I just got out of my walk in eyebrow threading session with Rajpreet and she did amazing! She did just what I asked which was a clean up and still left my eyebrows nice and thick. I also decided to do eyebrow tinting to see how my eyebrows would look and they look great! Great customer service and great results! I got my upper lip and chin waxed here and it was terrible, the lady was so rough and did not stay in line for waxing, the wax was all over my face and she started to wax my cheek and neck and now it's caused for me to wax those areas. Also the lady was EXTREMELY ROUGH on my face, when waxing my upper lip, she pulled so hard my gums where bleeding and sour from the pull on my face and also she burnt my face. The technician left a lot of hair on my eyebrows , forehead, and sideburns. I'm not referring to post threading hair, which can be wiped away. I mean she did not remove half of the hair on each area and I paid for all 3 services. I let her know that I could notice those areas still had a good amount of hair and she proceeded to tell me the hairs were ingrown.. I asked for tweezers and removed some of the hairs and showed her but then gave up. I'll have to go elsewhere to have it cleaned up. 1 star, not for quality, but because I told her and she did not try to fix it. read more

I have come here a number of times to get my lashes done. Each time it seems to get worse and last less and less. This time i paid $40 and they lasted less than 24 hours. I have been getting cluster lashes done for almost 10 years and this is by far the worst for me. Waste of money. I asked for natural look, one side looked natural and the other looked full. I bought a groupon for this place for a wax. The two ladies were very sweet. The lady that did my waxing was Reshma. She was very careful and asked me several times if that was exactly what I wanted/she really wanted me to LIKE what she was doing and be happy with it. She did a really great job! As she finished my waxing, she also did a threading of my upper lip. That was painful but once it's done, you don't feel anything. The place was calm and comfortable. I walked in at 515 and they close at 530. An eyebrow threading doesn't take 15 minutes. The lady (I assume Rahjeep? that's the only name it allowed me select when signing in). reminded me at least twice they close at 530, I kept saying I know. I told her that I like them thick, just a little off the top and bottom. Just clean up the blonde hairs. Keep in mind I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for nine years. She was pushing so hard on my face that the thread kept breaking. At least 10 times. The other lady (I assume owner) kept telling her "well we close at 530. You need to clean still." Over and over again as I'm sitting in the chair. Rahjeep? responded with "all I do is clean and clean. Come in clean. Mop. Clean more. It was pretty unprofessional for them to bicker like that in front of a client. I was wearing eye make up. I've always dabbed my eyes in the corners. She refused to let me dab my eyes because they were watering. She took my tissue from me and smeared my mascara across my eye. Rubbing my eye very hard. And kept telling me to open my eyes with my head back and the tears in them as she's pulling across my eyeball. The light was so bright it was hard to keep them open after pushing on them so hard to keep the brow tight. My brows ended up very thin. More thin than they've ever been. And my left eyebrow has a dip in the top. It does not look good. I have a wedding to go to in a few days so I'm hoping I can fill it in properly. If I go back to this location I'll request someone else. read more

Reshma was my eyebrow threader and I had a great experience with her. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the results came out perfectly. I can't speak for the other staff, but I would recommend Reshma. Be specific about how you want your eyebrows and she will not disappoint. The shop is next to sprouts and has a cute interior. Ive been coming here for over a year and even throughout my pregnancy went in and have always received great service and love how they pay attention to what you want and if they have a doubt they'll stop show you and continue. One of the worst Brazilian experiences I've ever had !!!! I read the review so I thought it would be nice to try a different place while my esthetician's on vacation. But NEVER AGAIN ! I called and made an appointment with someone over the phone. The day of my appointment I was there on time but an employee told me I'm not in the system. I doubled checked and made sure I did call this location. She said she'll just do it anyways. It's a nice clean facility. Employees were nice as well but the service was awful !!!!!! We went back to the room for the Brazilian, and I'm used to getting hard wax with Brazilian but she decided to use soft wax. We were conversing like normal but when she started the service , I began to get the impression she may not be a professional or licensed. She literally waxed my clitoris at one point and it was very uncomfortable. She was shy or something because she didn't get all the hairs in the back or near the labia. I decided to try just the eyebrow threading here, despite my usual place, and drove 45 minutes out of my way just to see what the hype was about. I absolutely and completely regret it. My eyebrows are completely asymmetrical and just outright lopsided. One looks great and full while the other is a complete different style and looks like a literal arch. To make matters worse, she even took half an inch off the inside of my eyebrow. It's so embarrassing and i have no idea how to fix it or hide it. I've been in Texas for almost 2 years and have been trying different eyebrow treading places because I haven't been having any luck. I've tried this place the most and recently decided to write a review. First time I went a young girl helped me and did a good job. Every time since there are different people in the shop and they are hit or miss. Lately, the same lady has done my brows and I haven't like them. She doesn't prep the area, I don't see her use sanitizer, leaves hairs, doesn't trim them completely and the worst offense they are uneven. This last time was it for me...I have brows that are friends but not twins like they are supposed to be. One is super thin and the other looks like she didn't touch it. What's worse is she really thinned one by threading the beginning of my brow which is usually never touched. I quit this place. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I have the longest most beautiful eyelashes but unfortunately they are stick straight so I decided to get a lash perm from arch2arch. Sima left the solution on for an hour because she kept saying it wasn't taking and fried my eyelashes. No I did not get them wet or apply mascara too soon this is my third eyelash perm and never ever have I gotten results like these or been asked to wait with the solution on this long.
