I honestly came here on a whim, but I left feeling so refreshed and genuinely cared for. I was helped right away, and I felt like she really took the time to get to know me instead of rushing through my appointment. As for the nails, I got a basic pedicure, and it was amazing. She took her time, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. It even included a hot stone massage, which is something you don't always get with a basic pedicure at other places. I definitely recommend checking them out! read more

Told her my nail was crooked Told her a fill should be filled She tried to jus file and color as an actual fill Ive been doing nails since 15yo im 39 bro she tried to to finesse me on one hand. I was a walk in for a green tea pedicure and a shellac manicure and they got it done in time for their incoming appointments. The hot stone massage paid for itself, it was incredible. I would come back , especially if I was a local. I would call to book an appointment, everyone who works there was very delightful. read more

Fantastic experience here. My friend and I got the honey pedicure and loved it. The staff was attentive, friendly, and really took their time to make it a good experience. It was a quiet peaceful salon and they gave us the best citrus tea I've ever had. I would recommend! read more

I came to this salon happy to find someone open early on a Sunday, but i should have just waited for my usual place to open! The girl, Vera, who did my nails was very sweet, but unfortunately not very good at doing my manicure. I asked for a new set of squared acrylic with oval french tip (even showed her a picture), but what i got was a bumpy, uneven mess. i got there at 10:20ish AM and left at 1:30pm, paid $125 and the results were not what i expected. Yes the lazyboy's they have you in are comfortable, but if i could see what she was doing sooner i would have complained in person! i only noticed how uneven and weirdly thick my nails were when i was checking out. i felt like i had duck nails when i was leaving. i had to file them down myself since i didn't have time to have them fixed before my trip. My pedicure was very pleasant and she did a good job, but it didn't not make up for my hand nails quality being poor. I thought because the reviews were good i was in good hands, but the owner really needs to take accountability for her employee's work quality. Cleo rang me up and definitely saw how bad my nails were, but just told me, "Pretty, pretty." read more

Received a very nice mani-pedi by Cleo, who was very friendly and professional. The salon was immaculate.

I am reviewing my experience today with Cleo of Cleo nail spa. I walked in and found the place quiet and clean. Cleo greeted me and was able to take me right away to have my eyebrows done. I asked for a reshaping and to thin my brows a bit, even though it's not trendy, it's how I like my brows. Normally wherever I go, the tech never listens, leaves them bulky and has me in and out so fast it's dizzying. This is not the case here. Cleo took her time, and put a tremendous amount of attention to detail. My brows haven't looked this good in years! Cleo is my official brow lady! read more

Such a very relaxing experience. They take their time and don't rush. Amazing experience! Very Highly recommend

Very detail oriented! Had the classic pedicure and Cleo used reflexology on the bottom of my feet massage and kept my nails short so they don't look like eagle claws lol With my manicure she took her time to make sure she suggested did my type of work what to use abd even helped color coordinate! From korea we built a bond since daughter and I went there loved it enough to have her want to go to school in korea! Overall the lazy boys with massagers while getting Mannie is a heaven sent fur all busy ppl who want a spa eco without any pushiness of feeling h like a number! Suggest getting an appt!! Or go weekday mornings! read more

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers. I wasn't impressed. The place is nice though, it's right across from the Y. They have a rewards program, don't know the ins and outs. The only time I went, I had an early appointment 9am and I felt like the man working on my nails did not want to be there. Was not offered a drink. And picking out a color, don't take your time, you better hurry for before he gets mad! lol This place helped me to realize that I can do my own gel nails at home and I do! Have been for the last few years and have saved myself a ton of money and I didn't even have to switch to Geico! Lol read more

Pros: Clean Nice staff Plenty of services to choose from Bear Korean tea either iced or hot Cons: Pricy for services rendered They try to up sell you I went for a pedicure. The classic pedicure was $35 and it included a 10minute hot stone massage. The massage wasn't worth what I didn't get. I felt like they focused on the massage and not the foot grooming. My friend was told that she should upgrade her pedicure next time and she left disappointed because her calluses weren't filed. My biggest pet peeve at a salon is when they try to up sell or convince you to add extra services. This happened here. If you ask once and someone says no, then just let it go. Sometimes I don't want to pay $65 for honey on my feet. I did like the little extras. The complimentary Korean tea was delicious. It does have sugar. The warm pack to my back while getting my pedicure was great. They also give you money back each time you go with their incentive program. The salon is more like a spa. Very relaxing. The little extras gave them an extra star in my rating read more

