So went back a second time no more Holly, so they put some new guy on my nails. I didn't object because I had a wedding to go to that day. Wrong move had these nails on for 3 days and had to get them removed due to a reaction I was experiencing. I had a rash all over my fingers and they felt swollen. Now all my fingers are peeling! I have been here 3 times the first time I was happy great customer service my nails looked good I was happy the second time I brought my daughter she liked her nails minus them being a little wider then she wanted! Mine were horrible they were bumpy they were cut at different lengths and really short looked worse then my daughter doing them! I decided to give them another chance and got pedi and dip! The lady who did my nails did a good job they came out pretty she did stop to do a wax and talk to a few other people in between and was busy or stretched them! The guy who did my toes was ok but when he was scraping my feet with the pummel stone he scraped up my leg pretty bad and it still hurts that is why I decided to write the review... just to say good luck... idk read more

Horrible horrible experience, came in today to get a mani and pedi, while they were taking off my acrylics they cut my fingernail and I started bleeding they told me to come back when It healed when I literally went in to get them done for a party I have the same night, so I came to SA nail spa where they took care of me and made sure my nails were done for tonight, all together klassy nails was very poor service I couldn't even enjoy my wine and relax while I got my pedi. OK, so I went back to have my nail repaired. The girl who had done my nails originally was off so a guy fixed the shellac. It hasn't even been 12 hours yet and the shellac is peeling again on the same exact nail. I was hoping to write a positive update and say I'd give them another chance but sadly I can't. Stay away from this shop. Shellac is more expensive than regular polish because of it not chipping or peeling like regular polish. I think they've tried to stretch that bottle of shellac so much by putting thinner (acetone) in it that its lost its quality. read more

Negative stars if I could. Went to get a fill on my full acrylic set. A man did my fill, I asked for him to just re-shape them and he gave me a different shape. Already upset. Spent $30. LITERALLY the NEXT day 2 of my nails break. The day after that, another 2 chip off on the sides and start to lift. I go back and ask to get them taken off because they did a horrible job and they insist I keep them on but they want to CHARGE me to fix them???? how ridiculous. They charge me another $15. A day after I go to get them fixed another nail breaks. I go back saying that this is unacceptable and I want them to take them off. They charge me to take them off... Another $15. I was going to walk out but my girlfriend paid. Almost $60+ spent and I will never go to this place EVER again and I recommend you don't either. Literally just left this business. I walked in and waited at the counter for 5 good minutes. It wasn't busy at all, maybe 3 customers at most. No one even bothered to acknowledge my presence. Why spend my money there when there are so many other nail salons within a 5 mile radius. Left and drove to another shop not even 2 minutes away and was helped and acknowledged immediately. I was not happy with service. Waited 20m with my shellac nails in water before I had to ask for them to be placed in foil acetone. They said they forgot. Waited another 25m with them in acetone. Then was scraped twice while removing polish. read more

Diane is the best! Came in on a Saturday she took me right away for a peticure and I explained I had just done my nails somewhere else and absolutely HATED them so she offered to re shape them. I then liked them so much I picked out the correct color and let her re polish them! I have since been back and again Diane did a fabulous job! I will be back again! read more

I got a deluxe pedicure, here -- I got in quickly, and my pedicurist was friendly and did a really thorough job. The place itself is very clean and cozy (and I don't mean this as a "nice" way of saying cramped!) place, though they don't use plastic liners in the foot sinks like another place I've gone to so it's slightly less hygienic. They DO use sterilized tools however, and the autoclave they use is clearly visible in the back of the shop if you miss seeing your pedicurist cracking a clean set of tools out of their plastic wrap. I'm never one to complain. If one of my nails is crooked or a little messed up I just deal with it but today was absolutely horrible. Went in to get my nails done and the first guy who started doing my nails started putting on the tips so fast and when I went to check them 3 of them were crooked really really bad. I asked him if he could remove them and re add the tips. He clipped them short and then started to file. Then told me another lady was gonna do them . He didn't finish removing the nails so when I went to the other lady she just ripped them off. Which did hurt. Then there was a little piece on my ring finger and she was filing it with the nail drill and burned me and I jerked away and she continued to file. Then after she got done doing my full set she began to paint my nails. They were horrible. Looked like my 2 yr old daughter painted them. I asked for a 3D flower on my pointer if they knew how she said she did so she began and it looked nothing like a flower. I told her just to not do the only finger & I just wanted to pay cause I was so upset with how they turned out I needed to leave. I went to the car cooled off and went back in and asked for my money back and for them to be removed. The lady next to me was getting a new full set and was getting her old ones removed. She was in so much pain. The lady was using another nail tip to get under her old ones. I asked if that's how they remove nails and she just looked at me ugly and asked "why , does it hurt?" The lady replied yes it hurts . I told her it hurts and came damage her nails they are supposed to soak them off . All and all please don't go to this place for one very crappy work and second they can mess up your natural read more
