Ok I'm mixed about me feeling of this place. Let me explain. The Mrs. raved about her having the best pedicure she ever... if not the best it's a close #2. There was an older gentleman who did her pedicure. We both got the Green Tea pedicure. Now for the services they were pretty good. Meaning the different types of pedicures (I'm currently still in the chair as I write this). Now The Mrs. started a full 20 mins before I did. It's suppose to be a nice long pedicure. But how come I caught up to her. WOW....I'm so pissed . The older guy is the reason we all came her. But my pedicure was so rushed...I don't feel relaxed or calm. I feel hustled. I had a lady with glasses who did mines (photo attached). Ok, they got a little busy maybe one or two more customers. But that doesn't mean you rush my service and cheat me out of quality. You pay for food you don't want to have it rushed and under or over cooked. You pay for you vehicle to be cleaned but don't want to see spots and your vehicle still dirty. Oh oh my daughter got a basic pedicure, started before me like 10 or 15 mins and I'm done! Wow. I'M PISSED. TRYING TO BE CLASSY AND NOT START A SCENE. OH THIS LADY WILL NEVER ANOTHER SERVICE ON ME OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY. Not they would be upset if I didn't pay the correct amount and deducted the quality of service I received. Not only that but she hurt me on cutting, filing, and just all of it. I'm really upset !!!! This gentleman does a great pedicure, next time i will wait for him. Here is pictures of both.

I called I Nails before driving the 20 mins to the location and was told that JULIE was available for a 2:00P appointment. Upon my arrival, I walked in asked for Julie and was then told that they are the new owners and Julie no longer works there. I would've opted to give them a try, but because I was lied to over the phone to get me there, I chose to make an appointment somewhere else. I won't be back because of that reason alone.

Navy Blue refill with butterfly stickers

Came about a month ago to get my nails done for the first time and I loved them. Did a burgundy acrylic dip with some design on the accent fingers. Came for a refill and she did a wonderful job my only complaint is it's the same price to get a full set and for refill ($50). Update - it's been a week and I am much less happy with the nail polish they used this time. I take a shower or wash the dishes and it just peels off. I highly recommend sticking to the dip colors.

First impression as soon as I walked in, it's packed and every technician has someone in their chair! LOVED IT! They asked me if I wanted a beverage before I was even sat to start getting my nails done. Which was fabulous and made me feel like it'll be worth the wait. And it most definitely was. They have a beautiful and wide color range! They also have a menu type pricing book with all their information and prices in it. No "hidden fees". A++ My nail technician was Julie, and she was absolutely perfect! She helped me with ideas, was very honest about everything and walked me through what she was doing on my nails because of how thin they were previously. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Julie!

This is our go to place when we want manicures and/or pedicures! I always feel beautiful when I leave! They for in my daughter at the last minute tonight (prom is tomorrow, and time escaped me!). Julie did her nails, and they're exquisite!!! Julie has mad nail skills!!! I'll definitely ask for her next time I want more art on my fingers!

Wow!!! Finally a place that takes their time to do a mani and pedi. Kalee is awesome he clipped and trimmed my toe nails trimmed my cuticles and did just an amazing job! I love to tip and he deserved a great tip. Definitely will always go back to him. I highly recommend going to this place instead of the mall.

Thank you fellow Yelpers! I came here reading recent reviews and I would definitely recommend coming here to get your nails done. I asked for Julie and she was exceptional. Not only did she help pick out a color for me, she made sure that I was happy before I left. I came in with a full set of shellac done at a different nail salon and it just felt heavy and unnatural to me so I came here after reading some reviews. I opted to try the dip and I don't think I'll want to go back getting my nails done any other way. There's no UV required so no risk of getting cancer and to have short nails, it was definitely a challenge. I had some of my nails grow out and some were too short so she added a tip and made sure that all my nails were at the right length. She explained what the next steps were during the whole process being that I was such a newb. I appreciate when nail techs take their time to explain things instead of just rushing through it. I felt well taken care of and I love my nails! After a week or two of going to the gym and digging my nails down my purse with other things, they look the same as I got them done. Very durable and I'm surprised it's lasting this long. This place looks sketch from the outside but don't judge the book by its cover right?

Many many of us came to iNails to be taken care of by Julie. Well, as of two weeks ago she no longer works there. She's is now at MV Nails on Potranco Rd. If you go to iNails and ask for her they'll say she's off, I even called and they said she was in New Mexico!! They're lies!! Just wanted to clear things up and let you all know the truth.

i think 4 stars is a pretty accurate review for this place. Tom was the guy who did my nails and even though there were a few tiny messups i can't fix, he was very nice and i appreciate him taking the time to do what i asked. i saw how hard it was to do.