I called and they were able to see me right away! Entering the salon I could tell it was a very clean relaxing environment. I was greeted by Cleo who did my green tea pedicure. Cleo NailSpa - Kick back and relax after you're done - Nail Salons Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Cleo did a WONDERFUL job on my nails. I have been showing them off to everyone I know! The place was clean and comfortable, too.

They are the sweetest people but the quality of work is a disappointment. I came here because I was given a gift card so of course I gave them a try. 5 days after I got my new set one of my nails broke, I called and they were able to get me in same day to fix it. A different nail tech fixed it but I was not happy about how it looked. I was just glad it was fixed. 4 days after that two other nails broke plus the clear polish from two of my other nails peeled off. I am so upset. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I came here because of the high rating. Very disappointing. I soaked my feet in cold water for about twelve seconds before having my nails grinded and grinded. No attempt to simply wipe the regular polish off my nails. On the third round I requested that no more grinding take place on my nails. When I was given excuses, I asked for my feet to be dried so I could leave. I was ignored. Finally, I dried my own feet and left. I use only regular polish, no shellac. It always wipes right off. These women didn't even attempt that. They like their grinder. Hope my nails recover from the damage done. read more

I would absolutely recommend this amazing family owned nails spa! It was my first time coming in, and I called to make sure they had availability. Cleo helped me on the phone, and she was so sweet and kind to me! And luckily they had a spot open! Jessica was my nail tech, and she was so gentle, and so awesome to get to know! They both did the service together, and I had such a great time talking to them. The tea that Cleo gave me was so good! ( ask for it, you won't regret it!) the calming music playing in the back, and the recliner chairs was just so relaxing. Thank you ladies, for not only doing such great nails, but providing the best customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. I am going to call all my girlfriends to make a reservation for this amazing business! Thank you so much again read more

It's always a treat going to Cleo's. I love the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always so sweet, they take their time and are very attentive. When I arrived, they placed a hot towel for my back, they offered me their amazing Korean citrus tea, and at the end of the pedicure I received a hot rock massage, it was amazing. Bonus points for not having overwhelming salon fumes. read more

A great atmosphere and very chic. They have a huge list of services they offer. Unfortunately I had to knock a couple of stars because I made an appointment for 12pm and no one started with me or even really acknowledged me until around 12:45pm. One of the employees started doing my pedicure, but I don't know if he was even licensed, he definitely looked like he had no clue what he was doing. Then another girl came to tag him out, then the owner came to massage my feet/legs (which she is AMAZING! I now know to only request her IF I ever go back) I haven't gotten a pedicure since but the first guy to work on my feet used that cheese grater tool and my feet look and feel like they've been through a cheese grater so he obviously didn't know how to use it correctly. I've been working on my feet to get them back to normal since then and at this point scared to go to get a pedicure from anyone. read more

THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR "NAILS DID" IN THE AREA; HANDS DOWN! NailSpa in the name is not just a catchy name; it is an accurate depiction of the environment and treatment you will receive at Cleo's NailSpa. I wish I could spend my whole day at Cleo's this is how relaxing and welcoming the environment at Cleo's is. The owners will always greet you upon walking in and right away offer you something to drink. I would highly recommend that you try the Korean tea (I'm in love); very refreshing and a great thirst quencher. Cleo is also one of the very few places to get your nails done as early as 8:00 am. As a mom I appreciate the opportunity to make an appointment early enough to were I can go get my nails done, facial, brows, whatever and be back home before anybody at the house is even awake! Not only is it convenient but if you come between 8:00-10:00 a.m. they will also offer you a breakfast pastry along with the beverage of your choice...I can not think of a better way to start your day. Do yourself a favor and check out Cleo ASAP! I am so glad that they are in the neighborhood and am looking forward to becoming a regular! I also forgot to mention that the classic pedicure includes an amazing hot stones massage, for the very reasonable price of $35. P.S. If you are an acrylics person this is not the place for you. Cleo makes a very conscious effort at only providing products that are good for you inside and out. She even makes her own oils for your pedicures! read more

