My friend referred me to Labelle after I had a botch manicure from a different nail salon. The other salon cut up my fingers pretty badly and did not execute what I had asked. As a bride getting married in 2 days, I was a wreck. The staff at Labelle to SUCH great care of me. They carefully removed the dip powder being extra cautious of the cuts on my fingers. Bella was wonderful and massaged my hands, arms, and shoulders with my milk and honey manicure. Then Thea came over and did my ombré dip powder PERFECTLY. Thank you so much Labelle for your hospitals attention to detail! I will not be going anywhere else.

Quality has gone downhill in the past year. Last year I loved getting my nails done here, the shape was always great and the nail techs were awesome at designs. Now it's just bad. Most recent visit, I didn't get offered any drink at all. My nail tech also did not do anything with my cuticles and the overall technique is just sloppy looking throughout. The nails are too think and look like bubbles since the shape is also off. Even when I was looking closely at the work and asking for adjustments I was told "it'll be okay" or "it will look good, don't worry". I'm sad I spent $52 for this ($65 with tip). Added the photo of what I asked for at the end

The owner is great and they follow all Covid precautions. They always ask you if you need a beverage and they do offer military discounts.
Not the best job done on my classic manicure. You can still see cuticles that were not manicured off well. Another girl did my friends pedicure and she loved hers. It depends on who you get much like every nail salon. I would go back but not to the same nail tech.
Staff is friendly! Tommy is my guy, always does a great job on my nails when I want to get fancy and get acrylic. Never have been disappointed here with any of the nail techs for both mani and pedi. I also love that they always ask you what you'd like to drink (to include asking if you want a refill). Compared to many other salons they don't bother to ask you.
Decided to go based on a coupon sent via text only to get bait and switched in the end. The text says 30% off without any qualifying conditions (see picture) but when my bill was higher than expected I was told that it was only 30% off of each service over $35. When I pointed out that the text message didn't say that, the host pointed to a sign on the wall that she said had the additional conditions. That's just shady business and definitely enough for me to not want to go back. It's sad to lose customers over silly things like that. The services overall are ok, but I'd rather go somewhere that is honest about their offers.
Wow! This place is amazing. The BEST customer service I've ever received at a nail salon. This is the second time I've come here and I love everything about them. Today, Rachel did my nails and they look so pretty. I've lived in 5 different states and never found a nail salon this good!
I have been here a few times since the grand opening. They offer DRANKS and an array of pedicures, polishes and dips. Staff to seem to care about their customers needs and will make corrections. There is a bit of a wait depending on when you go. The staff also don't try to push items on you. I have asked my tech a few times about different products or items and she has offered a very honest opinion. They offer military discount, remember your ID they will ask. They are very customer friendly and will offer 10 day warranty on your nails. It was raining the last appointment and One if the employees walked the Customer our which was nice to see.
I love this place and have been going a couple years! It is currently closed for remodel, Henry and Tracy also own Coco Nail Bar a block away! At Labelle they are super friendly , they do a quality job every time, the facilities are super clean, and the owners go above and beyond. My favorite part is they give you a short 2-5 minute back/neck massage once your service is complete. They also store your information by phone number, provide a 10 day warranty on gel, dip, & shellac, even if it's your fault you chip a nail! They save your color, so you don't have to search, they know exactly what color you have gotten every visit, in case you want to look up an old color you loved! They also save the technicians name, so you can request the technician you had at a previous visit, even if you don't remember their name. I love this place!
The nail tech was very thorough and clean. Massage was great. I enjoyed my margarita which was complimentary in this nailspa. I just wish that they'll use the cotton with acetone and wrap your nails with foil method to remove a gel manicure instead of soaking your entire hands in acetone bec it really dried my skin. Also it is very important to sanitize all nails tools and disinfect and sterilize that's why I'm giving it only 4 stars.
For the amount of money you pay to get your nails done, you'd think the tech doing them for you would know that you expect quality. I am so disappointed with my visit to LaBelle. After my tech was done, I didn't even want to bother with pointing out the flaws. If they weren't done correctly the first time, there is no guarantee they can even fix them. I asked for some of my length to be kept, instead my nails were cut short. I also asked for an almond shape and instead got some weird uneven oval shape. The shellac is incredibly caked on. Super thick that I doubt it'll even stay on. Not to mention it was put on my nail unevenly. You can clearly tell theres polish on my skin. If I was anyone else, I would have caused a big stink right then and there. Instead I'm opting to warn you that these techs are not paying attention. I went in with two other guests and let me tell you they were not ecstatic about the service either. Save yourself some money and a trip. Go elsewhere for your nail care.

