For years my mom struggled with a self conscious image of having bushy eyebrows as a young adult that resulted in over plucking. Barbie makes the whole process from start to finish and touch up so simple and fun. I was stressing so much about finding the perfect skilled person to do my brows. I commend her knowledge and expertise. She is so patient and understanding. I am extremely picky, and very indecisive (especially with something like micro-bladed brows ) Everyones' skin is different and takes the ink differently. So for my skin, when I did come in for a touch up she recommended to shade half my brows because my skein was rejecting the ink. I'm so glad she did! They look amazing and I have more confidence then ever. I used to jump out of bed and run and do my brows before my husband got up bc I hated how patchy my brows were! I was looking around for someone who does great microblading in San Antonio and I came across Barbie, who became my favorite! Her work is so good that I had to go to her. I was a little nervous about having the procedure done but it's honestly not bad at all, and it's somewhat relaxing. Barbie is such a sweet and positive soul, and her kindness and professionalism put me at ease right away. I am overjoyed with my results. I was able to have both my liner and eyebrows done for one of her lovely specials she does occasionally (which is just so generous and awesome of her in my opinion). Barbie is amazing!! I went to see Barbie after having a really bad experience with another brow place. I was skeptical because of this bad experience but needed my brows fixed. The first meeting with Barbie went great, she looked at my brows and the previous work that had been done and told me exactly what I needed to get them fixed. I had my brows done on the 18th of July and OMG I am in LOVE with them! Barbies service was exceptional to say the least! I think the whole session lasted a little under two hours but it went by really fast because the music and conversation were great. One thing I was surprised about was how PAINLESS the procedure was! This was my first time getting microblading and it has been an amazing experience! Barbie answered all of my questions before I booked my first appointment and was very responsive about any concerns I had. She has a great aesthetic eye and did a great job making sure I was happy with the shape of my brows before beginning my first session.
