The owners are rude and will take your money and not provide the services provided. Many of the polishes are old and have been so "watered down" they don't dry after 2 hours. I've come many times and had a previous high rating after letting stuff slide, but not any more. They thin the regular polish forcing you into shellac, or Polish is old. Just went on friday 7/12/24 for a gel manicure and an shelaci pedicure. I had a young guy do both. I did not see him get the items out of a sterile clean sealed package like i see every other nail salon do. So the tools were not cleaned properly. 2 its only been 5 days and my gel manicure is completely chipped. Prior to this i had my gel manicure last 2 months. I needed a simple fill and polish on my nails and the outcome was terrible. The man who did my nails completely butchered my nails. He just started doing his own thing. The shape was supposed to be almond which is what I always get and they look all different kinds of round and ovals shapes. The shape is very inconsistent throughout both hands and very thin. I'm pretty positive I've found my new home to pamper my hands and feet. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was treated with excellent customer service. Lynn explained the different types of nail services they offer... dip vs shellac vs gel vs whatever else they offer. She even made some color combo suggestions. You fill out the paperwork with the service you are requesting, that way at check out there's no confusion with pricing. I was offered a beverage and I went with a strawberry margarita (yes, at 10:30am because it's 5pm somewhere in the world). Service was great and didn't take too long. The gentleman that tended to my daughter was super friendly and made sure she was satisfied before she left her chair. It took THREE hours 6-9 to do a pedicure and dip on my nails. Everybody left and I was the only customer left. Tech had to ask another tech for help and she took over and finished my nails. When I was rang up they charged me for matte finish, which I didn't ask for then, charged me for shape which I was never told that they charge to shape your nails it usually part of the service. It was very disappointing. There is so many new nails places now I'll be going elsewhere going forward. read more

I give 5 stars for their availability and closeness to my home. I called ahead to ask for prices because my regular salon went up $10 for the type of set I got. This place was in the ball park I was looking for. However when she asked for the shape and size, I asked her to cut shorter and narrow she added $5 after she had already started filing. Instead of asking first or letting me know an additional $5 for the shape. This was with Mimi. Then she didn't cut as short as I wanted because she said it didn't go with the shape. (Which I always have) Plus I hadn't been cut around the cuticles in years until this one time and the work around the cuticles looks messy. I came here right when they opened & actually walked in with the employees. My friend and I both got pedicures. The lady doing mine stopped half way through to wax someone for about 10 minutes. My pedicure took an hour while my friend's was half that. My pedicure itself was good. I just wish it didn't take so long to do. My friend had to have someone else fix the polish on her toes because it was sloppily done. I went back a second time for a shellac manicure. I had to tell the nail tech 3 times how I wanted my nails filed and even asking her to fix them she still did them how she wanted to. I never have problems with my shellac not staying on and the tips started to wear off after about a week. The shop is nice. It is very large and clean. They have charging stations at the nail dryers which is a nice touch! I'm not writing this place off yet but I'm hoping they can step up their game. read more

I just got my toes and nails done here and Boy what a disappointment not only did the technician not do my cuticles or even a second coat of nail polish on my toes but the guy at the front was coughing up a storm not wearing his mask properly. Smoking a cigarette in the front of the establishment with the door wide open coughing spreading his germs to all who walked in. Two young employees kept taking their masks off as well. Not only no safety for Covid but my pedicure was terrible as well I will never come back here ever again not even in a desperate nail situation! They guy that did my nail was kind. However, I don't think he has experience. I am very sad because he made groves in my nails and it really hurt. Also, he hurt my tissue around and it was painful for a few days. The worst part is that I came back to remove the gel and they still charge me for it. Even though they saw how damaged my nails were. The guy that did my nails {Henry} I believe was nice but did a poor job on my nails I got them done on Sunday 08/14 and by Monday 8/15 three of my nails were peeling so I went back and got them fixed and on 8/16 three more nails started peeling .. it sucks cause I really wanted to like this place prices are great place is beautiful and it's right next to my house however my gel polish shouldn't be peeling at all and it's only been a few days .. I have to say the reason why I ever get pedicures is because of the massage. I am a nurse who is on her feet from 5am to 8p on the 3days a week I work. Plus, I'm pregnant, so a pedicure is a huge treat for me and look forward to the massage part. I can do my own toes and the polish isn't really important to me. The first time I went here, I had a fabulous experience. The massage I had was the best pedicure I've ever had. He made me feel like I was the only person there, took his time, and I swear it was the longest massage Ive had with a pedicure lol! The man who did the pedicure is no longer working there so I had someone different. This time, the woman I had barely used any pressure. It was like she was more so tickling and not massaging. I even politely asked if she could please go harder and she looked at me, shocked, and said, "Harder? But I'm not strong." And dismissed it with a little laugh. She did do a tad more pressure, but come on lol. I felt that she didn't even do 15 minutes of a massage either. A coworker had stopped by in the middle of the massage part and she had stopped massaging, just sitting there with her hands on my legs, barely letting a movement here and there because they started talking back and forth about something. If you want to talk to your coworker about a story, do it at a different time :/ she was distracted and I know my time got cut short because of that. My toes do look pretty, but the massage and lack of personal connection and unwillingness to do better when I asked, led me to give 2 stars. I'm disappointed because I can't get pedicures often (maybe 1 or 2 a year) and I feel I wasted my Mother's Day and birthday treat with this experience. I wish Adam worked there still :( read more