First time ever getting a pedicure, and I did not regret at all!! All of the staff there are very kind!! I only spent $85 for a full set of acrylics, a basic pedicure, and shellac polish (for my pedi) I absolutely loved it!! Normally I tend to shy away from getting any beauty services like these since people always have horrible experiences, but it's amazing. It's quiet, calming, and soothing. They offer drinks, have a fish aquarium, and have a tv for entertainment. I really do love this place will come more often!!

We just moved to the area, and I needed to find my new nail place. I love the work Julie does! She made my nails look sleek and not thick as I've seen with dip nails. I really appreciate that she sees that I'm trying to keep my natural nails and didn't overdo the filing on top of the nail bed. Also I felt lucky that she also did my pedicure which left my feet so incredibly soft! Trust that with what I've put them through I thought there was no hope for them! She made them Spring ready-- just in time as the weather is changing. I recommend making and keeping your appointments with her. She's thoughtful and makes you feel welcome right away. read more

I went here last minute for dip power nails. They were able to see me right away, but now I know why. It is so dirty. One lady was coughing really badly (phlegm and stuff) and not covering her mouth. Another person walked in and she started on her nails without washing her hands or anything. She finally put on a mask after she caught me making a face after she started touching all the tools my manicurist was using. The man who helped me was nice, but used his nails to push back my cuticles. He also cut me a few times (nightmare when thinking how germ-y the place was). It is so crazy to me, that a nail salon would be so unsanitary post pandemic. read more

I am sir I have had a worse manicure but this place makes me think who was worse. Even the lady before me was complaining that they were over charging based on their own menu pricing. They did not accommodate her. How this place has great reviews is beyond me. They weren't even capable of a nail buff. Wtf read more

I've had two nail techs here so far, and both did an amazing job. In fact, not to play favorites, but I think I might have found my favorite nail tech, ever. Julie does such an amazing job - she's so great at making the shape so pretty and flattering on my hands. Every set I've ever gotten from I Nails has lasted twice as long as any other place I've ever been - I once went 5 weeks between fills because I usually only go once a nail starts lifting or pops off.. That's 5 weeks with no lift, whatsoever. The only reason I went back was because my nails had grown too long! If you're looking for a "relaxing, spa-like" experience, I wouldn't say that you'll find it here. But if you're looking for folks to be kind, do a great job, and maybe serve you wine or margaritas, this is the place! read more

Before I explain.... ASK FOR JULIE!!! You will not be disappointed. I just had the most relaxing pedicure of my life. And her work was amazing. And I'm super picky. Moved from Atlanta and had an amazing nail tech... wish I found Julie when I first got here. She offered me a beverage, I got a mimosa. She turned on the massage chair. And she got to work. She did just what I asked. My massage on my legs was amazing, literally was about to fall asleep. My pedicure was amazing. read more

Couldn't be happier with my set! Staff is cool, only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the nail dust everywhere and old plastic nail clippings left behind at the station I sat at. Tom did my set btw, came out to be $45 - clear coffin tips, light pink acrylic powder, clear top coat. *will update if issues arise read more

I absolutely LOVE this business!!! I especially love Julie and Tom, both of them have done my nails and never fail to please me. Julie will put so much time and effort into your nails to make sure they're exactly what you want! They aim to please here at I Nails and it shows through their work! Will be coming back to this location every time! Very sweet and accommodating staff, always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Love this place! read more

Love them so much! This is my third visit. First I had Tom(1st & 2nd) and today I had Julie! They both are awesome. The first time I got a full set with acrylic powder and this time for a shorter look I did dip powder over my natural nails. They both were super sweet and relational. And my nails were bomb both times. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I've NEVER had a bad experience. I've NEVER had problems with nails breaking or popping off or anything. The quality is great! The customer service is extraordinary! If you go, be sure to ask for Julie, Tiffany, or Tom! They are the best nail techs. So experienced. They can do anything you ask for. My daughter got holographic nails by Julie today and she loves them! You will not be disappointed! read more

Everyone was kind and offered us water right away and smiled as soon as we walked in. Julie did amazing on my nails and shaped them perfectly, I was going to do just one solid color but she asked if she could do an accent nail and did a really good job and she didn't charge extra for the accent nail! read more

I visited this place because I read the reviews and saw only good things and also that the salon was priced fairly. I got a Shellac French manicure , done by Kim. They came out extremely well. Each line , even , and with continuity throughout both hands. I was very pleased. I worked a very rigorous work week outside , doing a lot of taxing things with my hands , and my manicure did not budge. The only reason I deducted a star was because I did feel that the price was a little steep given it's not the fanciest of places. read more

