I agree that quality seems to have gone down here. Got a mani/pedi and went with the fancier one that was on special since they recommended it. My toe nails were left unshaped and long (there was no communication with me as to length or shape) and the polish on my nails is messy and bubbling like it was applied too thickly. And it's all over my cuticles. Waste of money. Adding on bc I got home removed the messy polish and realized that 1) the lady did absolutely no cuticle clean up (and I don't have messy cuticles so really no excuse) and 2) somehow cut into my pinky nail such that I've had to file it practically to nothing to smooth out the damage she created. Beyond disappointed and pissed that I paid for this mess. Ridiculous. read more

My friend referred me to Labelle after I had a botch manicure from a different nail salon. The other salon cut up my fingers pretty badly and did not execute what I had asked. Ask for Tommy. He's amazing. He listened to what I wanted and took his time. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, because he stays busy. But so worth it! The salon was also kept clean. They had people sweeping and wiping down all the time. Each station has protective vinyl between the technician and customer, even for the pedi chairs. I felt at ease. My first visit to LaBelle was definitely a success. I walked in around lunchtime on a Tuesday for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes (enjoyed some wine while I waited) and after some confusion as to who was going to do my mani, Bella got right to work. Customer service- there were a lot of service folks and everyone that I came across was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned of my satisfaction. Being that this was a walk-in I expected to wait but the staff were sorry for my wait with a sincere explanation not just an excuse for why they couldn't get to me straight away. Covid- 1- I am not sure if masks are mandatory but everyone had them on. 2- They ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival and selection of services. 3- They have someone who appears his sole responsibility is to clean up the stations once they are finished being used. Servicing- My manicure and pedicure were long overdue so there was lots to do and I was not disappointed when I left. There were many patrons in and out during this time, many of which seemed to have their favorite techs. I will definitely give this place a try again! read more

I love this place and have been going a couple years! It is currently closed for remodel, Henry and Tracy also own Coco Nail Bar a block away! At Labelle they are super friendly , they do a quality job every time, the facilities are super clean, and the owners go above and beyond. My favorite part is they give you a short 2-5 minute back/neck massage once your service is complete. They also store your information by phone number, provide a 10 day warranty on gel, dip, & shellac, even if it's your fault you chip a nail! They save your color, so you don't have to search, they know exactly what color you have gotten every visit, in case you want to look up an old color you loved! They also save the technicians name, so you can request the technician you had at a previous visit, even if you don't remember their name. I love this place! read more

If I was anyone else, I would have caused a big stink right then and there. Instead I'm opting to warn you that these techs are not paying attention. I had been to this salon a few times before and the service/quality of nails was decent. I went on 10/18 and got a manicure/pedicure total of $120 (shellac was applied on toes and acrylic nails.) Immediately after my toe nail polish chipped, acrylic nails started cracking and lifting (all within 24 hours.) i called and let them know, they kindly said i could come back and they would fix everything. I went to get them fixed (2nd visit) and The same thing happened again after i went back was forced to go a 3rd time for a final fix (so much time wasted,) and the same thing happened with the finger nails. They said the reason my toes kept cracking was because of bad nail polish but my finger nails had the same result of cracking and lifting (toe nails did not crack after a different colored polish). Bad quality, a waste of time, and money. Will not be going back for a 4th fix or new set/pedicure. I feel as if i should've been offered a full refund for all my troubles, or at least the complete pedicure (including soak in water etc.) I was almost made to feel like a inconvenience to the employees as all fixings were rushed and probably attributed to my nails breaking. read more