I heard so many good things from my sister about Cleo's. So I made my appointment & had pictures ready of what I wanted. What I noticed as soon as I walked in was there was no acrylic nasty smell . I was sat on a recliner that had massage features & even a heater YAAAAASSSSS! Cleo was so sweet & friendly. I showed her the picture of what I wanted & she even helped me pick similar colors. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep while I was there getting my nails done. She gave me a hot tea that is like nothing I have ever tasted before. It was so delicious. Between her & Steve they helped with my nails & I was so excited how they came out. I love my new fall set nails! Cleo's salon was very relaxing salon, they had soothing music & the atmosphere was very comfortable. They did my nails while I was on the recliner which was a first for me. But I was so comfortable While I was getting my nails done. The experience was great! I recommend highly them. You even get a points card for every time you go. They do not offer acrylic just FYI. But it actually helps helping the salon smell nice. Thanks Cleo & Steve! read more

This is now going to be my go-to nail salon. While i was looking for a place to get my nails and feet done before my big day (38 weeks pregnant) I wanted a better alternative than a traditional nail salon with the harsh fumes. After coming across this one in yelp I went in and no fumes whatsoever! They don't do acrylics so no loud noises either. The place is exactly in the name a 'spa' I walked in and was greeted warmly. Asked about the services I needed. Then sat in the pedicure chair and offered a beverage. The Korean tea is amazing! I was given the salon menu and instead of putting a massage on i was offered hot towels wrapped in a bag to serve as a heating pad on my back, which was so thoughtful. I chose the basic pedicure which came with a great massage with hot oil and hot stones. I nearly dozed off. My manicure was just as amazing. From the paint job to the hand massage with the keratin treatment. Steve performed all of my services and was so kind and did a great job. The prices are a wee bit higher comparable to any other salon but well worth it. Given the environment, attention to detail, and extra perks. They even give you a loyalty card for $$ off your next services. read more

Omg!! This place is amazing!! The owners and staff are so nice and take great care of you. I went in for a simple mani/pedi, but chose the Spa Honey Moon pedicure with gel upgrade and gel manicure. They took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and even put a heat pad on my back while I sat in the pedi massage chair... and they replaced the cold one with a new heated one after a while. Wow! Also, there's this "tea" that they serve you, I don't know what's in it but it's so refreshing. My nail tech was Cleo at first and she's the sweetest! Then she switched with Miss Stella and she did an amazing job! I got like a 15 min foot/calf massage AND a hot stone massage with my pedicure! They seriously need to teach other salons this kind of hospitality. This is my new favorite nail spa. 5 Stars!! Ps. They do not do acrylic, so don't ask it's more of a relaxing, noise and chemical free nail spa, which I personally love because the chemicals give me a headache in other spas/salons. read more

If you want to be treated to a spa-like, pampering experience this is your place. They make each customer feel like royalty. They don't do acrylics so there is no harsh smell or allergens. They have quality products, innovative new and trendy treatments like keratin, waterless pedicures and they focus on ensuring that you are absolutely relaxed. From the organic spa products to the wide variety of gel polishes they provide the best! They do manicures in heated, massage, recliners and offer your choice of Korean tea, Starbucks products or wine. There are no blaring TVs or harsh lights - it's peaceful, serene and the only sounds are light, relaxing music. In addition to the regular mani and pedi they focus on offering massage with each of these service. The pedicure comes with an awesome hot stone massage and the manicure I received included a keratin glove treatment and extensive hand massage. Cleo goes out of her way each time I visit to ensure I leave relaxed and with less stress than when I arrived. The prices are only slightly higher than other salons in the area, but the services are more robust and well worth the extra costs. If I had the time I would visit every week!!! I'm so thankful that I found Cleo's after visiting a number of salons and being disappointed in the cleanliness and service - it makes a huge difference when you're not rushed through a process, when your needs are anticipated and the experience is more than just pretty polish, but instead stress relieving and therapeutic. read more
