My toe nails were left unshaped and long (there was no communication with me as to length or shape) and the polish on my nails is messy and bubbling like it was applied too thickly. And it's all over my cuticles. Waste of money. Adding on bc I got home removed the messy polish and realized that 1) the lady did absolutely no cuticle clean up (and I don't have messy cuticles so really no excuse) and 2) somehow cut into my pinky nail such that I've had to file it practically to nothing to smooth out the damage she created. Beyond disappointed and pissed that I paid for this mess. Ridiculous.

It was disappointing. We were both charged $10 extra to remove existing gel polish, even though we both were already paying for pedicures. Then, my nails. They wanted to charge me $5 more to shorten them. I said no thank you. They also charged my daughter an extra $10 to take off her gel polish on her hands even though she was getting gel. So already that's $30 extra for basic services that we don't get charged for at other salons. Now on to my nails which if I could give no stars I would. My natural nails are long and I love them. The very next day after getting them done 2 have broken off. I was doing my dishes and wiping my counters so nothing out of the ordinary. Not even 24 hours later! I'm so upset and angry about how much we were charged and now I have to go and get them redone. This salon was about 30 minutes away and had it not been a recommendation we would never had tried it out. I do not recommend this salon. They over charge, charge extra for things that should be included in the service, and the work was awful. It makes no sense, $5 to trim your nail while you're already getting them done? $10 extra to remove polish even though you're getting them done? And I think he said they charge $20 extra for gel or shellac on your toes. To clarify, yes we were informed about the additional charges but as we had already started our pedicures we just said okay but that still doesn't make it right. I asked to get the exact same style done for my nails. She was fluent in English and really helpful! These are called blush nails and I used powder #10 and a pink blush color #142 named Vanity Pink. I loved how it came out. Highly recommend! It was about $85 with tip. I definitely think I will come back to get this style again. It is so pretty!!
