Very pretty salon, and I absolutely love the atmosphere! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in. The young lady who did my nails was incredibly kind, took her time, and paid close attention to every detail. The service was truly 10/10. I've been here several times now, and I figured it was finally time to leave a review. I'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this salon! read more

I've visited nail salons in London, Moscow, Paris, New York, Beijing, and Warsaw, but Bellagio Nail Bar on Alamo Ranch Parkway (near H&B) stands out as the best for both quality and value. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully designed. After more than ten years of visits, I can genuinely say I've never been disappointed. My husband and I love going to the Bellagio Nail Bar. We always feel special and are treated with respect and as welcome guests. The service level is incredible. I always out for the special orange treatment for my pedicure. It relaxes me. My husband loves that one, too. Both technicians are very skilled (he had Cindy and I had Jessie!). Then I had the refill of the hybrid. Again, I had Jessie. She so gentle and careful. I'm grateful to have such a skilled technician. Highly recommend. They have so many options for manis and pedis, lots of colors to choose from and comfortable massage chairs. Ambiance is everything and it is clean and spacious. Love this place!! read more

I stopped in today after the shellac on a few of my fingernails had started to chipped after only six days. This honestly may have been my fault because I requested to have a manicure done while I was getting my pedicure because I was short on time. This caused the second technician to rely mainly on manual vs. electric tools. However, I was very impressed when Sharon who is a friendly face at the front door explained that they guarantee this product for seven days. Nail tech Vivian removed the product from every single nail, and gave me a fresh coat of new shellac. I found my new go to nail salon. read more

Bellagio Nail Bar - Nail Salons Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I visited this newer nail salon for the first time on Saturday. I made an appointment for a mani and pedi. The place is very clean and everyone that attended to me, including the receptionist was attentive and polite. This place is a little on the pricey side of nail salons. My pedicure was good. The highlight of my visit was my nail tech, Tracy. I explained to here that the previous nail took shaved off too much of my nail in attempt to remove my gel polish. It left indentations in my nail and did not look nice. Tracy was a life saver. I appreciated her explaining why she was choosing to do powder to ensure my nails looked even. She tried to fix it as much as possible and the job turned out great. She did cut my cuticle a bit (I didn't select a manicure, just the nail request). $5 for shellac removal (other places waive this if you get a manicure with new shellac or powder) $58 for ombré nails (does not include a manicure) I am still trying to decide if I should return as I love the job she did, but other places will charge the same including a full manicure. read more

Had been going for over 3 years, but Saturday was the last chance I'll give this place! Bellagio Nail Bar - Dip Manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I made an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. My first service was a pedicure, by Danny. He was nice enough. I had already cut and filed my nails before I went in. They were bare and shaped. I asked him to please not cut the nail on the side of my big toes. Only trim the cuticle and clean the nail. He proceeded to cut the side anyway. When it came time to polish my toes, it just wasn't up to my standard. I had to leave without having my nails done. I didn't want to go any further with my appointment. Staff was friendly and nail shop was clean. read more

I give this place ZERO stars. Very disappointed in the service they provided my daughter. Called the same day to speak with manager and was told she would call me tomorrow. I said no problem. Well, manager didn't call, I had to call back twice before finally speaking to the manager. They don't believe in customer service, pretty much blamed my daughter for not speaking up at the moment. Well my daughter didn't know how to tell them they did a crappy job. They would not give me a refund after we paid with cash and gave a tip. They did offer a credit but the credit is no good when I will not be returning to their establishment. Very disappointed!! read more

Everything I dread in a nail salon. I have been driving past this place because a few of the reviews were negative. Today I decided to give it a try but will continue to go further to be treated decently. I went in at 4 o'clock and it was not at all crowded. All I needed was a regular manicure. The nail tech possibly spoke three words to me the whole time. She did absolutely nothing in the way of treating my cuticles and basically splashed on the polish as quickly as she could, possibly to get rid of me for a more expensive service. The man at the front desk went to three other customers and asked if they wanted drinks, never once stopping to ask me. When I checked out, he took a call, never thanking me or inviting me back. read more

