disappointed, and I thought about not writing a review at all because the manager and her employees were so nice but I just hate my nails so much I just had to rate it. Was really hoping for a better experience. The salon itself was clean and had a broad selection of polish colors. Unfortunately the lady I got (tall thin with long naturally hair) didn't say a word to me until mid service when I asked her how her day was going. Additionally, she finished my pedicure in less than 15 min and then left me sitting there. I've been here twice. The first time I had a fill and wax. The wax was ok, but found a place they missed once I got home that I had to fix myself. My eyebrows were shaped nicely. The fill was just fine. The second time around, when I was getting a fill, my finger was cut and I started bleeding. I didn't even get an apology. I came here with my friend for pedicures. The service and customer service is crap. First issue. The people that came in several minutes after us got services first. On a busy Saturday that is super not cool. So my friend and I had to wait even longer. My friend decided not to even bother and she went to the store next door cause after telling them several times that she didn't want anything they keep trying to make her get a pedicure. Second issue. The girl doing my nails cut me and was very rough. I am not impressed. My feet hurt. Seriously there is no reason my feet should hurt after a pedicure. I will not be going here again.
