What do girlfriends decide to do on a last minute notice? .....get pedicures lol We arrived without any appointments and were immediately greeted and set up with our pedicurists. This place was quite huge and they have an enormous wall dedicated to an array of nail color choices, it actually was kinda overwhelming : D My friend and I both opted for the general pedicure $39. I observed her sanitize and line the foot bowl. We enjoyed our pedicures they took their time and did a great job cleaning, massaging, and painting our toe nails. My only 2 disappointments were that, although they stated in their menu, drinks (nonalcoholic or alcoholic) are complimentary, my friend had to remind our pedicurists at least 2-3 times about getting drinks! And second, my gal, had ear pods and was talking ever so softly on the phone while doing my nails. She was responsive to me when I said something, but it doesn't exude professionalism talking on the phone while working. I will give y'all another chance.... read more

I went in and asked for a design (from a tech I already followed on Instagram so I'm very familiar with her work and what I believed she could and couldn't do), she said she could do it and I don't know if it's something against salon protocol to say they can't do a certain design but.... She definitely should've told me she couldn't do the design I asked for and I would've been fine with it and asked for a simpler design! She didn't pay much attention to my nails, talking to other coworkers in Vietnamese how she doesn't like this other coworker, they're gathered around her for the tea and I speak Vietnamese she just didn't know so I heard it all - BUT.... I would've been fine if she gossiped AND paid attention to my nails because at the end of the day it's whatever makes your day pass by faster... but no she only gossiped and was reckless with my nails, not paying close attention to even the thickness of my nail, which is bare minimum I fear... The time she finished cut super short to closing time, and she kept recommending we do other patterns with the design, I'm figuring now it's because she can't do it/is not able to maybe because of the length or something, so I just take it as a hint and say yes to the patterns, I wasn't a fan but could work with it because the time was close to closing. I said it was fine and paid and went home. I tried to GASLIGHT myself into thinking it looks good, but even when I asked my boyfriend who knows literally nothing about nails, he was able to tell it was a crappy job. I was upset about it because they charged me $130 for the nails and I tipped still (because I understand people have bad days... but thinking back, maybe I shouldn't have tipped). I texted the nail tech and asked her if I can get them redone (I couldn't even convince myself they were cute), mostly because there was so much residue all over my cuticles and the nail was SO THICK from all sides. She said redo for nails are against policy??? But she'll talk to her manager about it. Her manager told her to tell me that they'll allow it "just this once". I went back the next day and asked for a way simpler design. Airbrush, no color on top of the air brush, and charms. Call it a day. This time she didn't talk to me or anyone and had an attitude, she did my nails, called it a day. But at least my nails were the proper thickness. I LITERALLY ONLY GET MY NAILS DONE ONCE A YEAR and it's for my birthday... so I expect at least a clean looking nail set for that one occasion...so I was super disappointed by the service given. I'm such an understanding person but it gets to a point because why are you not paying attention then having an attitude when you literaaaallllyyyy made the nails bad yourself? I would never try to ask a nail tech to do something I know they can't do, and this was something I thought she could do based off of her Instagram, but maybe she was just too wrapped up in the tea that day. I even tipped still despite not liking it, and was trying to be apologetic about even asking for a redo! This situation just turned me off from coming here ever again. I needed to get my nails done last minute so I did a walk in and got a builder gel refill by Jackie. I wasn't sure what design I wanted so she said I could choose a design from ones she had saved on her phone. She had some elaborate designs and I ended up googling something that was similar to a photo she had saved. I do have much shorter nails than the inspo but she said it would be fine the design was easy enough and wouldn't take too long. She started doing the design from the inspo and messed up on the color and then redid the design 3x but she couldn't get it right so she took it back off. She was getting audibly frustrated so we settled on the design in the photos instead. But the french is uneven and the butterfly is very different on each finger. I wish she had told me she wasn't comfortable with either design and I would have just gotten a solid color and saved us both the trouble. The salon itself was clean enough and everyone was very friendly. I would return for a different nail tech or a pedicure. read more

This was my go to salon. I had my nails & toes recently done & didn't realize the salon was under new management. The quality of service is not the same. The vibe in the salon has changed significantly. My pedicure was awful. I now have to go to another salon to get my nails straightened out. My fingernails are not what I had in mind. And the prices!??? I'm not sure what kind of business they're running but they aren't going to last long, that's for sure. read more

Went in for builder gel. Tech was in a hurry and ended up hitting 8 of 10 cuticles. She got up walked away and told all other techs something in their language in return all of them looking back at me. She never returned and I ended up without nails being done. Nails partial stripped of polish and bruised nail beds. Won't be going back. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and after being told "no wait" i sat in the chair and waited 45 mins before he came over and started my pedi, then he didnt even he cut my cuticle, nor did use the cheese grater thingy and get the dead skin off after playing around with his fellow co workers.. Got there at 3pm finally at 4:40pm i told the gentleman that i didnt have time to finish because i had to get my husband for work at 5pm. After an hour and 40 mins, my pedicure still wasnt done and they charged me for the entire pedicure 80 bucks and my toes arent even painted... i paid the bill and will NEVER go back to this place.... read more

