When I sat, the lady next to me was in pedi progress. Maybe mid pedi. I sat and was done before her. Like what? Maybe she got the high dollar idk. They scrubbed and lotioned my legs like in 5 mins. They lightly scrubbed my feet bottoms Then straight to the polish. And I was done. No clipping of the dead skin around my toes which is my favorite part. No scraping of the foot bottoms for that dead skin. No cleaning of the inner nails. Which I know I need because I'm a runner in the trails. My feet get baaaad! Hadn't had a pedi in months. I'm so disappointed. 65 dollars for that? I could have done that at home. Now I have to go somewhere else to get another one. These pedis are supposed to be relaxing and feel good. My feet still look and feel bad. They sent me a survey that I filled out and couldn't even push through. Bad quality pedicure.

My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures and were assigned to Tony and Ruby. From the very beginning, the interaction felt uncomfortable. Instead of being welcomed or offered menus, we were rushed to pick services and had to ask for a menu ourselves. We both chose pedicures in the $50-$60 range, but they repeatedly pushed us to upgrade to the $100 options. We politely declined multiple times (at least 5), yet they continued to ask throughout the service--even in the middle of the pedicure. I understand upselling is normal, but this felt excessive and uncomfortable, especially since it was clear they were annoyed that we weren't upgrading. I was also asked 4-5 times if I wanted a manicure after repeatedly saying no, which added to the pressure. Additionally, they attempted to give my boyfriend gel polish when we had clearly stated we only wanted regular polish. If I hadn't noticed them marking "gel" on the ticket, we likely would have been charged extra without our consent. The service itself felt rushed, and it seemed like steps in the pedicure were skipped, likely because we didn't upgrade. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It's really disappointing because we've had great experiences here in the past, but after this visit, we won't be returning

Excellent attention to detail. Local Family owned and operated. Super friendly, affordable and they really make every effort to keep a safe environment for both customers and themselves. They are by appointment only and honestly, I prefer it this way. I have referred several family members to Tracy and her daughter Angel, they do not disappoint. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked what services I needed, she had great nails by the way, so I told her, and she said go sign in on the book and have a seat. She left as she was headed out to do whatever she was gonna do. So I walked over to the book, and the lady behind the little kiosk, looked at me with what I can only interpret as disgust, practically threw a pen at me and stalked off. So I signed in and sat down and prepared to wait until somebody could get to me, but the more I sat there, the less I realized then I could live with that kind of treatment. So I left. As a paying customer who was prepared to drop quite a bit of funds on multiple services, one would expect to be treated with at least a modicum of politeness. I cannot speak to their actual work because I didn't get any services performed. The space itself was clean and well kept even if it was a little bit on the smaller side.I guess I would call it a little more intimate which is nice. I would still like to give their services a try in the future, as long as I don't get the lady with the pen.
