When I sat, the lady next to me was in pedi progress. Maybe mid pedi. I sat and was done before her. Like what? Maybe she got the high dollar idk. They scrubbed and lotioned my legs like in 5 mins. They lightly scrubbed my feet bottoms Then straight to the polish. And I was done. No clipping of the dead skin around my toes which is my favorite part. No scraping of the foot bottoms for that dead skin. No cleaning of the inner nails. Which I know I need because I'm a runner in the trails. My feet get baaaad! Hadn't had a pedi in months. I'm so disappointed. 65 dollars for that? I could have done that at home. Now I have to go somewhere else to get another one. These pedis are supposed to be relaxing and feel good. My feet still look and feel bad. They sent me a survey that I filled out and couldn't even push through. Bad quality pedicure.

When I came back to inform them of the issue, they consistently stated the reason why it was slipping was because it was just the nail polish. I have done my nails at home many of times and I know the products very well. It's frustrating because they did not take accountability and I gave a really good tip on top of the service that they gave.
