I was charged $135 with unexplained charges like $65 for "nail design" and $5 for "length" even though they wed short/med. The tech was unprofessional during the appointment, making rude comments about past clients. When I later left a review, I received multiple harassing messages via Instagram and Facebook from the same nail tech. She used profanity, mocked my finances, and insulted me for leaving an honest review about what went down. This is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, especially from someone representing a licensed business.

When I came back to inform them of the issue, they consistently stated the reason why it was slipping was because it was just the nail polish. I know that they use the wrong product because my mom's nails dried faster and it was not sliding off like my nail polish. I have done my nails at home many of times and I know the products very well. It's frustrating because they did not take accountability and I gave a really good tip on top of the service that they gave.

One lady was coughing really badly (phlegm and stuff) and not covering her mouth. Another person walked in and she started on her nails without washing her hands or anything. She finally put on a mask after she caught me making a face after she started touching all the tools my manicurist was using. The man who helped me was nice, but used his nails to push back my cuticles. He also cut me a few times (nightmare when thinking how germ-y the place was). It is so crazy to me, that a nail salon would be so unsanitary post pandemic.