Yesterday was my first time here at this shop. Everybody was friendly and helpful. While I waited to see my nail tech Julie, Tom helped me find a specific color I wanted which I appreciated. I was offered a beverage in case I was thirsty also very nice. Julie is absolutely the BEST. I will follow her anywhere she goes, that is how I ended up here. She takes her time and is very creative. She shapes my nails perfectly so I always leave 100% satisfied. She is very sweet and personable. Yall go and check her out shes totally worth it! I also hear Tom is very talented. I decided to give this place a shot after reading all the great reviews. Tom was spectacular! He was super friendly and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. A lot of other places rush to get people in and out and the quality is poor. I will definitely be coming back here again! read more

I went in on a Saturday evening for a shellac deluxe pedicure. I was disappointed with the quality of the pedicure. The young guy offered to cut down my toe nails but barely did and didn't pay any attention to my cuticles which I know were needing attention since I haven't had a pedicure in over 3 weeks. I don't feel like I should tell people how to do their job but he seemed like he didn't want to take care of the customer. This place was terrible! I wanted short matte nails instead, I was told that "that won't look nice" so the lady doing my nails proceeded to do whatever she wanted. I ended up with mismatched colors due to their colors not matching the samples and with long ugly nails. They are uneven, poorly shaped, and overall awful! I have to go get my nails fixed now. Never again will I return and I'll be sure to warn others to stay far away from this place. Stay away from this place! read more

Kim did an amazing job. She was very nice, took her time, and paid alot of attention to details. She kept making sure all the nails were even and shaped just as I wanted them. Loved Julie, I wanted a pink ombré and she even did examples in front of me to make sure which colors I wanted to use, and it was a nice atmosphere to be in. I'll definitely be going back! Update: Once again LOVED Julie. During the service she nicked six of my nail beds, breaking the skin and causing bleeding, and then added an extra $20 charge for cuticle work that was never discussed. My daughter asked four times for coffin-shaped nails, but her technician Lam shaped them incorrectly and had to shorten the nails to fix the mistake, with no price adjustment. We paid $393.60 for smeared polish, bleeding cuticles, and an experience that left us very uncomfortable. We will not be returning. if I could rate this experience 0 stars I would.

I came in pretty early and there was only one lady here. She didn't speak much English but I thought I had gotten across what I wanted. I don't know too much about nails since I only get mine done with my sister or other people. I had asked for all red nails with just the tip of white. She repeated some of what I said and shook her head so I thought we were good. As she started my nails, doing the white tip, I reminded her that I wanted red on the whole nail and then white. She said okay. Finally after 30 minutes the rest of the employees walked in. As she was finishing, I asked her if she wanted me to go pick out my red color already. The other employees over heard and came over. It turns out she did had not understood what I wanted. They said it would be extra to fix but I told them it was not my fault or her fault that we did not understand each Other. So finally, Julie took over. I told her that my boyfriend and I had an event that weekend and the colors were red and white. She did my toenails so amazingly!! And fixed my nails free of charge by adding red to them!! I have been coming to I nails now for a few months. I've gotten my nails done by all the artists here and they are all great. I've been treated so well every single visit. I'm always offered a drink, and they really take their time with their work. I feel very welcomed and valued when I am here. I always get a new set a deluxe pedicure. My go to girl is Julie(her work is in the pictures I have posted with my review.) Julie does a amazing work! You can show her a picture of absolutely anything and she can deliver! I give this place 5 starts! The best I've EVER been too. And the nail techs are so attentive! Julie did my nails and although the couldn't fine the number I picked she found something more perfect just by listening to what I wanted and was looking for! I wasn't sure on the color but after Julie understood what I wanted she knew just what color to grab! Amazing tech very attentive to details and so nice! I will be coming back to do my nails only here at I nails from now on. I've had bad experiences with other salons but this nail salon was 100% on the ball. Definitely worth the money! This place is not only incredibly clean but the people who work here are the friendliest and absolute sweetest!!! My nail tech, Julie, heard me talking about a party I was going to this weekend and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND my nails are the perfect shape and length plus she made them glow ! I got a full set all with the dipping powder and almond shaped but not long so they don't interfere with my job, needless to say I'm not an easy customer but she got it done and made them even better than I could have ever imagined all for $45 (no including the tip) read more

I won't see anyone else here and love giving her carte blanche to come up with whatever design inspires her-all I have to do is pick a base colour. I have gotten a pedicure here 3 times so far and I love it! The man who works during the week really takes his time and gives you a great massage with a nice beverage while you sit. I've been looking for a good place to get a pedicure and I think I've found it.
