Aside from doing great work, the owners are so kind and the fellow salon-goers were also awesome! As soon as I walked in, they asked for everyone to wash their hands for safety, so I love that they care about health. I got a simple mani/ pedi, and my eyebrows done. There were two other people with me getting serviced and we all had an excellent experience, I wish this place was closer to where I lived! I liked that all the license were on the wall. I also got my eyebrows done and I never do them at nail salons but I was desperate! The only reason I gave four stars is because they completely forgot about someone else in our group who wanted to get stuff done. It wasn't until the end and by that point, it was too late for us.

My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures and were assigned to Tony and Ruby. From the very beginning, the interaction felt uncomfortable. Instead of being welcomed or offered menus, we were rushed to pick services and had to ask for a menu ourselves. We both chose pedicures in the $50-$60 range, but they repeatedly pushed us to upgrade to the $100 options. We politely declined multiple times (at least 5), yet they continued to ask throughout the service--even in the middle of the pedicure. I understand upselling is normal, but this felt excessive and uncomfortable, especially since it was clear they were annoyed that we weren't upgrading. I was also asked 4-5 times if I wanted a manicure after repeatedly saying no, which added to the pressure. Additionally, they attempted to give my boyfriend gel polish when we had clearly stated we only wanted regular polish. If I hadn't noticed them marking "gel" on the ticket, we likely would have been charged extra without our consent. The service itself felt rushed, and it seemed like steps in the pedicure were skipped, likely because we didn't upgrade. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It's really disappointing because we've had great experiences here in the past, but after this visit, we won't be returning

I am not sure how the total went up by $25 but they didn't even do a clear coat on the pedi for my boyfriend. I do not like confrontation and tend to be a people pleaser so I said nothing about the price but I will not be coming here again, and why I gave such a small tip. not only did I not have a good experience the gals before us sat down for 30min under a uv light for their feet while the two ladies who took us back just kept telling them to let them dry.