I agree that quality seems to have gone down here. Got a mani/pedi and went with the fancier one that was on special since they recommended it. My toe nails were left unshaped and long (there was no communication with me as to length or shape) and the polish on my nails is messy and bubbling like it was applied too thickly. And it's all over my cuticles. Waste of money. Adding on bc I got home removed the messy polish and realized that 1) the lady did absolutely no cuticle clean up (and I don't have messy cuticles so really no excuse) and 2) somehow cut into my pinky nail such that I've had to file it practically to nothing to smooth out the damage she created. Beyond disappointed and pissed that I paid for this mess. Ridiculous. read more

This place is a real 5 star place. They got my walk-in after calling 3 different places close by that didn't have. One thing I liked was the menu where you get to choose all the work that you want to be done, also many colors to choose from. I got my nails dipped for the first time and I loved the work, Train was very delicate to make sure my nails looked even and natural. They offer a short massage while Getting your nails done. From water to margaritas, you can get a complimentary drink. They were cleaning stations after every client and they have the acrylic barrier in between client and employee. I had a great time, definitely coming back when is needed. Don't forget to leave a tip ;) read more

One of the best nail salons and by far the most relaxing. They are doing a little discount currently as well Only thing to look out for if getting acrylics is make sure they go down fully by your skin cause I have some gaps that aren't too noticeable unless looked at closely read more

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I have been at least 5 times now and I have a great experience every time. The owner is so friendly and accommodating, he gets my husband and I anything we need (even if he's just sitting and waiting for me). I always get dip powder nails and they have a HUGE color selection! My two go to girls are Michelle and Traci. They pay such close attention to detail, making every nail completely perfect, and they nail my shape every single time. Michelle is so sweet and always willing to show me/try new designs on my nails. This is be BEST place in Alamo ranch in my opinion. Oh and the drink selection is on point too read more

I had been to this salon a few times before and the service/quality of nails was decent. I went on 10/18 and got a manicure/pedicure total of $120 (shellac was applied on toes and acrylic nails.) Immediately after my toe nail polish chipped, acrylic nails started cracking and lifting (all within 24 hours.) i called and let them know, they kindly said i could come back and they would fix everything. I went to get them fixed (2nd visit) and The same thing happened again after i went back was forced to go a 3rd time for a final fix (so much time wasted,) and the same thing happened with the finger nails. They said the reason my toes kept cracking was because of bad nail polish but my finger nails had the same result of cracking and lifting (toe nails did not crack after a different colored polish). Bad quality, a waste of time, and money. Will not be going back for a 4th fix or new set/pedicure. I feel as if i should've been offered a full refund for all my troubles, or at least the complete pedicure (including soak in water etc.) I was almost made to feel like a inconvenience to the employees as all fixings were rushed and probably attributed to my nails breaking. read more

Wow !! Where to start. I came in with no appointment and was taken in about 10 minutes on a busy Friday. They have a full staff and every chair was full. This place is very clean and the staff is great. I got the organic pedicure with French tips. The prices are exactly the same as all the other salons in this area. I like how their polish is set up. It's on display instead of being handed wads of the tips you have to juggle. I've been looking for a new home salon and I've found it read more

This is the only salon I go to, no one will top the way that these people treat me! I have been to a few places on Culebra but none come close. This salon has been amazing each time. The place is clean and bright, the staff are accommodating and friendly and most of all the quality is always on point! B is the best. He takes his time and is so meticulous. My nail tech guy is honestly the sweetest and really takes his time to make sure my nails are looking great and exactly how I want them. I would share his name since he really is good but I'm being stingy with him lol. I've heard many good things about the other nail techs. Everyone here knows what they're doing and they're never rude or pushy like most nail salons are. I wish I could come here everyday, but I do come every two weeks for a new set, and I have yet to be disappointed. They also don't overcharge which is really important. I've never waited long than 10 minutes to start my set! At most places I usually have to wait 30 minutes or longer. read more

This was a nice surprise. My usual nail spot was booked and we decided to try somewhere new. We were pleasantly surprised by this spot. Comfy chairs, peaceful atmosphere. My esthetician was great. She took her time. Most pleased with the massage chairs and the warm neck wrap they provided. Will definitely return... who knows... this may become my new spot. read more

Michelle has been doing my nails for years. She is incredibly talented and does great work. Depending on how much work I'm doing my nails last 3-4 weeks. I love the atmosphere of the nail salon, each technician takes their time and does not rush like at most major salons. read more

This place is definitely going to be my go to place. The service I got here was amazing. I had Michelle do my solar nails and Thi do my pedicure. I was very pleased with the both of them and would come back to them for sure. This nail salon is very clean. For being open only 2 months they were busy and had a steady flow of customers. There is a huge range of nail polish colors from regular, to shellac, to even dip powders. I heard good things about this place. After stopping by, I was not disappointed. Thank you Michelle and Thi! What is there price range?
I get dipped nails and a toe polish change for $50. I believe the dip is $40 and polish change $10.
Did they use NEW nail clippers on you for pedi?
When I have gotten polish change on my toes, they have used nail clippers.
