It is really is so stunning! Like after my 1st session for my brows and liner I would have people say they mesmerized by my face before I even told them I had permanent makeup done. After having my touch ups and now my lips done , well I believe they will be even more over taken by my beauty. We went a head and made my eyeliner on the top inter lid a little thicker and it really pops my eyes more. My brows have been the perfect shape since the 1st session and cant wait to see how they are after this touch up, I really love the color. After how impressed I have been with my eye area, I have been SO extremely excited to have my lips done. Like I literal just walked in the door and just the couple of glances I have taken in the mirror, I really love this feeling of gratitude on how beautiful I am. I have had that feeling with just my eyes being done a couple of months ago and I felt so much more confident about myself since then. The results looked fabulous and the upkeep was minimal. Not wanting to travel back to Austin every time I needed it redone, my girlfriend did the research and referred me to Gigi. After checking out her Instagram page, I saw another process called Powdering and told her I was interested in both but wanted to her opinion on what would be my better option. After my consultation, I finally opted for Powdering. The process was completely painless (not even minor discomfort) and I came away with the best brows I have EVER had!! Gigi constantly measures and rechecks, then measures again and rechecks again, it's just like in carpentry, measure twice and cut once; after it's too late and she makes sure that's not the case. Let me say she is very precise and at each step she gets your input so she can make any adjustments and in the end you will get the outcome YOU desire. Originally I thought that brow lamination and tinting was the best thing since sliced bread, but Powdering completely blows them out of the water!!!! This was my first time getting any permanent brow work done, so I was nervous walking in. From the very beginning, Keyra and Kendra were incredibly accommodating, professional, and patient. They explained the entire process in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I asked to start with a lighter color and thinner shape because I was a little scared to go too bold. After healing, I realized I should have trusted their original recommendation to go slightly darker and wider but that's exactly what the touch-up appointment was for. During my touch-up, Keyra perfected the shape and color, and now my brows look absolutely beautiful and natural. Beyond the services, the environment is welcoming, clean, and relaxing. My wife found this studio on Instagram. She saw some photos of their microblading work and was…read moreinterested in getting her brows done here. After looking up their info, we visited the store at opening time, around 1000. After a while, no one came to open the store still, so I called the phone number listed. The first time I contacted Beauty and Brows Studio, some lady I assume is the owner gave me an attitude about not calling first. Why would you say your store is open at a particular time and not be available? We would rather talk to someone IN PERSON about services and fees than phone or text. Strike one. After the short phone call, she only texted back to discuss which esthetician would do the work and the price. After agreeing on the person, time, and price, I took my wife to her appointment. The esthetician was late to the appointment and still had to set up her equipment. Strike two. My wife ends up getting along with her esthetician so at least that's a plus. After picking up my wife, the esthetician told both my wife and me that she could do a touch-up (included in the price) in 8-12 weeks (or so, I don't remember precisely the time frame) if the color faded. I remember specifically that it was included in the price because I commented/joked about it being similar to a car wash warranty. You get a free car wash if it rains within 48 hours. After the specified time, my wife contacted the esthetician for a touch-up. Again, she was late and had to set up. Before I left, I asked her (for planning purposes) how long it would take, approximately. She said 45 minutes to an hour. With that timeframe, I changed plans to run some errands, grab some items we needed, and come back to pick her up. I took a little longer than planned and rushed back to pick up my wife. She was not yet done when I got back, so I didn't feel bad for running a bit late. After close to 45 minutes of waiting, while trying to keep our daughter calm, with frozen foods melting in the car, she FINALLY tells me that they changed plans from what she initially told me, and it will still be about another 30 minutes. STRIKE THREE! I get it. Things change. But you don't think you could've told me when you saw me come back 45 minutes ago? I was so mad that I just left to go home and drop off the stuff before it melted even more. That was about a 45-minute round trip before I got back. Guess what? She STILL was not done. I just wait in the car this time. When my wife comes out, she tells me that she was charged another $150 for the touch-up. SHE was even sure that we were told it was included in the initial price. She said the esthetician acted surprised that we were surprised and didn't leave a tip. Strikes 4, 5, 6, 7 ,8, and 9. The inning is f'in over. My wife saw the upcoming price change on their Instagram account a few days later. If the increase isn't until LATER, why did we have to pay now? To top it off, while I was waiting the first time, another esthetician was arguing on the phone with a client about their prices as well. So I'm positive that others are being swindled and unhappy. If I could give this place zero stars, or negative stars, I f'in would.

I booked my appointment on 6/10 for 7/31, something came up so I had to cancel my appointment. I cancelled on 7/5, which is 3 weeks in advance of my appointment. She requires a $100 deposit, which is nonrefundable. This was not clear during the booking process. This statement is found deep in her website, not the booking site. On the booking site, it just says that you agree to her policies. After asking for a refund for my deposit since I never received a service, she was very shady and rude. She stated that if I get my deposit back, I am blocked from booking with her again. I don't think this is fair since this is the policy for no call, no show appointments, which I definitely am not. I asked her to send me a screenshot of where it says the deposit is nonrefundable, to which she sent me a screenshot of the booking page that is just an agreement to all policies. I sent a screenshot back of her cancellation policy in the confirmation email, where it does not say ANYWHERE that the deposit is nonrefundable. After a few messages back and forth, she said she is "not interested in arguing over her policies that have been in place for 5 years". Her work is probably good, I wouldn't know since this experience has tarnished my opinion and I'm blocked from booking anyways. Update: more unprofessionalism. What type of businesswomen treats potential customers like this?

After knowing that she trained with Beauty Angels i was confident she can really do a good job. And she did not disappoint. I wanted to make my eyebrows look fuller but still looking natural. I am very happy with the results. Her hands were very light while working on my brows. She also explained all the steps during the procedure. The pain was tolerable, but if you feel discomfort she puts numbing lotion to ease the pain. Also she will ask you before she starts the actual procedure if you wanted adjustments on the measurements she already did. Make sure to follow here after care tips. I highly recommend Fritz. Update: I did my microblading touchup last week. She measured my eyebrows and asked me if i wanted to do any changes with the thickness and arch. I already love how it turned out the first time. So she only did a few adjustments to make it look perfect. I really love how my eyebrows came out. Will be back after a year for another touch up.
