As I sit here 7 hours later, my feet still feel soft! The *only* reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am a real high maintenance gal with extractions. Like SUPER high maintenance. I believe manual extractions should take at least 20 minutes. At least. And while she had a pretty cool little machine that she used to extract, there were no manual extractions, and I know I walked out with some blemishes still intact. To me, monthly facials are for maintenance. I probably would go back to Donna when I need a little serenity.

I booked my appointment on 6/10 for 7/31, something came up so I had to cancel my appointment. I cancelled on 7/5, which is 3 weeks in advance of my appointment. She requires a $100 deposit, which is nonrefundable. This was not clear during the booking process. This statement is found deep in her website, not the booking site. On the booking site, it just says that you agree to her policies. After asking for a refund for my deposit since I never received a service, she was very shady and rude. She stated that if I get my deposit back, I am blocked from booking with her again. I don't think this is fair since this is the policy for no call, no show appointments, which I definitely am not. I asked her to send me a screenshot of where it says the deposit is nonrefundable, to which she sent me a screenshot of the booking page that is just an agreement to all policies. I sent a screenshot back of her cancellation policy in the confirmation email, where it does not say ANYWHERE that the deposit is nonrefundable. After a few messages back and forth, she said she is "not interested in arguing over her policies that have been in place for 5 years". Her work is probably good, I wouldn't know since this experience has tarnished my opinion and I'm blocked from booking anyways. Update: more unprofessionalism. What type of businesswomen treats potential customers like this?

At the new place I went, The Removery, they provided ice packs prior, aftercare packet with soap and moisturizer like Vaseline and went over a timeline with me. Worlds of difference.
