I really want to like this place. I have been here at least four times and it's not bad it's just not the best for the price. My polish has air bubbles again, and the last time I got a French tip design it was sloppy. When I left I had to come right back because the white instantly was dirty because there was no clean top coat. My gel pedicure last one week before it starts chipping. The place is really nice and so are the people this is why I have been back so many times. I just feel their price does not reflect their service. I don't mind paying 5 star prices, that's why I keep coming back but I'm expecting 5 star services done.
Best Volcano pedicure! I get this everyone o come Julie is Great she takes her time and the massages omg!!! You won't be disappointed coming to this salon for both women and men, and let's not forget the cocktails they offer you! Hands down worth every penny
Absolutely ridiculous experience I had today. You can see the blue from my previous nails because he didn't want to take them completely off without charging me $80. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! They're also not even and bumpy. After telling the girl I didn't like them she didn't even offer to fix them another day. I asked him to take off my previous nails for a new set but he told me he would charge me $80 to do so and insisted I just refill. First of I have NEVER BEEN charged $80 - I have gotten 3D Design, longer nails and a full new set and have NEVER ONCE been charged $80. You could tell he was in a rush and simply just didn't want to do my nails and get it over with, which is crazy because I waited an hour for someone to become available. I waited an hour for this! I waited an hour for them and they did this to me! Bumpy nails. Don't go here. I hope someone reaches out to me to get this fixed
Really bad quality of work! Went in for coffin shaped acrylics and came out looking so thick and almond shaped and so bumpy not even smooth. Went in for a pedi with my 4 year old. They charged me 35.00 for her just for a basic kids pedi. my pedi was so bad I tried fixing when I got home and I just couldn't I had nail polish missing and nail polish all over my toes they were so bumpy I had to go back the next morning thinking they would redo them completely. NOPE. All she did was go over them with nail polish leaving them bumpy and didn't even clean the edges. AGAIN! Very dissatisfied I always walk out of there paying over 120.00! not worth it!!

As you see from the receipt I got all kinds of hidden fees even charged for colored powder which is specifically not what I ask for. If I would have got colored powder it would have been purple! I was trying to do as cheap as possible because I got my hands and feet both done. I usually don't say anything but this time I went back in and asked to speak to the owner . She came Out and was very unconcerned with me other than the fact that she spent 10 minutes trying to convince me I was wrong in no matter what I said. She did not care to fix anything she just wanted me to leave and take my money. I was clearly an inconvenience to her. By the way I asked for a set of acrylic natural looking French manicure because it was the cheapest. This was the last straw I will not go back!
Love this place, they listen to every detail. It is a little pricy but trust they do a great job. Everyone is friendly and plenty of amazing drinks.
This has been my nail salon for 2 years now, two freakin years. I have came every single month for 2 years. I get my nails done and filled 2x a month and a pedicure once a month. I fell in love with this place bc Quinn was phenomenal at pedicures and the treatment I received was always fantastic. About 6 months ago I stopped doing my nails there as they were no longer consistent, I 4 times in a row had the worse possible nail tech that had no idea how to do basic nails. So I just went for the pedicure and enjoyed my drinks. I decided last month to give them another shot at nails. Someone did my nails and toes at the sake time. My toes were gorgeous but my nails were subpar they were rushed and did not match the photo I asked for at all. And all I get is pink and white, medium/long almond shaped and I go back and fourth adding gems and doing a white chrome on top. I let it go bc they weren't awful. I than went in 2 weeks later for a fill and I was told 15-20 minutes. I sat there for AN HOUR and no one even came to give me an update about it being longer than I was quoted (I only come in during the week during the early afternoon). I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I needed a new set so I went in today Friday at 1230. I was immediately sat and someone started right away. I BROUGH IN A BOX of fake nails and said I want them IDENTICAL to these, shape, length, style minus the pearls and add chrome on top. He said "got it, easy " I left the box facing him the entire appointment. I noticed after he applied the acrylic and shaped them they were square not almond. He goes "oh you wanted almond huh? I forgot" he than used nail clippers to shape them almond.... He said they won't end up shorter.. spoiler they did in fact end up shorter... I like medium/long nails and I have short nails and my thumbs are deformed nubs....I even told him my nails are too short.. what does he do? Grind them down even shorter. I literally started crying in there. The colors, the paint job and chrome aren't bad. It's the fact I adore for long nails and got tiny short nubs. Also, they give 2 free drinks every service and I got zero today. I watched the chick at the front ask every single customer if they wanted a drink or a refill I even watched the owner ask 2 people for their drink order. I didn't get asked once. To remind y'all. I've been a monthly regular for TWO YEARS!! I have NEVER asked for a drink, I have always been asked what I wanted within minutes of sitting down. I addressed this at check out and was told "oh you have to ask for your own drink" this woman looked me dead in my eyes and lied to me" do you think I'm an idiot? I have literally been here over 50 times. I have never asked. So I got treated like a piece of shit today when nails are suppose to be a self care service. You are suppose to relax and feel good. You guys have shit on me for the last time. I want my money back asap. I can't believe you charged me $82 for the shittiest job and shit on me too. This was the last time I will ever step foot in this establishment. I have referred a dozen friends too and I'll make sure they never come back again. You can refund me my money or I'll file all proof with my bank for a charge back.
I went for mani pedi shellac and chose $75 Volcano assumed that shellac was included in this package. As soon as I saw my pedicure it was not what I was used to, it looked like it was not done professionally, so I cancelled doing my nails. And I was charged $38 in addition to $75 volcano over a pedicure that was not to my liking.
After two months away in Florida, I was so happy to be back at my favorite nail spot.LV Nails in San Antonio. I tried other salons while I was gone, but nothing compared. Phillip did my hands and absolutely nailed (pun intended) the pink and white ombré. He didn't say hi when I first walked in, he just demanded that I signed in. And I know he knows how because he greeted the lady who walked in about 30 seconds behind me with a smile and asked her politely to sign in. So one star taken for that, as anyone who follows me knows I'm a stickler and a fan of quality customer service, so please be consistent and treat everyone equally. Especially when I tip well every time. Daris did my pedicure and she was exceptional! She was patient, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout, confirmed every color choice, and took real pride in her work. That kind of care is hard to find these days. I got the pink/white ombré with a pink/white nails with French tip shellac pedicure and left feeling like myself again. If you're in San Antonio and want a nail experience that actually feels personal, LV Nails is the place. I hope to keep coming back every time I'm in town. read more

