Went today to get my brows done and as usual it was great service, a short wait, clean and professional and my brows are fantastic but they really earned my respect! When I walked in they had several customers but the counter was blocked by a self absorbed woman having a loud conversation on speakerphone so I had to wait to check in as she was too absorbed in her chat! Then it was her turn and she wanted service for - her 7 year old !! The child who looked much younger and was in pajamas at 1pm was dragged to the counter where the mum demanded service! They explained that this was much too young and they could not help while offering some suggestions! The mum refused to leave and told them her child would be bullied due to her brows but they held firm and refused to- saving the poor child from her idiot mom! Several customers echoed their respect for this business for holding their ground while many businesses might have caved Give this place a try - $15 for threading from awesome people is absolutely worth it!!

The nail that needed to be fixed was put superglue and then with all builder job, you basically take all of that off anyway so nothing new was added but the superglue and I was charged five dollars for that was fine but then itself I really just wanted a different color pink which that party nailed but I was charged like an additional $10 for design which I don't even like that's a design an additional five dollars for the nails being almond shaped which they were already previously almond shaped and I just feel like my nails weren't done properly like even on the thumb you can kind of see the ripples and I feel like my cuticles are a little flooded. I definitely will not be back for this set for a refill on builder. It came out to $81 and I kind of feel like that's a little bit much. The place was decent and they do have a large selection of colors but the chairs are old and decor has a lot of neon lights so not really my style I did think it was nice that they had the mani and pedi station separated but I didn't try that due to not needing yet.

I was charged for things I hadn't been charged for previously and I was not informed that I would have so many additional charges. I was also shocked that they didn't know what gel-x nails were and how to remove them. I literally had to show a TikTok video on the removal process because they didn't believe me that it's just a soak off procedure. I also was charged for callus removal yet here I am with calluses and chipped toe nails. My actual acrylics are crooked and there is a gap between the tip they glued on and my actual nail. They also offer drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic but they only had water and didn't offer any until we asked. I don't think I'll ever go here again and it's a shame that their services declined.

Like most salons, the eyebrow wax was $12 which is good pricing. The employee was very nice. I have sensitive skin so naturally my skin gets very red and irritated whenever it's waxed -- but my eyebrows were way redder than normal. I don't think the wax they use is for sensitive skin, but it's fine, most places don't. Just something to keep in mind if you have plans later in the day or have sensitive skin like mine.

I'm going to use the sandwich technique to describe the services here. My aunt and I came in to get…read moreour nails done. I got a shellac mani, she got a standard mani, and we both got pedicures. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly. Alright, moving on. Unfortunately, we are both very disappointed with the services we received. To be fair, I did not expect a lot of bells and whistles as this is primarily a hair salon, and we were drawn in by the 4 stars and single dollar sign, but I did expect the basics to be done well. First off, there were only two people in the shop which meant they were very rushed, and it seemed that once they did start on us (my aunt had her feet sitting in the tub unattended to for over an hour), they just wanted to throw polish on and get us done as soon as possible. The technician filed my nails after verifying that I wanted them to be squared. However, they were very round and very crooked. Then, she didn't bother to clean them up before applying polish. The edges were very rough and small pieces of nail that were still attached were simply painted over, resulting in a very sloppy-looking paint job. My aunt's manicure looks like it was done by a child having a seizure. The polish is uneven and all over her finger tips and cuticles. Completely cringeworthy. When she complained, the technician simply said, "well that's a hard polish to use." ... What? Are you serious? Attempting to finish on a positive note, they did attempt to fix the things we weren't thrilled with. I emphasize the word attempt. I want to say that they tried really really hard. I really think they did. But the reality is, they just aren't that good at nails. But, I like their massage chair and all the wait time let me catch up on a book I've been meaning to read. So there is that.
