I mean, they're simply the best! Doesn't matter who is working- I will walk in here and walk out with my best brows. The shop is always clean and I love the music. The owner has such great energy- she's so joyful and truly talented. Sometimes I drive 20 minutes just to get my brows done over here. They're amazing! read more

Browz Salon - Threading Services Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Amazing ! Great price, quick, and she had a good hand because I've done threading at other places but here it didn't hurt one bit! Thank you will try to come back in a few weeks read more

I came as a walk in for an eyebrow wax. Nadia (I think that was her name, or Nydia) was amazing. Very quick and efficient. She listened to my concerns and did exactly as I had hoped!! She did an eyebrow wax and thread for clean up. She also ended up waxing my upper lip with thread clean up around my nose area also. Everything was even and clean! I would definitely recommend her to others and I will also be coming back! Caveat: she is only there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Thank you, Browz Salon! I do not regret taking a step of faith with you guys! read more

The location is very convenient and the service was very fast! There were only two people working and the place was very calming. I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and they were able to seat me within 5 minutes. In the end, I did like my brows, but there were a few stragglers that they weren't able to get. I had to pluck them myself when I got home. I liked how my brows turned out, but I wish there was more communication. She sat me down and started to thread my eyebrows right away without asking what I wanted. The price was $15 for eyebrow threading which is average. I would come back for convenience. If you need a quick place to go, I would recommend this place. read more

Pam is amazing I've been coming here for years ! She gets the shape perfect every time.

Today was my first tome coming here and ever getting my eyebrows threaded. Pam did my eyebrows perfect!! She has a gentle hand and it hardly even hurt. She cleaned them up well and was very welcoming. The service was very fast and it was $15 which isn't bad at all. I'm definitely going to be coming back to do my brows here read more

I went to the Browz Salon at the Northstar Mall location. It was my first time being service here. The brow technician was so quick with the threading, yet shaped them so well! I LOVE how my brows look. I look forward to come here routinely for more brow services. read more

I've often struggled to find a salon that'll go above and beyond when threading my eyebrows. Other places will thread your eyebrows yet not bother to wipe the fallen hairs off your face or eyes all while trying to get you out the door quicker than you came in. Not Pam. Pam is kind, considerate, and goes way above and beyond when assisting you. She provides excellent detailed care and it's clear she is talented in what she does. 10/10 recommend Browz Salon. read more

Today would have been my third visit here but I was refused because I am a man. Doesnt make sense that I have had my eyebrows done twice here then refused because I am a man. Honestly this is BS! read more

I was recommended to this place by a peer. The first three times I went my eyebrows stayed a consistent shape. I was happy w the results. However, over the next several visits the only thing that stayed consistent was how inconsistent the brow shaping and customer service was. Short brow tail, too rounded, took too much off the top, took too much from the bottom, one is way thinner than the other .. I've had a multitude of variations within the last 6 mos. The only upside is thanks to hair, skin, & nails supplements, I can tolerate the unwanted eyebrow transformations bc my eyebrows grow in within 2-3weeks. I have tried explaining what I want, explaining what I don't want, showing a reference of my eyebrows at their best w & w/o makeup, even waited for a detailed translation incase of a language barrier and still come up w major discrepancies to the point where the owner has discounted services. They don't take appointments but I don't think I've waited more than 10-15min. With that being said, most take after the owner and mimic her version of customer service. They'll have you sit in the chair, ask you if you are ready for them, ask what you want done -ex. Brows & lip then they'll have you push back the uncomfortable chair w no neck rest & start the service w out a proper consultation. This is the time to speak up, if you don't.. well, there's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you wanted. when they're done they have you a mirror to look and walk away. whether you like it or not, that's what you get. You'll be left laying back trying to maneuver yourself back to upright while they watch you struggle. You'll watch clients before you shimmy and not understand what's going on until you're in that position then it clicks! I finally started asking them to push me back upright before they walk away. This small gesture makes a world of a difference in overall experience! -All this is to say.. I miss my eyebrow expert of 5yrs+ After comparing experiences, my peer and I have decided that this place is great for convenience of location & wait time. Will I be back every 2-3wks like I have been .. no. I will, however, come back when I'm in a bind. I gave this place an honest shot. I'm paying them to remove hair from my face and they're accomplishing that.. keep your expectations low so you're not disappointed. read more

Pam is the best when it comes to threading our eyebrows!! My wife and I have been going to her for about 2 years now and she does a perfect job everytime! She's very cautious by cleaning everything (due to covid), using a mask, and only allowing 1 person in at a time (or 2 for couples). There used to be a waiting list JUST for her when she used to work in the mall, out of 4-5 other workers, because that's how good she is. She's a very down to earth person, knows how to have a good conversation with you and treats you like a friend and she's very fast too. It's a 30-40 minute drive from where we live but it's worth it everytime! We highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to get their eyebrows threaded!! read more

I don't live nearby but I ALWAYS make the drive to come here. PAM does an AMAZING job on my brows every time, and she's never nicked me. Her microblading skills are on point. She did a beautiful job that gave me a natural look rather than the drawn in with a sharpie look some people have. I recommend every service she offers. read more