Terrible experience.. what I thought would be a lasting dipped manicure ended up chipping within a day!! I don't know if it's the product or the experience of the nail tech but something does not add up. I spent almost $70 on this and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and I have 6 nails that have chipped! I was hoping to work with the salon to resolve this or perhaps a discounted rate but I'm not paying full price for something that should've lasted me a month if done right. I am so disappointed and strongly urge people to not waste their money go somewhere else even if they have a longer wait that's what I should've done. Just wait at the better salon. How can that be and I just had a new set of nail applied; not even two weeks prior. I do not recommend going to this place because they're all about the money. Eventually, a guy came out and was also trying to tell me I needed a new set. So, after a while ago back-and-forth, Lily ended up filling my nails. I went back four weeks later (today) and she began to say I needed a new set again; I have not even had my nails for 2 1/2 months at this point. When to to this salon for last-minute pedicure on Wednesday, November 8, my pedicure was $72 with shellac by Thursday. My polish on my toes had completely come off. The bottom of my feet was dry and cracking like I had never got a pedicure. Went back to the salon on Monday, November 13 for them to fix my pedicure came out with my pedicure still polish wet so I can tell it's going to flake off again and feet just as dry and flaky as if I never had a Pedicure. My husband and I came here for a last minute pedicure. Monica was assigned as a pedicurist while Winnie completed the process for my husband. My first indication of an issue was us sitting in stagnant water for approximately 5 minutes before any warm water or scented salts were placed in the water. After a minute or so, I noticed a lot of floating debris in the bowl for my husband. We should've ran then and there ... After completing almost (almost) half of the pedicure, Monica put lotion on my legs, then she pulls off two extremely long strands of hair that was stuck in my anklet AND on the underside of my leg. She told me it came from my anklet, so let me clarify, the hair that was taken off was almost 12" long, straight and blonde, I am a Black woman with mid-length black curly hair. She argued with me for a while and this is how I know I will not be returning and there will be no tip. I wouldn't have come here if it I didn't need this last minute. BE CAREFUL HERE. read more

When I went to check out, the cost for my pedi went from $48 to $69. My total bill was $97. I had not seen the other ratings on here until now. I don't know who these people think they are at price gouging but I assure you, they will not get any more of my business. This salon is VERY unsafe. I had a pedicure and fell down the stairs because of water on the step. They owner changed the name of the salon and said they changed owners to keep from taking responsibility. I was being reasonable and asking just for physical therapy cost and urgent care visit. When I fell only one employee checked on me. Another one came near when I started taking photos. The owner talked to me to find out what happened then changed his number and cut off all communication. Stay far away from this place! read more

I got my nails done a week ago and they have already been coming off and on top of that I got bad red lines on my nails and they burn !!!!!

I had been coming for nail fills and pedicures I always got someone who was professional and left mostly satisfied bonus it's close to home. I went today to soak off and get a new set was told it would take about 90mins for the service. Which made sense as there was only 2 other clients in the salon and lots of employees chilling In pedicure chairs on their phones. My tech took pics of what I wanted and began to work. She was sweet and in the beginning asked how I liked everything. She constantly had to go ask a manager for pricing. I pivoted from my original design because I felt $35 for two 3D nail designs (1 on each nail) was extremely expensive. I was charged $7 for shape but my nail was crooked and when I questioned was told it was my finger not the nail. I've never had this issue before but okay. I was charged $10-15 for length as they deemed them and honestly cut the nails shorter than I normally go. I asked for ombré nails but noticed the tech covered my whole nail in the one color acrylic which was incorrect when I questioned was told she was going to airbrush the design on to give me more versatility. When she began airbrush she got paint all over my hands and hers which became sticky. I had to ask for the airbrush to have a second coat and cover the surface of the nail as the under color was showing through all over. She obliged and I mentioned there was no ombre effect and she became frustrated and got airbrush paint all over my fingers front and back. Had she done the service I originally requested and we wouldn't be in the situation. She did the top coat and then applied cuticle oil very sparingly and my whole finger was then covered in the airbrush paint and sticky. So I had to rewash but was unable to get the air brush paint off even with soap and scrubber brush. My 90 mins service had taken 3 hours, and I had to rush to get to a meeting. When I went to pay my total was higher than expected they charged $66 for the Ombré nails I did not get even though the tech wrote $60 on my slip. When I questioned that I didn't get ombré as requested she did airbrush incorrectly I was told by manager that airbrush is extra so I should be happy they didn't charge more. I responded that I wanted ombre didn't get but was being penalized. I noted that the $60 on the slip had been turned to $66 and was told I must've been mistaken when the pen markings were clearly darker and written over. I asked what can I use to get the airbrush paint off my skin and was told to use water at home. This is unfortunate as I've seen them do some great work but won't return because customer service is crap and they don't take responsibility for incorrect information or not providing service as requested. read more

A young guy who did my pedicure and surely does not know how to do the job. Lack of experience and same thing with the person who did my manicure. Both workers didn't do a good job on me.
