Went today to get my brows done and as usual it was great service, a short wait, clean and professional and my brows are fantastic but they really earned my respect! When I walked in they had several customers but the counter was blocked by a self absorbed woman having a loud conversation on speakerphone so I had to wait to check in as she was too absorbed in her chat! Then it was her turn and she wanted service for - her 7 year old !! The child who looked much younger and was in pajamas at 1pm was dragged to the counter where the mum demanded service! They explained that this was much too young and they could not help while offering some suggestions! The mum refused to leave and told them her child would be bullied due to her brows but they held firm and refused to- saving the poor child from her idiot mom! Several customers echoed their respect for this business for holding their ground while many businesses might have caved Give this place a try - $15 for threading from awesome people is absolutely worth it!!

First, Sofy is an absolute delight of a woman--warm, welcoming, genuine, and an overall positive person. She knew what I wanted and was able to get it done in good and efficient time. She also did great on styling after- it held for longer than most. The price is incredibly fair- so for those of us looking for a good deal for hair- this is also a good choice. If you're considering a new place, I highly recommend this salon. Just go meet Sofy and you will see what I mean. There, you're not just an appt, you're a person -- and for me -- a happy one.

We were the only customers there so all of the ladies were pretty much just sitting around relaxing. I wasn't here for any services, I tagged along with my sister-in-law for her threading appointment. They were pretty quick with her eyebrows but did argue with her a little bit on how she wanted her eyebrows arched (I hate this). If you're in the area and need a nice threading salon, I'd definitely give this one a try...instead of the kiosks that have you sitting out in the middle of the mall so everyone can breathe on and gawk at you.

She must've washed her hands and arms up to her elbows three or four times each time I was there. All of her equipment is protected too. She was careful matching my brow color and touched up my brows twice to get them just right! The only negative I can think of is that the numbing gel didn't seem to work very well. I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it. Everything else was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her again. She did a fantastic job!

The complimentary cosmopolitan was also excellent! Everything was super clean, they clean chairs and tubs immediately after each person. The only thing I didn't like is that I got regular polish, not gel, and they don't have a quick dry spray to dry your nails. Not even a quick dry polish, so even being super careful, 2 of my nails got scuffed. If I come back here, which is likely, I am bringing my own quick dry polish.
