I really want to like this place. I have been here at least four times and it's not bad it's just not the best for the price. My polish has air bubbles again, and the last time I got a French tip design it was sloppy. When I left I had to come right back because the white instantly was dirty because there was no clean top coat. My gel pedicure last one week before it starts chipping. The place is really nice and so are the people this is why I have been back so many times. I just feel their price does not reflect their service. The Manager of the salon came around the front desk yelling "I'll show you" multiple times when asking her how do I split the payment on the payment machine. Then continued to yell over the counter and offer me %15 on a service that wasn't fully fulfilled. I stated I'd be willing to pay half due to the humility that was shown from a staff when I asked him if he could re-paint my toes or get someone else to do it. I have been going here since they opened. I quit going about 3 months ago because they seem to have hidden fees all the time now.. I decided to go back and give them one more chance. As you see from the receipt I got all kinds of hidden fees even charged for colored powder which is specifically not what I ask for. If I would have got colored powder it would have been purple! I was trying to do as cheap as possible because I got my hands and feet both done. I usually don't say anything but this time I went back in and asked to speak to the owner . Really bad quality of work! Went in for coffin shaped acrylics and came out looking so thick and almond shaped and so bumpy not even smooth. Went in for a pedi with my 4 year old. They charged me 35.00 for her just for a basic kids pedi. my pedi was so bad I tried fixing when I got home and I just couldn't I had nail polish missing and nail polish all over my toes they were so bumpy I had to go back the next morning thinking they would redo them completely. This has been my nail salon for 2 years now, two freakin years. I have came every single month for 2 years. I get my nails done and filled 2x a month and a pedicure once a month. I fell in love with this place bc Quinn was phenomenal at pedicures and the treatment I received was always fantastic. About 6 months ago I stopped doing my nails there as they were no longer consistent, I 4 times in a row had the worse possible nail tech that had no idea how to do basic nails. So I just went for the pedicure and enjoyed my drinks. I decided last month to give them another shot at nails. Someone did my nails and toes at the sake time. My toes were gorgeous but my nails were subpar they were rushed and did not match the photo I asked for at all. And all I get is pink and white, medium/long almond shaped and I go back and fourth adding gems and doing a white chrome on top. I let it go bc they weren't awful. I than went in 2 weeks later for a fill and I was told 15-20 minutes. I sat there for AN HOUR and no one even came to give me an update about it being longer than I was quoted (I only come in during the week during the early afternoon). I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I needed a new set so I went in today Friday at 1230. I was immediately sat and someone started right away. I BROUGH IN A BOX of fake nails and said I want them IDENTICAL to these, shape, length, style minus the pearls and add chrome on top. He said "got it, easy " I left the box facing him the entire appointment. I noticed after he applied the acrylic and shaped them they were square not almond. He goes "oh you wanted almond huh? I forgot" he than used nail clippers to shape them almond.... He said they won't end up shorter.. spoiler they did in fact end up shorter... I like medium/long nails and I have short nails and my thumbs are deformed nubs....I even told him my nails are too short.. what does he do? Grind them down even shorter. I literally started crying in there. The colors, the paint job and chrome aren't bad. It's the fact I adore for long nails and got tiny short nubs. Also, they give 2 free drinks every service and I got zero today. I watched the chick at the front ask every single customer if they wanted a drink or a refill I even watched the owner ask 2 people for their drink order. I didn't get asked once. To remind y'all. I've been a monthly regular for TWO YEARS!! I have NEVER asked for a drink, I have always been asked what I wanted within minutes of sitting down. I addressed this at check out and was told "oh you have to ask for your own drink" this woman looked me dead in my eyes and lied to me" do you think I'm an idiot? I have literally been here over 50 times. I have never asked. So I got treated like a piece of shit today when nails are suppose to be a self care service. You are suppose to relax and feel good. You guys have shit on me for the last time. I want my money back asap. I can't believe you charged me $82 for the shittiest job and shit on me too. This was the last time I will ever step foot in this establishment. I have referred a dozen friends too and I'll make sure they never come back again. You can refund me my money or I'll file all proof with my bank for a charge back. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. The last time I came they upcharged me for filing my nails down a little. I decided to give them another chance and today happened. I was soaking g off my last set which took about 20 minutes. I then proceeded to sit for over 2 hours while the man who either rarely actually does nails or is just bad at it proceeded to nick my cuticles, take for ever shaping my simple oval shape and then took about 30 minutes to paint my tips. I'm done. This was my last visit. UPDATE: They left me a voice-mail apologizing and saying they would give me a 15% discount if I came back next time. I love this nail salon. I always make appointments with Cindy because she is such a perfectionist and is so thorough with her work. She does beautiful nail art, perfect acrylic shaping, and great pedicures. I know lots of people who have other nail technicians they love here too. Horrible results. Black was left on my fingers. Different tech removed it with acetone. That took on the top coat of the dip. Proceeded to reapply the sealer and then the top coat again. Trying somewhere new. Decided to venture near my sisters house. Nice ambiance. Walk in and there's a bar on the right. HELLO! My sister in the other hand, had a distracted polishing experience. She was unhappy with the sloppiness of it and had to ask for someone else to polish. Eeek! I just had a petty total 57.00 then they charged 20.00 onbtop of that for shellac, which I'm good with...even though I did not get a foot massage with my petty. Then I asked for a manicure...which should include the cleaning of the nails, cut, file, and cuticle removal. For that I was charged 40.00 PLUS 10.00 for cuticle removal. Keep inindbthat I did not get any color...just clear. My friend that went with me got the same manicure as I did and she was charge 18.00 for hers. I love that they treat my little girl like a princess when she me. Now for this current visit. First off, huge thank you for taking me at the last minute before closing and without an appointment. I have been here a few times and loved the service although the woman who did my nails and toes looked as though she had never done nails before. I got a classic dip manicure and a lavender pedicure with gel. I asked the tech to please add a powder over lay on my large toes as they typically break often. (I have never had an issue with this request) the woman told me I didn't need it and continued with my pedicure. She was very invested in her phone and talking to the other woman behind her rather than focusing on her client. As a result I have butchered toenails and horrible gel job! Under my nails were left with plastic from the top that she didn't clean up as well as uneven and thin dip, AND the top coat didn't cover the entire nail itself. I went in with a picture of a general idea of how I wanted my nails to look. I originally wanted something with marble and the photo that I brought in was nude/marble design. I'm not a huge fan of nude, but I wanted the marble design with some gold, so my nail tech suggested marble with a different color. He mentioned it was his first time trying something like this but he could've fooled me because they came out SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! They exceeded my expectations and are way better than the original photo I brought in.
