I came to this salon happy to find someone open early on a Sunday, but i should have just waited for my usual place to open! The girl, Vera, who did my nails was very sweet, but unfortunately not very good at doing my manicure. I asked for a new set of squared acrylic with oval french tip (even showed her a picture), but what i got was a bumpy, uneven mess. i got there at 10:20ish AM and left at 1:30pm, paid $125 and the results were not what i expected. Yes the lazyboy's they have you in are comfortable, but if i could see what she was doing sooner i would have complained in person! i only noticed how uneven and weirdly thick my nails were when i was checking out. i felt like i had duck nails when i was leaving. i had to file them down myself since i didn't have time to have them fixed before my trip. My pedicure was very pleasant and she did a good job, but it didn't not make up for my hand nails quality being poor. I thought because the reviews were good i was in good hands, but the owner really needs to take accountability for her employee's work quality. Cleo rang me up and definitely saw how bad my nails were, but just told me, "Pretty, pretty." read more

I am reviewing my experience today with Cleo of Cleo nail spa. I walked in and found the place quiet and clean. Cleo greeted me and was able to take me right away to have my eyebrows done. I asked for a reshaping and to thin my brows a bit, even though it's not trendy, it's how I like my brows. Normally wherever I go, the tech never listens, leaves them bulky and has me in and out so fast it's dizzying. This is not the case here. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers. I wasn't impressed. The place is nice though, it's right across from the Y. They have a rewards program, don't know the ins and outs. The only time I went, I had an early appointment 9am and I felt like the man working on my nails did not want to be there. Was not offered a drink. And picking out a color, don't take your time, you better hurry for before he gets mad! lol This place helped me to realize that I can do my own gel nails at home and I do! Had the classic pedicure and Cleo used reflexology on the bottom of my feet massage and kept my nails short so they don't look like eagle claws lol With my manicure she took her time to make sure she suggested did my type of work what to use abd even helped color coordinate! From korea we built a bond since daughter and I went there loved it enough to have her want to go to school in korea! The classic pedicure was $35 and it included a 10minute hot stone massage. The massage wasn't worth what I didn't get. I felt like they focused on the massage and not the foot grooming. My friend was told that she should upgrade her pedicure next time and she left disappointed because her calluses weren't filed. My biggest pet peeve at a salon is when they try to up sell or convince you to add extra services. This happened here. If you ask once and someone says no, then just let it go. Sometimes I don't want to pay $65 for honey on my feet. I did like the little extras. The complimentary Korean tea was delicious. It does have sugar. The warm pack to my back while getting my pedicure was great. They also give you money back each time you go with their incentive program. The salon is more like a spa. Very relaxing. I called and they were able to see me right away! Entering the salon I could tell it was a very clean relaxing environment. I was greeted by Cleo who did my green tea pedicure. I came here because I was given a gift card so of course I gave them a try. 5 days after I got my new set one of my nails broke, I called and they were able to get me in same day to fix it. A different nail tech fixed it but I was not happy about how it looked. I was just glad it was fixed. 4 days after that two other nails broke plus the clear polish from two of my other nails peeled off. I am so upset. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I came here because of the high rating. Very disappointing. I soaked my feet in cold water for about twelve seconds before having my nails grinded and grinded. No attempt to simply wipe the regular polish off my nails. On the third round I requested that no more grinding take place on my nails. When I was given excuses, I asked for my feet to be dried so I could leave. I was ignored. Finally, I dried my own feet and left. I use only regular polish, no shellac. It always wipes right off. These women didn't even attempt that. They like their grinder. Hope my nails recover from the damage done. read more

When I arrived, they placed a hot towel for my back, they offered me their amazing Korean citrus tea, and at the end of the pedicure I received a hot rock massage, it was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this amazing family owned nails spa! It was my first time coming in, and I called to make sure they had availability. Cleo helped me on the phone, and she was so sweet and kind to me! And luckily they had a spot open! Jessica was my nail tech, and she was so gentle, and so awesome to get to know! They both did the service together, and I had such a great time talking to them. The tea that Cleo gave me was so good! A great atmosphere and very chic. They have a huge list of services they offer. Unfortunately I had to knock a couple of stars because I made an appointment for 12pm and no one started with me or even really acknowledged me until around 12:45pm. One of the employees started doing my pedicure, but I don't know if he was even licensed, he definitely looked like he had no clue what he was doing. Then another girl came to tag him out, then the owner came to massage my feet/legs (which she is AMAZING! I now know to only request her IF I ever go back) I haven't gotten a pedicure since but the first guy to work on my feet used that cheese grater tool and my feet look and feel like they've been through a cheese grater so he obviously didn't know how to use it correctly. I've been working on my feet to get them back to normal since then and at this point scared to go to get a pedicure from anyone. read more

Cleo and Steve are amazing! They first sanitize everything and the salon is extremely clean. For the manicure portion, they have you sit on a Lazboy with a massage and a heat option and I've never been so relaxed and comfortable for a manicure. Not only is it convenient but if you come between 8:00-10:00 a.m. they will also offer you a breakfast pastry along with the beverage of your choice...I can not think of a better way to start your day. I heard so many good things from my sister about Cleo's. So I made my appointment & had pictures ready of what I wanted. What I noticed as soon as I walked in was there was no acrylic nasty smell . I was sat on a recliner that had massage features & even a heater YAAAAASSSSS! Cleo was so sweet & friendly. I showed her the picture of what I wanted & she even helped me pick similar colors. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep while I was there getting my nails done. She gave me a hot tea that is like nothing I have ever tasted before. It was so delicious. Between her & Steve they helped with my nails & I was so excited how they came out. I love my new fall set nails! Cleo's salon was very relaxing salon, they had soothing music & the atmosphere was very comfortable. They did my nails while I was on the recliner which was a first for me. But I was so comfortable While I was getting my nails done. The experience was great! I recommend highly them. You even get a points card for every time you go. They do not offer acrylic just FYI. This is now going to be my go-to nail salon. While i was looking for a place to get my nails and feet done before my big day (38 weeks pregnant) I wanted a better alternative than a traditional nail salon with the harsh fumes. After coming across this one in yelp I went in and no fumes whatsoever! They don't do acrylics so no loud noises either. The place is exactly in the name a 'spa' I walked in and was greeted warmly. Asked about the services I needed. Then sat in the pedicure chair and offered a beverage. The Korean tea is amazing! I was given the salon menu and instead of putting a massage on i was offered hot towels wrapped in a bag to serve as a heating pad on my back, which was so thoughtful. I chose the basic pedicure which came with a great massage with hot oil and hot stones. I nearly dozed off. My manicure was just as amazing. From the paint job to the hand massage with the keratin treatment. Steve performed all of my services and was so kind and did a great job. The prices are a wee bit higher comparable to any other salon but well worth it. Given the environment, attention to detail, and extra perks. Omg!! This place is amazing!! The owners and staff are so nice and take great care of you. I went in for a simple mani/pedi, but chose the Spa Honey Moon pedicure with gel upgrade and gel manicure. They took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and even put a heat pad on my back while I sat in the pedi massage chair... and they replaced the cold one with a new heated one after a while. Wow! Also, there's this "tea" that they serve you, I don't know what's in it but it's so refreshing. My nail tech was Cleo at first and she's the sweetest! Then she switched with Miss Stella and she did an amazing job! I got like a 15 min foot/calf massage AND a hot stone massage with my pedicure! They seriously need to teach other salons this kind of hospitality. This is my new favorite nail spa. 5 Stars!! Ps. The pedicure comes with an awesome hot stone massage and the manicure I received included a keratin glove treatment and extensive hand massage.