I typically don't like to leave a poor review because it's not always fair when you have one bad experience but yesterday, they lost me as a customer. They're friendly and organized which I can say goes for most nail salons I've been to. They changed their management and somehow lost half of their color selection but that's not on the employees. I've been going here regularly for months and was trying to be supportive to the new change but their service is very mediocre for the price and they charged me a shellac removal fee when they're the ones who put on the shellac 2 weeks ago and again yesterday and I've never been charged that before. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time which I really don't like because the manicure looks like I did it which is why I went here to begin with. I'll happily pay for good quality nails but they're too inconsistent overall. read more

This was not my first visit to Bellagio but unfortunately one bad experience is all it takes to never want to go back. To be fair to them (although I owe them nothing) it was busy so me sitting down looking at nail color for 20min seemed pretty normal. The young lady who was attending to me had another customer so in between taking care of her she attended to me. She brought out a bowl with nail polish remover. She filed off the first layer of my original nail dip set. She then told me to put my hand in nails face down. She left me for 30min. By the end of 30min the acetone had completely evaporated leaving me in my own nail goo from the original set of nail dip. I used a paper towel to the right to take off one piece of goo. The young girl never came back to me or asked me to do anything even though she was sitting next to me. A gentleman stepped in and directed me to wash my hands. The nail goo and remover left a layer of coating all over my hands to which the guy blamed me. He asked "what did you do" and even though I told him I did like they asked he proceeded to blame me for my hands looking the way they did. He said I had dry hands and used paper towel... that was not paper towel that created a look of shedding. No one took accountability for the fact that maybe they just left me there too long or the fact that they just chose to ignore the problem. He continued to tell me how he does not like when customers come in and do ... blah blah blah- at this point I tuned out the lecture he was giving me for the poor service they were giving. I said "I've being getting my nails done a lot and this has never happened." His response was "there's a first time for everything." My response- it will be my last bc I will never come back to this place. I asked him to just help trim nails and remove the goo and I'd be on my way. I paid $15 for this awful experience- there are just so many better attentive places that value a waiting customer instead of not taking accountability for their own error. read more

I was so excited to find this place as I live in the area and was going all the way to La Cantera prior for a good pedicure. Ever since I discovered this place, I have not gone anywhere else ! I never request anyone in particular and the service has been consistently great. My favorite pedicure is the Collagen spa, lengthy massages and foot/leg masks that leaves a nice tingly and cooling sensation after! They are always accommodating with snack choices and cocktails. I'm having a mimosa right now as I finally type this long overdue review. read more

I have been a faithful customer since they first opened. I gave them 5 stars at one point. I no longer recommend this salon to anyone. Lily became upset with me when I decided to change my nail shape. She told me I need to speak up and I did! She went on and on about how if I didn't like the nails I need to say something which I clearly did. She wanted to continue going off on me for people around to start staring. I will not be treated In such a way. This place has honestly gone downhill and all the good nail techs have left. The only good one left is Vivian. I do not recommend this place. I got a bad pedi and a full set french for $175!!! First off the price was crazy. But then I there for 3 hours! Rounded my toenails after I told her not to twice! Nails are literally all different length. I only keep long nails and these are so short. I told him the length of the first pointer finger was a little too short and he cut the rest of them even shorter read more

Will not return. Have tried several nail salons in this area. Won't return to this one. Beautiful salon but not impressed with prices or service. Only 2 people there when I arrived about 1:15. Had to ask for price list. I feel the prices are high for this area. I chose a upgraded pedicure ... didn't get what I would have gotten from other salons. The technician acted as though I was an inconvenience to him. Let's move on from the service which was disappointing. I asked to use the restroom before I left the salon. Went into one that actually had muddy footprints on the floor! Disgusting. WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

Definitely not coming back here. My nails started chipping after 3-4 days. So bummed I wasted my money. Do not recommend!

I went to Bellagio Nail Bar with excitement and anticipation because the bar is so close to my house. My excitement quickly weaned when I was put in a pedicure chair with no water; Emily (the technician) disappeared for about 7 minutes. Emily finally came back ,with nothing in her hands, and turned on the water which was freezing and disappeared again. The technician next to me corrected the water to make it warm. The pedicure was fine and then I moved on to the dip for my nails. This is where it took a turn for the worse. Emily cut me 5 times with the cuticle cutters, after the second time I asked her to stop. She said she would be more careful; spoiler alert, she was not. It's been a week since I had my nails done, the dip will not last because my index finger is already starting to rise. Save your money and skin, go else where! read more