I love a nail salon that looks grand, it's beautiful here - very clean! I never feel rushed, very relaxing, and it's comfortable! I love they offer a variety of drinks - water, sodas, mixed drinks! All the techs are nice and they listen to your needs and accommodates! We've been going for at least 4 years! Definitely recommend! read more

I love this nail salon. I always make appointments with Cindy because she is such a perfectionist and is so thorough with her work. She does beautiful nail art, perfect acrylic shaping, and great pedicures. I know lots of people who have other nail technicians they love here too. My nails can last 3-4 weeks when I get them done here and I am rough on my hands between typing at my day job and working in a restaurant/bar at night. Reasonable pricing and free drinks - definitely recommend this place for your nails! read more

Horrible results. Black was left on my fingers. Different tech removed it with acetone. That took on the top coat of the dip. Proceeded to reapply the sealer and then the top coat again. The results of course look bumpy. Of course I get charged after expressing I was unhappy and explaining why I was unhappy. They said we'll fix it, I've been here for over an hour. My original tech left me with another employee because he was hungry. Don't go here. Very unhappy and dissatisfied. read more

Currently getting my pedicure. I've been here for about an hour already and it's been the most lovely relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was super friendly. And i was seen right away and offered a beverage. I'm not sure of the man who's doing my pedicure will update name later. But he's great. Spent time getting my toes perfect. I won't even lie I i haven't had a pedicure in a LONG time and he spent all the time needed getting them back to a great place. My massage was amazing and thorough and my the foot scrub was such a treat. I'll definitely be coming back here for My future services. The building is beautiful and the music is my favorite. read more

Trying somewhere new. Decided to venture near my sisters house. Nice ambiance. Walk in and there's a bar on the right. HELLO! Check in on the left and join the loyalty program WIfi has offers rewards for loyalty. And, there are only half a million colors to choose from, so, yeah, there's that. Ha! You're given a menu to choose which services you want, done simple, some swanky!! Massage chairs weee legit!! I was so relaxed I didn't even order any drinks bedsides water. My guy, Thomas, was good. He payed attention to detail and that's always important to me. He was quiet during pedi, but very friendly and more talkative on mani. My sister in the other hand, had a distracted polishing experience. She was unhappy with the sloppiness of it and had to ask for someone else to polish. Eeek! Meanwhile on the other side of the salon as I moved for a mani, I decided to order an espresso martini once I sat and maaan! Love at first tastes!!! Tasty, sweet and deliciously strong with a hot of alcohol. It was so good, I ordered one more. I may or may not have given an extra star just for the espresso drink. Mmmm! I want one now! I honestly don't appreciate the hidden fees they have , I think it is ridiculous. $5 for shape ??? $10 for French tip!?!?! That's crazy wrong bc I've seen people get thicker French tips here for only $5 bucks. Personally don't think these nails are worth the $50+ we spend. Definitely will not be coming back! read more

Worst service they just switched owners had my nails done on 4/25 one feel off yesterday went back today to have repaired they were so rude made me feel so uncomfortable she repaired it in 4 min it's middle finger you can see crappy job and she tried question everything I even showed her my receipt for the 55.00 I paid on the 25th she then tried to update a full or polish change and continued to talk crap after I declined I definitely will not recommend or ever go back previous owners provided much better service and quality run away fast from this place !!! read more

It's extremely nice inside and very clean. They offer good drinks! I got dipped, coffin shaped nails for $50. A little more then I paid at other places but we'll worth it. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be going back! read more

Been to this salon a few times now, during Covid. The staff is friendly and they do a good job to practice safely during these social distancing times. I love that they treat my little girl like a princess when she me. Now for this current visit. First off, huge thank you for taking me at the last minute before closing and without an appointment. A couple of weeks ago I visited another salon where they did an awful job. I asked for pink/white ombré and instead got a nude nail. Nick looked at my nails and immediately called me out for not getting my last set with them. I admitted to going somewhere that was convenient during a rush. Nick did an amazing job. I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you Nick! read more

I just moved to Texas back in December 2019... I've tried 10 different salons ...I've been searching for a nail Tech who could do my nails to my expectations and not make me feel like another customer and rushed. I would say Budda is the Man for the job.. All I did was pick my colors and he took off. He asked which color was my main color.. he made several suggestions and added to as he went.. he goes with flow and he take his time to make sure you are fully satisfied.. from my pedicure to my manicure he provided exceptional service... needless to say I found my new nail salon all because of him. The Salon is very clean and serves delicious drinks and the people there are all friendly but Budda made my first time a Forever Thang! I'm a Loyal Customer read more
